I am so happy that I found Julia! I met her back in 2023 and had originally planned to have her coordinate my wedding in July of 2024. Unfortunately for my then fiancé and I, life happened and we had to postpone our wedding to July of 2025 due to a severe medical emergency. However, Julia did not bat an eye. She was on top of things as soon as my fiancé notified her of what was going on. She helped him contact AND retain all of our vendors and made sure that they were all kept updated throughout the year that I was unable to communicate with them.

When my health finally improved, I was able to get back into the swing of wedding planning seamlessly due to Julia and my fiancé's proactiveness. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was instrumental in finalizing all of the small but important details. She always had great suggestions and acted as an incredible sounding board to bounce my ideas off of. And when the big day finally arrived, everything went off without a hitch! We didn't have any issues with our timeline. We were on schedule the whole day. And I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing all because of how organized Julia was and how well she worked with me, my husband, and our other vendors. She even went above and beyond by providing some rental items at no charge and creating beautiful signage for us at the last minute.

I am sure there are other things Julia did for us that I am forgetting, but hopefully, this gives anyone considering a wedding planner/coordinator the confidence to choose her. She is truly the best decision you can make!

I hired Julia with Set in Stone for my wedding in 2021, and I still rave about and recommend her. The entire process as a bride was smooth; she took a daunting set of tasks (in a post-COVID setting) and guided me through with ease, professionalism, and flair. She’s incredibly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented. She was quick to respond to every question or concern (from contract to completion) from myself and my other vendors. Julia was fast to put out day-of issues and it was fun participating in a Set in Stone wedding as part of the wedding party. Again, she brought her enthusiasm, kindness, organization, and professional to ensure the day was perfect. I recommend Julia over and over to my friends as they start the wedding planning process. She’s fantastic!

They cared for all of us and made us feel very looked after and seen in all the meetings leading up to the day and on the day of.
