Aiyesha and her planners, were amazing. I worked with Tony and Amy alongside with Aiyesha and they were on top of everything from sending me monthly to do lists, to following up with making sure I had everything I needed for wedding day, all the way down to cake serving set and cocktail signs (things I thought nothing of and had completely forgotten). My husband and family are still talking about how professional Polished Occasions was on our day. Our venue even added them to their preferred vendor list, that's how amazing they were on wedding day. Honestly, even rehearsal was perfect. I wish I had the words to explain to Aiyesha and Tony what an exceptional job of PERFECTION they both executed on my dream wedding day. My wedding day was the most PERFECT day ever. This team was never not available. I received a response to anything almost immediately. The level of comfort for a bride is invested in their team. From the moment the Polished Occasions team arrived (first ones there might I add) to them greeting me and my girls/moms, to them tending to literally everyone, the guys, the vendors, setting up my welcome signs and tons of nick knacks, they were amazing. Where do I begin?? Aiyesha and her team were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better “day of” event team as a bride planning a Houston wedding from Japan. My only regret is that we didn’t find/book Polished Occasions sooner. I would’ve loved to work with her from the design phase because I feel like we clicked from our first call. It was a big risk starting over with a new team a little over a month before our wedding, and every review and social media post from/about Polished Occasions by Aiyesha was five-star. We are so glad we took the leap! Every single interaction with Aiyesha leading up to our wedding day put us at ease and got us excited to celebrate our love. She was so professional and transparent about her services and what she needed from us. I always felt like she had our back and trusted our vision of the day and that was a huge contrast to the planner we had originally started this process with. The day of—it was perfect!! I am still getting compliments about our planner and her team who were “on it”, “so sweet”, and “so much fun”. I can’t thank you enough for executing our perfect day. Our exit was a complete blur, but I wasn’t worried because I knew Polished Occasions would make sure everything was taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough for your wedding!
