Weddings by Andrea

Andrea provided us with the best service on our wedding day! We met Andrea at an Open House our venue hosted. She offers a range of different services, and they all include unlimited communication. Andrea helped us design our floor plan and timeline, and she communicated with all of our vendors the day of. She did a fantastic job helping us think through some of the smaller details of a wedding day that can be overlooked, and she provided helpful tips to make our wedding perfect. Andrea did an amazing job!

Andrea was wonderful to work with! She was responsive and helpful during the planning process. She is extremely calming and kind. This was especially important on our wedding day when stress was running high. She ensured all my vendors were kept in the loop on the schedule and details of the night. Andrea made sure that we were rolling along with all our evening milestones even when photos took longer than expected. She even came to the rescue when my dress bustle partially broke.

Choosing caterers were tricky because of the food allergies we have. The day before my wedding one of my caterers called to ask me to choose a different main dish since they could no longer make it gluten free. I reached out to Andrea and she took charge. I’m not sure how she convinced the caterer to honor their contract and come thru with what was purchased, but she did it. I’m so thankful to have had her guidance throughout the planning process and her problem solving with the unforeseen last minute issue. I highly recommend Andrea to guide any couple thru the wedding process.

My daughter’s dream wedding was fulfilled, due in a large part to Andrea. From the beginning of working with Andrea, she was able to direct us to the venues matching my daughter’s vision. She is organized and kept us on track with deadlines to schedule vendors. Her vendor recommendation list is excellent! Andrea was very detailed through the planning process to the day of the wedding. My Daughter’s wedding was perfect!

Andrea was an amazing coordinator! On my wedding day, she felt like a second me, and when little problems arose (i.e., seating chart issues, missing linens) she handled them without me even noticing. My wedding day was perfect because she was by my side.
