Andrea provided us with the best service on our wedding day! We met Andrea at an Open House our venue hosted. She offers a range of different services, and they all include unlimited communication. Andrea helped us design our floor plan and timeline, and she communicated with all of our vendors the day of. She did a fantastic job helping us think through some of the smaller details of a wedding day that can be overlooked, and she provided helpful tips to make our wedding perfect. Andrea did an amazing job! -

The Amazing Andrea
Andrea was wonderful to work with! She was responsive and helpful during the planning process. She is extremely calming and kind. This was especially important on our wedding day when stress was running high. She ensured all my vendors were kept in the loop on the schedule and details of the night. Andrea made sure that we were rolling along with all our evening milestones even when photos took longer than expected. She even came to the rescue when my dress bustle partially broke.

Highly recommend Weddings by Andrea!!
Andrea was a huge help from start to finish! Not only did she recommend some of my favorite vendors, but she helped me to review contracts, maintain a planning timeline and brought my vision to life on our wedding day! I could not have done it without her. From setting up all of our decor and florals to staying ahead of schedule the entire day, Andrea and her assistant made sure our wedding was perfect for myself, my husband and our friends and family. She always wore a smile on her face and was happy to assist in any way that she could. If you are looking for someone that will provide you with a stress free, on-time, and beautiful wedding, Andrea is your girl! -

Schuster Wedding 2024
Andrea was an amazing coordinator! On my wedding day, she felt like a second me, and when little problems arose (i.e., seating chart issues, missing linens) she handled them without me even noticing. My wedding day was perfect because she was by my side. Also, she was with me throughout the planning process by helping me make vendor decisions and notifying me of things I should have been thinking about regarding the wedding planning process. Andrea is your NEXT wedding planner and I cannot rave about her enough! -

Our day of coordinator, Andrea James, was a literal life savor! Andrea was instrumental in the success of our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. She met with us multiple times before the wedding, toured the venue with us, and gave us extra care that was not even in our package. During the wedding day, she was early and stayed late. Everything was on time, and she even found time for us to eat! The perfect day wouldn’t have been possible without her. I would recommend her a million times over

Day Of Wedding Coordinator
My husband and I hired Andrea as our day of wedding coordinator and let me just say she did so much more than that! Andrea helped me bring my vision to life. She also recommended repurposing our ceremony flowers, which I loved! Andrea helped make our day so special and took care of all the wedding setup and breakdown. Andrea was my day of coordinator for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with everything. Leading up to our day, she was super helpful in making decisions and kept me on a general schedule with all my vendors. She created our day-of schedule and made it super seamless and tailored it to exactly what we wanted. She even recommended some great people to me (like our florist, who we loved!). When the day came - she took control of literally everything to where I was able to truly take in and enjoy the day, without any stress or worrying about anything. She helped with setting a few things up, worked with vendors to get everything perfect, and made sure everything was on schedule. At the end of the night she even made sure our wedding suite was decked out with everything, all while handling the tear down and removing items from the reception space. She was really invaluable and our dream wedding would not have been possible without her. I am truly not sure how she does it all! I would recommend Andrea to anyone, she was the best. -

Andrea was quite literally the glue that held our day together and the entire planning process. She was so unbelievably sweet and had phenomenal communication throughout everything. She is looks out for her couples and made sure that we had 0 stress the week/day of and made everything so much easier. I felt like I grew a friendship with her because she’s so interpersonal and never makes it feel like she’s just another wedding vendor. I can not explain in enough words how Amazing Andrea was during the entire process. She worked with my from start to finish on EVERYTHING. She lead me to vendors who were trusting and in my price range, she gave her opinion and expertise when I struggled with making a decision, she had her own supplies of decor I could rent from her, she kept track and communicated with all vendors, and most importantly kept me calm the weeks leading up to the even! I will recommend her and her only to anyone who needs a wedding planner! -

I was a bride on a budget and had big dreams and hopes for our reception. It was a very non traditional South Asian affair and I knew there were going to be complications with executing it. I went back and forth on getting a wedding coordinator like a million times. My entire event was planned out fully but something in me was pushing me to find a wedding coordinator to help with Day Of execution. Luckily I came across Andrea's information and sent her a message and we were able to agree on her package.
AND ANDREA WAS THE GREATEST GIFT FROM GOD!!!!!! I cannot emphasize enough, that I was a bride on a budget. Every cent was precious to us but the service and support that Andrea provided is immeasurable. She is worth her weight in gold. She is AMAZING.
We had two consultations and even for me, I thought I had everything figured out, but Andrea provided valuable insight into details that were important to me. Leading up to the event, she contacted all of my vendors and came to tour the venue with me to ensure the two of us were on the same page. Andrea is super responsible and amazing. She sent me reminders on so many little details that completed my event. And her experience is incredible. She's the perfect consult to discuss prices from vendors to make sure you're not being robbed haha. Because of her, I saved thousands of dollars on things that I otherwise would have just gone through my primary vendor but she suggested alternatives and voila, I still maintained a quality of excellence at my event without compromising on the items at hand.
Day of. WOW. I was already so pleased with Andrea leading up to the event, because SHE IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. But on the day of, Andrea TOOK CARE OF ME. She's so responsible and thoughtful. She executed all of the day of responsibilities with finesse. Without her, I have NO CLUE how the heck we would have coordinated everything. On the day of your weddings, a thousand things will go wrong and you have to embrace it and not let it ruin your experience. You and your family have invested SO MUCH MONEY on this event and you don't want to spend it agonizing over the details that come up. With Andrea, you're going to be able to make quick and smooth last minute changes. She's creative, she's kind, and she's patient.
She listened to literally every one of my requests. She helped me through the entire day. She's simply amazing. One of a kind. Amazing.
Again, I'm a South Asian bride which was out of her realm of expertise and I cannot emphasize how brilliantly Andrea helped me and my family execute our event.
Don't waste your time wondering IF you should book her. Message her asap and just pray that she'a available for your event. You need her-- trust me. YOU NEED ANDREA. -

As mother of the bride, I initially wasn’t sure we needed a wedding planner, but as planning began, I soon realized we needed assistance and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision to use Weddings by Andrea! It’s been a while since I helped plan a wedding and things have changed so much. Andrea offered more services than I realized. From vendor recommendations and coordination, to assisting with floral appointments, wedding décor, venue layout, timelines and so much more. She even has a nice inventory of wedding décor that we rented from her at very good prices. I felt comfortable knowing that Andrea had the knowledge, experience, and confidence to take care of my daughter’s special day. Everything stayed on schedule on the wedding day, and she took care of any hiccup without a fuss. Andrea is professional and calm under pressure. I can’t imagine the day without her. I cannot thank Andrea enough for the incredible job she did for my wedding. Andrea is kind, professional, attentive, and most importantly adaptive to anything that is thrown her way. The months, weeks, and days leading up to the wedding, Andrea made sure that we had everything we needed covered. From assistance recommending vendors, attending floral appointments, giving me access to her warehouse of linens, decor, etc. she made all decisions a piece of cake. The day of my wedding, I truly did not have to worry about one thing. She set up everything for my ceremony and reception and helped direct all of our vendors keeping everyone on the perfect timeline. Andrea made our dreams come to fruition. Thank you!

Andrea is amazing! From the very beginning Andrea was quick to respond and very professional. After we had our first meeting I knew I was putting my big day into the right hands. I had a very difficult vendor and Andrea had no problem standing her ground to make sure our vision was executed. My hair and makeup artist contracted COVID the Thursday before the wedding and had no backup up(the rest of her team was already book). I called Andrea and she quickly calmed my nervous and helped me come up with a plan that I was happy with. On the day of the rehearsal she quickly realized things were not set up as I visioned. She quickly took action and fixed it right away. The morning of the wedding day, the same difficult/opinionated vendor changed the layout of our reception and gave Andrea attitude! She responded with kindness and strength and fixed it quickly. Andrea checked in with all my vendor 2 weeks in advance and created a perfect timeline. During our wedding she brought us drinks and made sure that we are following the schedule. I was SO THANKFUL that she was there. I had the best (stress free day) because I knew Andrea was there and taking care of everything... all I had to do was enjoy the day with my new hubby, family, and friends. I will recommend Weddings by Andrea to every bride! Seriously, she is amazing! -

I hired Andrea as my day of coordinator for my wedding. She was wonderful to work with, she listened to all of my concerns throughout the wedding planning process and always made me feel at ease. She helped coordinate with all of my vendors when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic, and also helped things go seamlessly when an unexpected thunderstorm showed up on my wedding day and the ceremony had to be moved indoors at the last minute. Andrea was awesome. She was always very responsive, and answered any question I might have had. She was always just a text message away. She helped remind me of little details that I might have been missing for the wedding, and kept the wedding going smoothly. With all the craziness going on in the world right now, Andrea provided up to date information and stayed on top of how it would have affected us. She also made an extra “rainy day” seating chart-just in case, and provided options to really great vendors including dress alterations. She actually went with me to get my dress altered, and helped me bustle my dress the day of the wedding. The entire day was spectacular thanks to Andrea, and I’m so happy she was there to help with the minor details that came up. I didn’t have to worry at all because Andrea was there to help. Andrea was our Day-of Coordinator for our wedding, but honestly she was so much more. I am such an anxious person, and I can honestly say she did not let me worry about a single detail on my wedding day. She handled vendors, their arrivals and set-ups, and even little hiccups with ease, so much so that I don’t even know if anything went wrong! In the months prior to our wedding, Andrea was incredibly flexible and professional during our meetings, and was always able to accommodate my crazy schedule. She answered all my questions and helped me to feel calm during planning. I cannot recommend Andrea enough! She was truly instrumental in helping to make our wedding day amazing. -

When I hired Andrea I was two months away from my wedding and freaking out. My fiance and I had already done a lot of the planning, design, and booking ourselves. But we needed extra help the day of, more than I knew we needed! Andrea was professional, friendly, and organized for all our meetings and came prepared and also had questions for me to make sure things went smoothly. I think day-of coordination is absolutely necessary and it was such a relief to have somebody handle all the things that pop up during a wedding. For instance my dress bustle came undone, Andrea was there with safety pins. I forgot to call the hotel to find out if they were ok with a late check in on my way to the wedding. Andrea called and took care of it. My bridesmaids were able to enjoy more of the wedding and me and my fiance were able to greet all our guests and take plenty of pictures. We enjoyed our wedding and actually got to eat some of the food! After the ceremony was over my stress melted away, because I knew I had Andrea there to help coordinate and that really meant the world to me. I don’t think I could have pulled off getting ready and prepping the venue, hiring a coordinator is so worth it!! -
