  Schuster Wedding 2024

  Andrea was an amazing coordinator! On my wedding day, she felt like a second me, and when little problems arose (i.e., seating chart issues, missing linens) she handled them without me even noticing. My wedding day was perfect because she was by my side. Also, she was with me throughout the planning process by helping me make vendor decisions and notifying me of things I should have been thinking about regarding the wedding planning process. Andrea is your NEXT wedding planner and I cannot rave about her enough!

  Awesome Wedding Planner

  Andrea was perfect for my daughter and I. She kept us on track and before, during and after the wedding. She provided excellent guidance on vendors, timelines, and setup options. She was perfect at keeping everyone on task and on track on the wedding day. She is the best!

  Andrea was amazing

  Andrea was AMAZING!! I am not an organized person, but Andrea was on top of everything and made sure I got all my vendors booked and in order and had amazing suggestions for some that I needed. The day of the wedding she truly brought my vision to life and made the day flow perfectly which allowed me to fully be able to relax and enjoy the day!

  Stress free and wonderful

  Andrea was incredibly professional and flexible. She took charge of changing our schedule day-of when the weather made things difficult. She could answer all of my questions about etiquette that I was lost on. My husband and I will forever look back on our wedding day as something so special and Andrea was a massive part of its success!

  Easy, smooth Day-Of Coordination

  I loved working with Andrea! She made my day-of super smooth and easy. I didn't have to worry about one detail of decorations, vendors, etc. and could focus on myself and getting ready! LOVE!

  Hiring Andrea as my Day of Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions I made! She helped keep my head on straight and was such a calming presence on one of the most hectic days of my life. I'm thankful for her adaptability, quick thinking, and responsiveness. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day and that was in huge part due to Andrea. Highly highly recommend!

  Andrea was wonderful to work with. We found Andrea at the Houston Bridal extravaganza and so blessed that we did. Even though we hired her for our "day of coordinator" she offered her help with meetings throughout the planning and always available for questions.
  She and her team were amazing the day of. The morning of, I turned everything over to Andrea and she took all my stress away. She allowed me to enjoy the entire day with my daughter and the entire evening with our guests. She was a blessing to work with.

  Andrea was incredible. She helped me feel calm and at peace on the wedding day. Everything went so smoothly and she was a huge help leading up to the wedding day as well. She even got married a week or so before I did, but it didn’t affect her level of service towards us at all! Highly highly recommend!!!!

  Best coordinator out there!

  Andrea did an absolute fantastic job. She took care of everything for me. My day wouldn’t have gone smoothly without her. She coordinate with all the vendors and made sure they followed schedule. She was very supportive and attentive to me and my husband to make our day special. I have recommended to all of my friend brides. You should definitely book her!!

  Our day of coordinator, Andrea James, was a literal life savor! Andrea was instrumental in the success of our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. She met with us multiple times before the wedding, toured the venue with us, and gave us extra care that was not even in our package. During the wedding day, she was early and stayed late. Everything was on time, and she even found time for us to eat! The perfect day wouldn’t have been possible without her. I would recommend her a million times over

  Andrea was my day of coordinator for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with everything. Leading up to our day, she was super helpful in making decisions and kept me on a general schedule with all my vendors. She created our day-of schedule and made it super seamless and tailored it to exactly what we wanted. She even recommended some great people to me (like our florist, who we loved!). When the day came - she took control of literally everything to where I was able to truly take in and enjoy the day, without any stress or worrying about anything. She helped with setting a few things up, worked with vendors to get everything perfect, and made sure everything was on schedule. At the end of the night she even made sure our wedding suite was decked out with everything, all while handling the tear down and removing items from the reception space. She was really invaluable and our dream wedding would not have been possible without her. I am truly not sure how she does it all! I would recommend Andrea to anyone, she was the best.

  Andrea is absolutely phenomenal! Even though I purchased a day of coordinator package she was always available to answer any questions and quick to assist in anyway. Her packages provide a lot of meetings that allow you to feel secure and on top of things as your wedding day approaches. She is extremely easy to talk to, positive, productive, kind, flexible, and eager to assist you in creating your dream day. She is very detail oriented and organized with all communication and ideas discussed for your wedding day. She had an amazing aesthetic eye for setting up all decorations and items necessary as well as provides an impressive comprehensive inventory of supplies for renting. I 100% trusted her judgement and was blown away by her set-up. Andrea is also very cool, calm, and collected under pressure. My mom unfortunately was difficult throughout the wedding planning process but Andrea handled her with care, re-assurance, and was still able to prioritize and execute what our priorities and desires were. She also impressively was able to save the day by assisting my bridesmaid with her dress as it ripped the day of. Everything was so smooth and I was able to fully appreciate my day thanks to her!   Andrea was quite literally the glue that held our day together and the entire planning process. She was so unbelievably sweet and had phenomenal communication throughout everything. She is looks out for her couples and made sure that we had 0 stress the week/day of and made everything so much easier. I felt like I grew a friendship with her because she’s so interpersonal and never makes it feel like she’s just another wedding vendor. She was one of my favorite parts about the whole day and I truly do not know what we would have done without her!

  My dream wedding

  From start to finish Andrea made me feel as if my wedding was her top priority! She was kind, quickly responsive to any questions we had, went with us to venue meetings, and was exceptionally attentive during the wedding! We wanted for nothing more from her! She is amazing!

  Andrea was truly amazing! She was my Day Of Coordinator, but she also helped me organize my vendor's information and gave recommendations prior to that. She met with me several times and the wedding day went by so smoothly! I absolutely recommend her. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect and everyone knew where to be. She was easy to talk to and communicate with. Also very, very organized and willing to help with tasks the day of. My family who needed help setting some decor up just absolutely loved her as well. Book her!!

  Having Andrea as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding! From our very first call, I felt like I was talking to a friend which made the experience of having her with me on the big day so much better.   My husband and I hired Andrea as our day of wedding coordinator and let me just say she did so much more than that! Andrea helped me bring my vision to life. She also recommended repurposing our ceremony flowers, which I loved! Andrea helped make our day so special and took care of all the wedding setup and breakdown. Andrea is very responsive and creative! Thank you so much for all of your help.

We hired a day-of wedding planner as required by our venue, which I will be forever grateful for as well as the brides through the Farmhouse that had recommended her. Andrea was so much more than a day-of coordinator for us. She was always available via text for questions or recommendations even when it was later in the evening or on the weekends. She would meet me the venue and devote at least 2-3 hours to walking through the venue and finalizing the details of the big day. She helped ease my anxieties and helped to brainstorm a back-up plan if needed for my food vendor. She is accountable, personable, and a true go-getter. Everything a bride needs for her wedding day.

  I can not explain in enough words how Amazing Andrea was during the entire process. She worked with my from start to finish on EVERYTHING. She lead me to vendors who were trusting and in my price range, she gave her opinion and expertise when I struggled with making a decision, she had her own supplies of decor I could rent from her, she kept track and communicated with all vendors, and most importantly kept me calm the weeks leading up to the even! I will recommend her and her only to anyone who needs a wedding planner!

  Andrea was the day of coordinator for our wedding day. We can’t say enough good things about her and her services. While she was our “day of” coordinator, she was available to us for several months. We had 3 meetings to go over wedding planning progress and she also came to our floral mock up and facilitated our day-before ceremony rehearsal. If something went wrong on the wedding day, we don’t even know about it because she handled anything and everything that came up. She also had a wide variety of inventory to rent for the wedding day which was super convenient! Andrea is professional, flexible, and so so kind. My husband and I are so thankful for all of the things she did for us/took care of. We can’t recommend her enough!

  Andrea was the day of coordinator for our wedding day. We can’t say enough good things about her and her services. While she was our “day of” coordinator, she was available to us for several months. We had 3 meetings to go over wedding planning progress and she also came to our floral mock up and facilitated our day-before ceremony rehearsal.   Mother of the Bride Approved and Worth Every Penny

  As mother of the bride, I initially wasn’t sure we needed a wedding planner, but as planning began, I soon realized we needed assistance and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision to use Weddings by Andrea! It’s been a while since I helped plan a wedding and things have changed so much. Andrea offered more services than I realized. From vendor recommendations and coordination, to assisting with floral appointments, wedding décor, venue layout, timelines and so much more. She even has a nice inventory of wedding décor that we rented from her at very good prices. I felt comfortable knowing that Andrea had the knowledge, experience, and confidence to take care of my daughter’s special day. Everything stayed on schedule on the wedding day, and she took care of any hiccup without a fuss. Andrea is professional and calm under pressure. I can’t imagine the day without her.
