Uptown Theater exceeded my expectations with its exceptional staff and delectable food offerings. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Whether it was the friendly service or the mouthwatering dishes, Uptown Theater made our wedding perfect!

My husband and I took nearly 6 months looking for the right venue. I have a whole spreadsheet of at least 50 venues across the Kansas City area, and none of them completely hit the right boxes until we visited Loose Mansion. From the get-go, Loose Mansion staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to our questions and needs (and believe me, I'm the type of bride who had a LOT of questions and requests). They met everything with great professionalism. I barely had to do anything on my wedding day (the only thing I had to do was show them a new "mix" feature on Spotify, but that was truly the only thing I had to do!) This is the perfect venue for any couple, and it was absolutely worth the price. We are from out of town so we couldn't do a lot of prep beforehand, and Loose Mansion did all the prep we needed (and more!). They matched my vision perfectly, and the place truly felt like ours for that night. We did our reception only there, but I've heard they offer great wedding ceremony layouts as well. We got married right down the street at Trinity United Methodist church, which we would highly recommend as well for anyone interested in a classic church wedding. All in all, this was the perfect wedding in our books! I couldn't have asked for more. Super grateful for Karen who worked with us through every step of the way.

Sharene Neidig is the venue coordinator and she was so professional, caring and willing to walk the extra mile to provide what it was requested. She worked with us form day one to the day of the wedding. The wedding crew were fabulous, they also walked the extra mile to provide excellent service. Overall if you want your event to be remember as one of the best weddings of the year, the Crown Plaza Kansas City is the perfect venue.

We got married in May of 2023 and had our wedding reception at the Hilton President - we had a fabulous experience! All of the staff were friendly and helpful as we were working to make the decision on venue, all of our questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. After we decided to go with the President, Maurine became our wedding coordinator and stayed in constant contact with us to make sure that everything would be exactly how we wanted it on the day, offering advice and suggestions based on her great experience in the industry that really helped us pull together our reception. We also had a very difficult personal situation come up on the day of the reception, and Maurine and all of the President staff went out of their way to help us make any changes needed to our reception to accommodate. The President went above and beyond to make our day special for us - we would highly recommend the venue for anybody looking for their wedding, and the hotel itself is wonderful!

Kudos to Jill Gooder and the entire Marriott Muehlebach staff for exceptional service and a wonderful Venue for our daughters wedding. The Historic Muehlebach Lobby is a hidden gem. Great staff and prompt service. Well done. 5 Stars.

We had a hotel block reserved for wedding guests and hosted a gathering at the hotel on our first evening. Paige and Jaimee were extremely attentive, communicative, efficient, helpful, and friendly as we planned and prepared for both. The space we used for our gathering was perfect for our group, the food was outstanding, and the hotel bar was very accommodating. The staff that worked at our event was also excellent. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire weekend was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely use the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza for future events!

Loved everything about this place! Everyone’s so nice, the food is EXCELLENT and the bride and groom get a night for free! Plus all my guest get discounted rates which is helpful sine I have family from out of town! Also, we get a room a year after we get married too for a nice little anniversary sweet! It’s all inclusive! It’s like a one stop shop! They do centerpieces, napkins to match my colors, food, drinks, even will help with cake and have up lights too! Bet beautiful and spacious as well! Can’t wait for my wedding in March of 2019!

We LOVED using Oakwood for our wedding venue!! We fell in love with the beautiful space when we came to tour it and it just felt right for our May 2024 wedding. Working with Katelyn from their staff was great, she was very responsive and accommodating. Pretty much everything we wanted she said yes to and helped us figure out the best way to do it! She worked really well with all of our hired vendors as well. A big plus for Oakwood is catering and drinks are included which made it so easy to work with Katelyn on both aspects. Their food was delicious and all of our guests said it was some of the best "wedding food" they've had - no dry chicken here! Such a beautiful and unique venue for events in the KC area - we highly recommend!

We toured many venues, and kept coming back to the Madrid as our number one choice. Missy was so personable, took the time to get to know us, and made us feel so at ease. To be honest, even if the venue wasn't as great as it is, we would have considered booking anyways just because of her! Thankfully it was the full package, awesome venue and fabulous staff! I can't imagine our big day anywhere else!

The Brass on Baltimore was the most beautiful and breath taking venue I could have imagined! Everyone I worked with, Deb and Jaimee, went above and beyond to help. They were easy to reach and always kept me in the loop. Everything about the day was perfect! I would without a doubt recommend them to everyone!
