We toured many venues, but ultimately fell in love with the Stanley. We loved the gorgeous three-tiered building, the professional and friendly staff, and the charming down town Lees Summit. Cindy, her husband and Karly were very patient and flexible and answered all of our questions. We had several special requests (special table placements, cornhole on the roof, audio guestbook, specialty coctails and more) that they were happy to accomodate. One thing that we really appreciated was that they didn't nickle-and-dime us for table placements, decorations, lenens, suites, etc like several other venues. Additionally the drink packages were very reasonable and the two bar setup was perfect. The building has a lot of character, and is is configurable to sute your needs. The rooftop was very unique and was a nice get-away for our guests to play cornhole and get fresh air. The Aspen room was elegant and exactly the right size. The bridal and grooms suites were very conveninet for the wedding party. The balcony was a nice place for our guests to smoke and look out on down town Lees Summit without feeling isolated. The day of the wedding, they seamlessly worked very well with all of our vendors and followed any of our instructions. We and our guests were well taken care of. Cleanup was very easy, and they offered to donate our leftovers to the local fire department, which was very helpful. Thank you to everyone at the Stanley for making our day so special!!

We absolutely LOVED Raintree Community Church for our wedding! The Sanctuary is so modern and beautiful. It doesn't look like a gym or a multi-purpose room like so many churches do these days, but really is a simple, beautiful, architecturally rich building that has so many neutral and pretty accents. The lobby is stunning as you walk in to tall ceilings, gorgeous tile floors, and a beautiful table where you can set up guest book, programs, etc. Cathy and the church staff are so easy and flexible to work with, and very helpful in preparing and planning. They are there through the whole process to help you, and so kind and gracious. We were thrilled with the way the church looked in pictures and video, and felt so taken care of by them!

Where to start...We cannot say enough good things about the ladies at Lone Summit Ranch! First off, the venue and land itself is breathtaking, and makes for gorgeous pictures. The new bridal cottage for myself and my girls to get ready in was so perfect and beautiful. Stacy was the lead coordinator the day of our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She checked on us frequently to make sure I was doing okay, or if I needed anything! She helped with setting up, coordinating the vendors, and making sure we had a stress free day! Buffee was also there to be of great assistance with the guys as well as running back and forth to make sure everything was perfect. Linda was so easy and great to communicate with. Linda allowed us to actually have a 2nd wedding on her property over the summer, prior to our fall wedding date, since my Mom was terminally ill and not going to make it to our November wedding. Linda and her staff were so graciously accommodating in letting us have that wedding ceremony at her space in June, so that my Mom could be a part of our day, and for that we are forever grateful. The November wedding was also nothing shy of perfect. From the gorgeous landscape, to the perfect honeymoon cottage that we stayed the night in, everything was so amazing, and we could not have picked a better space or croup of people to be a part of our day. Thank you Linda, Stacy, Buffee, and everyone else that made our day(s) so perfect and amazing!

We fell in love just driving up the circle drive, looked at each other, and said "Yep, this is the one." Longview Mansion was just GORGEOUS and we got so lucky with the perfect fall day with all the fall colors! Almost every guest made a comment to us about how beautiful and nice the venue was, it definitely has that wow factor which can be hard to find! They are all-inclusive with their catering and decor setup which took a load off my mind. I showed up with my decor in bins and they took it from there and also had things donated from previous weddings that I was able to use as well! I was able to get in with my girls at 10 AM to start getting hair and makeup done in their beautiful 3 room spanning bridal suite. On the other end of the hallway, the groom also has a multi-room suite. I'm sharing all the beautiful photos our photographer Emma Highfill captured that day of the venue and all its glory. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful venue in which to get married.
