My son's wedding was held at the Avent Orangery on site at Chateau Avalon and it was absolutely magical - helpful, accommodating staff, aesthetically gorgeous, breathtaking suites. I would highly recommend holding your special events at this location!

Vox Theatre was so incredibly helpful and accommodating during the uncertainty that was 2020. Anna and Caroline went above and beyond to help us recreate our original vision as closely as possible and it was truly amazing! As soon as Caroline heard that I love Christmas and we had a very Christmas-themed wedding she sprung into action decorating the theatre with gorgeous snowflakes, Christmas trees, and reindeer; it created such a warm and inviting atmosphere for our wedding! Anna was extremely available, attentive, and responsive to all of our panicked last-minute questions and concerns and had an appropriate answer for everything. She also made sure to coordinate with our outside vendors which our wedding day run seamlessly. We so appreciate the care and empathy shown by the Vox Theatre team and are thrilled we found them!

I loved James p Davis hall it’s gorgeous inside and out. You won’t find a place cheaper than this. Especially for how it looks. The staff was friendly and helpfully You can email your layout for the chairs and tables for the whole place and they will set it up before you even walk in the day of your event. They saved us some time by doing this the day of my wedding because all we had to do was go in and decorate. Best part is you can bring in your own venders. When taking pictures there was a lot of places to go at the venue and around the lake.

Our wedding couldn't have been more wonderful. The weather was perfect, but this venue provides options depending on the weather. The stay at the house was perfect for my family - oh and the fishing for my father - love love! Joan is just wonderful to work with. I would recommend this venue to anyone - pertaining to outdoor weddings.

From the time I first viewed this space I fell in love with the staircase in the Colonial room and the original brick and wood floors in the Brick room. We held a small ceremony in the Colonial (approx. 50 ppl) and then reception in the Brick room (approx. 120 ppl). The layout worked perfectly with a cocktail hour during the flip time. During the reception we used the Colonial room as a more chill area with the bar, high top tables and photobooth while the Brick room was the party spot with dance floor and DJ. The layout with the kitchen in back was great as well. Caterers were able to come in, setup and teardown out of sight of guests and without any issues. Teri was so helpful from the time I first contacted her and was always responsive and willing to offer suggestions but did not feel pushy. When I booked, the bridal suite was not yet finished so we booked on good faith that it would be done on time- let me just say, it worked out for us because the bridal suite was amazing. We did add on the clean-up option which is a must have in my opinion. Overall I just loved it and Teri is amazing; you can tell she has a passion for what she does and is there to make you happy.
