Loved everything about this place! Everyone’s so nice, the food is EXCELLENT and the bride and groom get a night for free! Plus all my guest get discounted rates which is helpful sine I have family from out of town! Also, we get a room a year after we get married too for a nice little anniversary sweet! It’s all inclusive! It’s like a one stop shop! They do centerpieces, napkins to match my colors, food, drinks, even will help with cake and have up lights too! Bet beautiful and spacious as well! Can’t wait for my wedding in March of 2019!

The is the best wedding venue in the Northland/Kansas City in my opinion. My wedding was completely hassle free and my guests can not stop talking about it. They have raved about the venue, staff and service, food, and guestrooms. We went with the plated chicken picatta for dinner and it was so good! The Chef even came out and greeted us :)! We had a room block with zero issues and our reception was flawless. I booked the presidential parlor and guestroom the night before the wedding for myself and bridesmaids and then we all got ready there the next day. It was perfect because I was able to get ready and also check on anything I wanted to because it was all right there. Budgeting for our wedding was super easy and it appeared like we spent way more than we actually did because of how incredibly nice it was. They even included a complimentary champagne toast for all of my guests! Hilton KCI is where you are going to get bang for your buck which is what every bride is looking for. I would recommend booking a wedding here to anyone. The hassle you will save by having your reception and guestrooms in the same spot, an easy place for all of your vendors to get set up, help around every corner, and great food and drinks + much more make it worth it to book at the Hilton KCI. A lot of my friends that have booked weddings at other venues are exhausted by the end of it because of all the running around and coordinating....You won't have anything to do or worry about on your wedding day at the Hilton but ENJOY!

I loved the Hilton! It was a great choice for my wedding. We had half of our family in from out of town and arriving at all different times. They were very accomodating, making everyone feel comfortable. I had 72 trays of italian wedding cookies that were trayed up and needed to be stored the day before the reception they provided an entire room for just the cookies! My wedding party took over the lobby lounge nightly without a peep from the staff. All my guests still talk about how great and fun my wedding was and highly compliment the hotel. Great Choice!!

Allison and everyone at the Hilton were wonderful. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything at all on the day of our wedding. We just showed up at the reception, and it was beautiful, everything was exactly as Allison and I had discussed. They were very flexible and helped to accommodate extra needs we had such as a room to set up Italian cookies in and a place for the wedding party to hang out before the reception started. The food was absolutely fabulous, and we were pleased with the rooms our friends and family booked as well.

We got married at the Hilton Frontenac in St. Louis, MO. Our coordinator Jennifer was wonderful and helped us with everthing!!! It was a great experience!

I chose the Hilton for my wedding reception in April 2010. These are some rough economic times and my husband and I knew we'd be paying for the majority of our wedding, but we didn't want to sacrifice ANYTHING. Tough to do, right?

Well, the Hilton surpassed all of our expectations and really gave us a night to remember. From the customer service, to the personal attention from the wedding coordinator (Danica Castelletto), to the food, to the guest rooms , to the space itself.....it really turned out to be magical.

Danica worked with us from day one and throughout the entire process. It was my first wedding and I didn't know what to expect or where to even start. She helped me stay calm and make decisions so the outcome would be just what I wanted. She was also very patient with me, answering numerous questions and setting up last-minute meetings so friends & family could view the venue beforehand.

The food was incredible! The most fun part was our food tasting where we got to sample all of the entrees and side items. It made for a VERY tough choice but we went with a plated meal of sauteed chicken breast with a Chardonnay mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, baby carrots & asparagus. It included salad, rolls & a champagne toast. The kids got to have chicken tenders, fries and a fruit cup! My bridesmaid's 2-year old son was throwing a fit so his dad took him up to their room and the catering staff even delivered their meals to his room so they wouldn't miss dinner.

I know this is getting long so I'll wrap it up. We got many compliments on the food and the courtesy of the staff. Since both mine and my husband's family are mainly from out of town, we had a large amount of guests stay at the hotel. They got a free AWESOME breakfast and it was a fun way to see everyone the next morning.

A nice send-off? The hotel even let us leave our car in their lot for free and shuttled us to and from the airport so we didn't need to pay for airport parking during our honeymoon.

I would highly recommend the venue to anyone who wants to have a wonderful reception, on a medium budget, without sacrificing the quality, courtesy or glamour that you want.

The Hilton hotel is hands down a beautiful location for ceremony and reception. It was nice for our guests to come into town, check into the hotel and not have to leave until it was time to go home. My now husband and I were very happy with the quality, taste and presentation of the food and we received MANY compliments on the food. An issue I had that was frustrating was this: The wedding coordinator for the hotel changed three times during the 5 month planning period. The hotel didn't send out emails, letters, phone calls, nothing to advise that my previous coordinator was no longer there. This caused confusion and some issues but in the end, everything was beautiful.
