Loved everything about this place! Everyone’s so nice, the food is EXCELLENT and the bride and groom get a night for free! Plus all my guest get discounted rates which is helpful sine I have family from out of town! Also, we get a room a year after we get married too for a nice little anniversary sweet! It’s all inclusive! It’s like a one stop shop! They do centerpieces, napkins to match my colors, food, drinks, even will help with cake and have up lights too! Bet beautiful and spacious as well! Can’t wait for my wedding in March of 2019!

Sharene Neidig is the venue coordinator and she was so professional, caring and willing to walk the extra mile to provide what it was requested. She worked with us form day one to the day of the wedding. The wedding crew were fabulous, they also walked the extra mile to provide excellent service. Overall if you want your event to be remember as one of the best weddings of the year, the Crown Plaza Kansas City is the perfect venue.

We had a hotel block reserved for wedding guests and hosted a gathering at the hotel on our first evening. Paige and Jaimee were extremely attentive, communicative, efficient, helpful, and friendly as we planned and prepared for both. The space we used for our gathering was perfect for our group, the food was outstanding, and the hotel bar was very accommodating. The staff that worked at our event was also excellent. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire weekend was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely use the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza for future events!

Kudos to Jill Gooder and the entire Marriott Muehlebach staff for exceptional service and a wonderful Venue for our daughters wedding. The Historic Muehlebach Lobby is a hidden gem. Great staff and prompt service. Well done. 5 Stars.

We got married in May of 2023 and had our wedding reception at the Hilton President - we had a fabulous experience! All of the staff were friendly and helpful as we were working to make the decision on venue, all of our questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. After we decided to go with the President, Maurine became our wedding coordinator and stayed in constant contact with us to make sure that everything would be exactly how we wanted it on the day, offering advice and suggestions based on her great experience in the industry that really helped us pull together our reception. We also had a very difficult personal situation come up on the day of the reception, and Maurine and all of the President staff went out of their way to help us make any changes needed to our reception to accommodate. The President went above and beyond to make our day special for us - we would highly recommend the venue for anybody looking for their wedding, and the hotel itself is wonderful!

It was a wonderful experience. They really took the time to help us out and to gives us a once in a lifetime wedding. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an AMAZING reception at Embassy Suites by the airport in KC!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, let's start with the fact that they actually had the availability on the date we wanted, and they give you a ballroom for free as long as you purchase a decent catering package with them! Most places want to charge you a minimum of 5,000 on a summer Saturday and that's for two lousy hours, no other services included. We got discounted rooms for travelers, a COMPLIMENTARY PRESIDENTIAL SUITE (the most amazing hotel room I have ever seen in my life), and best of all, a bend-over-backwards wedding coordinator. This woman was amazing, offering us ideas and services we hadn't even thought of, and it was always INCLUDED in the services we were already paying for. The room sparkled; we got it all day, they did all the decorating (but you could decorate yourself if you chose), and everything ran smoothly! The hotel itself is gorgeous-another plus for you and your guests, and they truly make your ideas come to life. Amazing venue!
