Embassy Suites at KCI Airport is a luxurious hotel who treats all of their clients with the highest regards. The hotel amenities are great and is in prime location to greater Kansas City attractions. Their elaborate ballrooms are affordable and will accommodate any wedding or reception. I can't brag enough about the food too. You gotta get a plate. When booking your event, ask for Shilene Allen, she is the best!
Embassy Suites have updated all their ballrooms and guest rooms this year. The staff at Embassy is so easy to work with and they really strive to not only meet, but go beyond client's expectations. The atrium is a great place to have a small ceremony next to the fountains. It is the ideal spot to have a reception if you have several out-of-town guests because of the close location to KCI airport.
