Very beautiful building. I would definetly recommend it to the next future bride!

Very friendly and accommodating, helped me perfect the menu and had a separate dish for a family member with allergies.

This was a key element to our entire day and The Majestic staff came through for us in so many ways! I have never had such awesome service and felt like "Queen for a day" as the attended to not only my every need but they treated my guests the same way! The food was amazing (as it always is there) and they took care of everything, even boxing up the left-overs for us so that we could pick them up at our leisure the next day. They helped me to create a signature menu and cocktail and again, the venue stood on its own so we didn't have to spend money on decorations. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for value was because there are other ways to have food for a cheaper price... but to me, you get what you pay for and if you factor in how attentive they were to each and every guest... that's rather priceless.

Very nice people and very helpful! They were always willing to look for things that we needed and work with our schedule.

We had our wedding catered through blind box, and it was amazing!! If you are looking to have a BBQ dinner for your wedding, stop looking, this is the place. Andrew is a delight and made what could have been a stressful process super easy. The value was great, and the food was delicious. We got a lot of compliments on the food from guests (even our out-of-towners from Texas loved it, and those people are very righteous about their BBQ). Our servers were professional and friendly, and we had lots of options for add-on services like linens and plates/silverware. Let me just say, it was so great to not have to juggle communications with 1,000 vendors and instead just work with Andrew.

The Monarch Room (part of Heritage Events Space) was the perfect place for a wedding reception!! It had an amazing view of downtown Kansas City, Joe, the owner, was extremely helpful and great to work with, and the lighting and additions the room has for you to use are amazing!!

We had our reception in their private patio (which was fully climate controlled), which very comfortably fit our 55ish guests. The food was phenomenal as well! Definitely recommend it!
