Located on an expansive 130-acre estate in south Kansas City, near Loch Lloyd, MO, the Spring Lake Wedding & Event Venue welcomes you with a stunning 50-year-old tree-lined driveway (check out the video on our profile!). You'll have to see it to believe it. As you explore the property, you’ll discover the essence of Spring Lake—a tranquil, picturesque retreat perfect for any celebration. With a sprawling 12-acre lake featuring a grand 50-foot-wide fountain illuminated by bright white LED lights for stunning nighttime photos, and gently rolling hills, this serene setting merges natural beauty with state-of-the-art amenities, providing a luxurious experience like no other.

3. Free "Our Love Story" Timeline Experience: Included at no extra cost (a $1,000 value!): We create and place stunning 2x3-foot, weather-resistant signs along your entry driveway. Starting with "Our Story...", they showcase your names, a cherished photo, and key milestones—from how you met to your first date, meaningful family moments, the proposal, and beyond. It's a heartfelt, personalized welcome that sets the tone for an unforgettable day.

A Serene 12-Acre Lake with Iconic 50-Foot Fountain: At the heart of the property lies our breathtaking 12-acre lake, complete with a dramatic 50-foot fountain that dances and sparkles day and night (illuminated by elegant LED lights for magical evening photos). This natural centerpiece provides endless photo ops and a tranquil, one-of-a-kind backdrop no other venue can match.
5. The Grand, 50-Year-Old Tree-Lined Driveway: Your celebration begins the moment guests arrive: A majestic, mature tree-lined driveway framed by towering trees leads through a grand gated entrance. The new venue is available for 2027 bookings or later, this elegant building will soon include a large reception space to accommodate approximately 285 guests and a large dance floor. It features high ceilings, expansive windows with breathtaking lake views, and abundant natural light. The Lakeview Manor also includes a spacious bridal suite and a large, stylish groom's suite, both with private restrooms. Fun fact for football enthusiasts: The building was initially constructed by Jack Sharp, whose company also helped build Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Choose your own vendors! Spring Lake also provides a range of comprehensive services, including full bar offerings with beer, wine, and available liquor. We also offer champagne toasts, signature cocktails, and unique add-ons. Your rental rate includes the entire day, giving you the freedom to prepare the space and get ready at your leisure. Ceremony included at no additional cost.
