There was a list of caterers for the Little Theatre in downtown Kansas City. Linda and her incredible staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating, easy to contact and did everything we asked and more. I could not have asked for a better staff to cater my wedding, they really went above and beyond.

Linda was amazing throughout our wedding planning process. We held our wedding ceremony and reception in The Little Theatre (part of the KC Convention Center), had about 180+ guests, and had Aramark for both food and bar. Linda was very responsive, organized and friendly. She was available to meet both the day before and the day of for any last minute adjustments.

The tables were set up nicely, the food was delicious (we received a lot of compliments from guests) and the service was great! We are grateful to have had such a stress-free experience - it's not easy planning an event like that, so it's helpful to have a great team to assist you!

We definitely recommend Linda and her team for your event!

Linda at Aramark (the preferred caterer at the Little Theatre) and her team did an absolute above and beyond great job for our wedding! We had pork and chicken on our menu...2 things that can easily be overcooked and dry when done in bulk for something like a wedding but the meat was moist and delicious and the accompanying sides were mouth watering. Not only was the food delicious but when we showed Linda our vintage champagne flutes for the bride and groom toast, she went home and found 10 additional glasses so that our bridal party would match! They were waiting on the table for us when we arrived. She and her team were even there to take care of our hungry band that was not part of our guarantee and just swept the issue right away from us and handled it.

I cannot say enough good about Aramark and the employees that made our night perfect! There are several other caterers that can be considered when using the Kansas City Convention Center and I would not waste one minute looking at them. If you go with Aramark you will be in the hands of people who want your day to be perfect just as much as you do!

Aramark did an amazing job on the catering for our wedding. We got so many compliments on how delicious the food was. Linda, the sales manager, was super responsive to all of our questions and she did everything she could to accomodate our every need. My parents have 4 girls and they thought they had the best service and food out of all 4 weddings.

I can't say enough about working with Linda at Aramark. They were one of the 8 approved vendors for Little Theatre, and we decided to do a tasting with them. Linda worked with me to create a menu that would accommodate all of our guests dietary needs, and was flexible as we changed things along the way. The food was very good the day of the wedding, and Linda stepped up to help us out when the chargers we rented from another vendor showed up with chips and dings. She offered Aramark's gold chargers at no charge for our use. The staff with Aramark was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend them as a caterer!

Aramark was our liquor provider for our wedding at Little Theater - they require you use them. They were very pricey - but super flexible with us. All the staff and beverages were great. Can't comment on food as we went with another vendor.

I held my wedding reception at a venue in which I was only allowed to use Aramark for bartending. Since I was able to choose my other vendors, Aramark was the only "forced" vendor I dealt with ... and it was the only vendor that did not perform as expected and as stated in its contract.

Aramark provides catering, so I did participate in a tasting session during wedding planning. Some food was mediocre, some unimpressive. The topic of my family's favorite local restaurants came up in conversation with the Aramark sales rep and chef who both were present during the tasting. They both commented negatively about two KC-area restaurants -- in front of potential clients (my parents and I). Needless to say, Aramark didn't get our catering business.

The lack of professionalism continued on my wedding day. My signed contract with Aramark specifically stated "Event Setup 5:00 pm / Start Time 5:30 pm / End Time 11:00 pm." The day of at those times, both the bars and bartenders were nowhere to be found. The venue rep and my DJ worked together to get Aramark to show up. Bar setup occurred during the 6 o'clock hour and drink service began closer to 7 pm.

My husband and I went to one of the bars during the event. He asked for a "Jack and Coke." I watched the bartender fumble around with her liquor bottles, and she finally asked him, "this one?" when holding rum. So, Aramark was the only vendor allowed to bartend my event, and Aramark's bartenders do not seem to know what alcohol is! Other wedding guests told me that they also felt that the bartenders were disorganized and unprofessional.

The Aramark sales rep called me the next day to apologize, and I was reimbursed for the unused drink tickets to rectify the situation. I was at least satisfied with the quick response to solve this problem.

Based on my experience, I was not happy with this vendor, and I recommend future brides to exercise caution before moving forward with this vendor.
