Veronica, the venue manager, is an absolute dream to work with. She is so so kind, responsive, and a wiz at making everything come together. The Bardot is expensive in terms of KC venues, but they are transparent from day 1 giving you a complete breakdown of costs, which I loved. The venue is gorgeous with a rooftop, ballroom, and speak easy. The bartenders were great and the facilities were immaculate. Our guest list ended up being half of what we invited and I worried it would feel too big, but Veronica came up with the best layout that made everything fit perfectly for our numbers. The location is amazing in the heart of KC and walkable to Loew's hotel. I toured I think 10 venues with the Bardot being the first. It was the easiest selection and you won't regret it.

We absolutely LOVED the Pavillion and everyone who works there! Taylor was our day of coordinator and Evan was our bartender. I can not express how SMOOTHLY they made everything goin in the process and on the day of.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. The space itself is absolutely stunning, and having the freedom to choose all of our own vendors allowed us to truly personalize our day. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Addie, our coordinator, was truly amazing. She was so detail-oriented and attentive with everything I provided her. Because of her and the wonderful staff, our wedding day went off without a hitch. I felt completely confident knowing everything was in such capable hands. The venue is beautiful, and my vision was brought together perfectly. I especially loved the speakeasy and having two separate spaces for the ceremony and reception. It made the day flow seamlessly and feel so special. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

Grand Street Cafe was absolutely perfect for our wedding reception. Molly, the event coordinator, was great to work with all year answer my (many) questions and so helpful the night of. We could not have pulled it off without her! We opted for a buffet and the food was great. We had compliments from friends after about it! We loved that we could go do the tasting ahead of time, but then even go try a few more appetizers later since some are served on the regular restaurant menu. They also really helped us accommodate a few food allergies for guests. Having the food & beverage services in house and done by a team of professionals also really helped make it stress-free/so much less to coordinate ahead of time. They know what they are doing! The space itself is beautiful and fit our 225 guests comfortably, though I don't think I would go over that number. The white draped ceilings, string lights and center chandelier all show so beautifully in photos and it was awesome to have their tea lights/other options to mix in with our decor. We didn't need to add very much else other than flowers and signage! We did decide to order additional floor length linens different from what the agreement comes with, and Molly helped facilitate all of the ordering of those as well. Vendors were able to get in that morning/afternoon to set up (flowers, cake, DJ, photo booth, etc. -- though we didn't need as many outside vendors since they already provide a lot!) and we were able to drop off items the week of/pick some up the next morning. The flexibility on this was a huge help. And finally, parking is awesome! For our older family members, they made many comments about how easily accessible the parking was -- and that is a huge plus that not many venues closer in to the city/downtown have! Thank you Grand Street and Molly!

This venue is beautiful, organized and SO wedding friendly! I picked The Everly as our venue because I liked their process of flipping the ceremony to the reception and their layout was perfect for our guest count. They go above and beyond by providing linens and giving amazing vendor recommendations! I worked with Ana and she was so easy to communicate with!

The Brass on Baltimore was the most beautiful and breath taking venue I could have imagined! Everyone I worked with, Deb and Jaimee, went above and beyond to help. They were easy to reach and always kept me in the loop. Everything about the day was perfect! I would without a doubt recommend them to everyone!

2016 Main and its staff turned out to be inimitable pieces of what made our wedding absolutely perfect. From the very first meeting with its dutiful and accommodating owner, all through the assisted planning and design processes, to the last time we shook hands at the conclusion of our joyous reception, this venue served as a modern yet versatile space that gave us senses of both security and excitement for the big day. My wife and I were fortunate enough to reserve 2016 Main for both our ceremony and reception. Nicolas, new yet experienced management, worked in a flawless balance to oversee the integration of 2016 Main's top-notch sound system with our DJs. Bar packages including staff worked with the venue through his company, Sidecar Cocktail Catering Co. The owner also facilitated discounts through a professional partnership with Brancato's Catering. Lot parking, private security, vendor coordination, you name it. Any time that we had questions, Nicolas had solutions. 2016 Main offers everything you need to make your wedding successful and everything you could want to make it unforgettable.

I can't say enough about working with Linda at Aramark. They were one of the 8 approved vendors for Little Theatre, and we decided to do a tasting with them. Linda worked with me to create a menu that would accommodate all of our guests dietary needs, and was flexible as we changed things along the way. The food was very good the day of the wedding, and Linda stepped up to help us out when the chargers we rented from another vendor showed up with chips and dings. She offered Aramark's gold chargers at no charge for our use. The staff with Aramark was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend them as a caterer!

We loved having our wedding at The Austin! The space is beautiful and created such a great setting for our celebration. Sydney was fantastic throughout the entire process - always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had. On the wedding day everything ran smoothly and our guests highly complimented how great of a space it was. The staff also made the room flip a breeze from ceremony to reception. It was the perfect place to celebrate with our family and friends

We had the BEST wedding at 28 event space - KC room. Everything went just as planned and the staff were terrific. We loved everything about it! Our DJ was epic and we loved the over night suites. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were always kind and there for us with so many helpful tips. The pictures turned out great!
