We needed a last minute change of venue due to expected rainy weather. Chad & the staff at Paola Community Center were very responsive to our request & met with us the same day we called. The facility was beautiful. We had use of the theater area & sound equipment for the wedding ceremony. The reception area and kitchen fit our needs well and were very conveniently located downstairs. No travel required! They were very flexible with the timing to come in and decorate both areas. Chad also helped us get permission very quickly to serve alcohol at the reception. We had a catered buffet & they were able to use the hot table for setup & serving. We also had the entire next day to clean up after the wedding so we didn’t have to try to do it all that same night. There is an elevator so those that needed it could easily travel from ceremony to reception and was also useful when bringing in the decorations & supplies.
