Serendipity Farm and Vine was the perfect back drop for our dream wedding! We got married at the front of the trees and a reception under the big white tent! Our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing! From planning, set up and tear down, coordinating day and even capturing moments to send me on her phone that I didn’t even ask for. If you are contemplating budgeting for “The day of Coordinator”, in your package - DO IT! Haylea was absolutely amazing! Coming from a very Type A human - I couldn’t thank her enough for making our special day so smooth!! (Bonus, my husband and I always had a beverage in our hand - she’s just above and beyond!) I will recommend this venue over and over. Coming from someone who looked all over the metro area in KC and around, it’s on average pace for price.

Serendipity is gorgeous, from the forest and vineyard spaces surrounding the property, to the spacious barns for the indoor parts of your event. Hayley the venue coordinator made everything easy! She is so friendly, and she was organized and communicated with us well. Her expertise of the property and weddings in general helped with a majority of the wedding decisions we made! We also rented out the She-Shed for my bridal party to stay in the night before the wedding. I would highly recommend doing this! It made all the rush of getting ready for the big day easier, and the space is beautifully decorated! Great wine, great service from start to finish. We are excited to continue to visit the winery and reminisce.

I had my wedding at Serendipity and I can express how amazing everything was! I hired their wedding coordinator, Hayley, which was the best decision I made! Hayley helped me get in contact with the right vendors for us and made the day-of run without any problems. We got so many comments from guests about how well run the whole event was. I 100/10 recommend serendipity and Hayley.

Hayley and Amy were communicative and supportive throughout our process, from the very beginning of booking Serendipity as our wedding venue, all the way to the end of our wedding day. Serendipity was seriously a dream venue for our special day. Not only does it have breathtaking views and opportunities for photos, the coordinator Hayley went ABOVE AND BEYOND! From wonderful communication, to ensuring all special elements of our day were met, she was the best!!! We couldn’t have done it without her. We were able to stay in the she shed the night of, which was a convenient and cozy space to end our special day! We cannot stop looking at our photos. The woodsy tree line and vineyards created such memorable images that captured our day.

Serendipity Farm & Vine was the perfect venue for our June wedding. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful and surprisingly shaded, which made it extremely comfortable even in the summer heat. The tent felt elegant and inviting, and the hanging lights added a wonderful touch. The bartenders were efficient and professional; they kept the line moving. Our coordinator, Hayley, was phenomenal. She stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and handled unexpected issues (like our melted cake!) quickly and calmly—no one even knew there had been a problem. Having AC in the barn was a huge plus for the reception, and the quiet, remote setting made the whole day feel relaxed and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for the best day of our lives.

We had our wedding at Serendipity this June and the entire process from start to finish was amazing. The venue is beautiful and the She Shed is a nice touch that we would highly recommend anyone to use the night before for bridesmaids and the night of for the groom and bride. We also highly recommend working with Hayley from Serendipity as she went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. Leading up to our wedding she worked closely with us to get all of the logistics in order and then during the day of the wedding she worked very hard to make sure the timeline was going smoothly, everyone was taken care of, and we had all of the necessary stuff that we needed. We would highly recommend anyone to book Serendipity for their wedding!

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredible, easy to get a hold of, flexible to last minute changes, and adaptable. We paid for the day of coordinator offered through the venue and she was the best! Got to meet with her a few times before the wedding to talk details and then the day off she organized and set up everything! We didn’t have to worry about set up or getting people where they needed to be, it was SO nice! Not to mention the venue is beautiful. Had a late April wedding and it was a bit dreary and windy but the venue spoke for itself and created the perfect aesthetic.

Highly recommend Serendipity Farm and Wine for wedding ceremony and reception. The venue brings so much character it is magical. Working with the venue is truly a highlight of the experience. They not only deliver but care about your special day.

Our personal wedding story was saved by the generosity of this venue. We unexpectedly loss our means to a wedding venue just a few short months before our scheduled wedding date. Serendipity made us feel welcomed and supported throughout the unforeseen events. We ended up with more than we could ever have imagined.

⁃ Beautiful barn with magnificent chandeliers. the barn brings so much character to any event. The barn has an additional story that creates additional opportunities for guests, photo ops, and views.
⁃ Amy (founder) and Hayley (event coordinator) made us feel so welcomed. They provided exceptional service and support. Phenomenal job with coordination with outside vendors and timeline of events. We literally didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They listen. They care. They are amazing.
⁃ There is an amazing vineyard/winery with a variety of wine selections that add uniqueness to your big day (not just from a beverage perspective but also another great photo op)
⁃ Did I mention the photo ops? There are so many - it’s a photographer’s dream come true
⁃ The She Shed barn provided a place to stay the night and get ready the next day. There are multiple bedrooms each with different styles and personalities. Additionally there is a honeymoon suite on the second level of the She Shed that is luxurious and private. The perfect place to stay after.
⁃ The Daily Grind - what we never knew we really needed… a coffee shop/cafe! Designed from a barn, horse stalls create such an intimate and special hang out for the morning before (coffee, pastries, and egg bites) to guests showing up before the ceremony stopping by to grab a quick drink.
⁃ Wine tasting - another great opportunity to not pass up. Taste the wine and snack on some grazing boards (they are so delicious)
⁃ All of the above is within very short walking distance (barns are next to each other) and there are ponies!!
