Everything about this venue is amazing. The true Kansas views, the wonderful staff/owners, and the beautiful facilities are just the tip of the iceberg regarding all the great things I have to say about Fireflies Farms. I got married in June 2024 and still receive many compliments about my wedding. Everyone comments on how beautiful the grounds/buildings are and how fun the space is.

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Lisa (the owner) was so helpful!! I cannot thank her and her event coordinator enough for making sure I thought of everything, coordinating the day of, setting up the venue, and working with me on the unique activities I had planned throughout my wedding day. I got married in their meadow, and I have an elderly family member who has mobility restraints. They didn't think twice about using their golf cart to shuttle them to ensure my loved one was able to participate in such a special day! I cannot thank them enough for being so thoughtful in those little but important details!

Also, the venue already having a stockpile of decor to choose from and decorate with was amazing and eliminated one more thing I had to worry about. Not that you need much decor since the venue is so pretty on its own that every corner is a beautiful backdrop to your photos!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. My husband and I got married here this past October and our guest are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was.

We are from South Carolina and all of our guest were too. Chuck and Lisa not only went above and beyond for my husband and I but our guest too. They took time to make a list of fun things for our guest to do while visiting Kansas City. It was the first time for a lot of our guest and Lisa made sure they were going to want to come back to visit.

If something doesn’t go as planned on your big day, did you really have a wedding? Lol. Every time I felt stressed, Lisa was right there asking what she could do to make things better or she would find a solution to everything!! Our officiant couldn’t make it due to health issues. We didn’t know of anyone else to officiate our wedding because well, we weren’t from there. Chuck ended up being our officiant by the grace of God and spur of the moment. And I would not have wanted it to be any other way! My husband and I still can’t think him enough for doing that for us.

We got our wedding pictures back recently and I was amazed and how AMAZING the lighting was in the bridal room. The venue has such pretty views and sunsets to make your pictures look perfect on your big day. It has so much space inside and out. If you have a larger wedding party, this venue is perfect.

I seriously fall in love with this venue more and more every time I look at our wedding pictures. Lisa takes all of your ideas and brings them to life. Every couple that uses FireFlies Farm holds a special place in her heart. She gets to know you on a personal level before your wedding day and even after your wedding day. I can’t say enough great things about Chuck and Lisa and their venue.

You seriously won’t regret booking with them.

The venue itself is gorgeous, but even better the owners are amazing and make your day so special! Since the venue is so large we were able to shoot off fireworks at the end of the night! They included a wedding day coordinator in our package which was amazing. Also they provide all the decor in the package which helped with cost for us so much! I recommend this venue all the time to people! If I had to do it all again I would get married at Fireflies Farm again!
