Black Barn at Stone Creek is a peaceful, purpose-driven wedding venue nestled on 40 acres of scenic Kansas countryside. Just outside of Kansas City, this rustic black barn is known for its open skies, soulful charm, and deeply meaningful atmosphere. At Black Barn, your celebration becomes part of something greater—because every wedding helps fund organizations that fight sex trafficking and support survivor healing. Black Barn is also honored to be partnered soon with The Battle Within ministry, restoring hope and mental healing for wounded veterans and first-responders struggling with PTSD and TBI.

Black Barn comfortably hosts up to 150 guests inside the barn, with multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony locations to choose from—including a koi pond overlook, shaded lawn, barn porch, and the barn interior itself. The venue features a spacious indoor bar, concrete outdoor dance floor, string lighting, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The restored farmhouse sleeps up to 16 guests and offers the perfect weekend retreat for wedding parties or family. Every rental includes tables and chairs, access to a private getting-ready suite, guest parking, and on-site venue management to ensure your day flows smoothly. Optional add-ons include setup hours, coordination packages, alcohol concierge, bonfire space, and overnight decor storage to create a stress-free and fully personalized experience.

Absolutely fantastic
Heidi was fantastic and so accommodating. We had our wedding there and she made sure we had everything we needed that they provided. We rented the house as well. The house has lots of room, plenty of beds, and was super clean and very comfortable. The barn is a great setting for anything, but for sure it’s great for a wedding.
