The whole experience was fantastic. The pricing was great, the options were open and inclusive, The design team knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend them. I had no idea what to even tell them and they made it beautiful. They were open and communicated quickly with me every time. They were reliable and the whole day was dream come true. I recommend them highly. They are wonderful and will honestly bring your dreams to life.

We had such an amazing experience from the moment we met with the owners. They were so willing to work with us and allow us to make the location in our wedding the way we wanted it. They were always available whenever we needed their help or had questions or wanted to change things. The location is absolutely spectacular. The view is picturesque. The facility itself was so comfortable and has many options on seating arrangements. All of our guests enjoyed our wedding and couldn’t say enough nice things about the venue, the location and the view. I would highly recommend Timbers Edge for any activity.

Circle S Ranch is a MUST VISIT location!! Whether you are planning a wedding, a family reunion, or just need to get away from the city and breathe in some fresh air! Mary and her crew were beyond hospitable. From day one in our wedding planning adventure to our big day, they made us feel like we were family! Their cozy Inn housed 34 of our immediate family members and wedding party, and there were still beds unused! The beautifully presented meals that this down to earth team prepared for us were absolutely delicious and well planned! We will definitely visit Circle S Ranch again! Might be our anniversary spot!

My husband and I have always dreamed of a rustic wedding without breaking the bank. We had looked at a couple of different venues that were pretty pricey with very few accommodations. When we stumbled upon Ron & Chris's place, we were blown away. It was exactly what we were looking for and working with Ron & Chris was so easy! They were very responsive and helped us in making decisions and what our perfect day was going to look like. They offered a lot of accommodations and bonuses. The two guest houses were perfect for us and our wedding party and friends had a great time. When Chris told us they offer food and we wouldn't have to have it catered in, that is what sold me! The food they served was cooked to perfection, we had two meats, three sides, a dinner roll, and they provided the water and pop. It was extremely affordable and the best food we've ever had at a wedding! They also provided all chairs, tables, and tablecloths for under 200 guests, and they cleaned up the day after our wedding. We had our ceremony up on the hill overlooking the Kansas river and our reception in the barn. It was absolutely the most perfect day we could've asked for!

Our wedding was in March. It ended up very cold but was still beautiful. Great woodworking throughout the buildings. Doesn’t need much decoration because of its character. It’s a little secluded which gives you more privacy. Matt and Becky were great and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless, making us feel truly cared for. The entire staff was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive, handling everything effortlessly so we could simply enjoy the moment. The venue had every accommodation we could have imagined, making the experience seamless for us and our guests. From the stunning setting to the impeccable service, it was everything we dreamed of and more. If you’re looking for a magical, stress-free wedding experience, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to bring our vision to life!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Ranch House at the end of April this year and absolutely loved it! We would describe our entire experience as joyful, seamless, and dreamy. The outdoor area of the venue is stunning, with rolling hills in the background and the sunset visible from the large back patio area. It is peaceful and serene with great locations for outdoor photos all around the venue as well. The inside is just as lovely with beautiful chandeliers, a wood ceiling, and plenty of room for guests. We had about 240 guests and did not feel crowded in the slightest. Our caterers also had more than enough room to work with in their large kitchen. The bridal suite area is an amazing space with big windows, plenty of mirrors, a private bathroom, and lots of space (we had 10-12 people in the room at any given time while getting ready). We also loved that the venue itself is a newer build. It can easily accommodate many different looks for a wedding and the staff helped us pick a floor layout for tables and chairs that fit exactly what we were hoping for. The staff were easy to work with, personable, and such a blessing to us on our wedding day as they helped things transition smoothly (and even had backups when some of the equipment we brought ourselves wasn’t working properly). Every question we had they were quick to answer and offered great answers and solutions. They also know the area very well which was beneficial to us as we inquired about bartenders, airbnbs, etc. There were no hidden fees or costs, they were completely upfront and honest about everything that we inquired about. My husband and I cannot recommend this venue enough! The spaces are absolutely gorgeous and the staff are down to earth, kind, personable, and helpful.

Absolutely perfect venue. So beautiful. Kris is absolutely amazing and so helpful. Vern even come to help direct traffic. I love this so much and Kris absolutely absolutely helped make our weekend and day perfect.

This place is beautiful and has everything you would ever want or need. Also, the owners were so helpful and fun to be around!

We got married here in October 2024. We originally found the venue thanks to a friend who was getting married there. We booked our date in January of 2023, notably the venue did have some major upgrades that were completed between our booking time and our actual wedding date, which is noted as a possibility in the contract, but we personally loved all the changes that were made. One major perk are "The Pinterest Rooms" that include a variety of decorations that can be used at no additional cost. This was a great way to save money and not be stuck with all of the decorations to deal with after the wedding. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to come out to the venue multiple times ahead of the wedding to look at rotating items that were available to plan for day of decorations. Another perk is the farmhouse onsite that is available to stay at. It was super convenient to be able to stay there the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. We also had our pets in the wedding, two cats and a dog. All of the pets were allowed to stay at the farmhouse with us overnight and it was great to be able to have a comfortable place for them to hang out during our reception. All of the staff was great to interact with, they can sometimes be slow in responses via email but were almost always quick to respond via text message. On the day of the wedding their staff was professional and helpful. Something to be aware of is that the cellphone service can be spotty there so just make sure to plan ahead for that. Overall, we would definitely recommend Chrisman Manor as a wedding venue!
