The Circle S Ranch & Country Inn is an event venue located in Lawrence, Kansas. It is set in a stunning countryside area that has charming country style and rustic ambiance. With over 24 years of wedding planning experience, Circle S welcome couples to make the Inn their home for the day of their wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

There are a few different options at Circle S Ranch & Country Inn for your wedding events. There is the Party Barn recption area, over 3,000 square feet, the Great Room, The Indoor Wedding Chapel and the Outside Wedding Gardens. These venues are all-inclusive, and the venue can host up to 200+ guests per event. You may also book all 12 rooms at the Inn so you have exclusive use of the property during your event.

We utilize the services of www.eventsured.com to keep our potential brides and grooms protected. Everyone is recommended to insure their event and wedding investments with coverage in case of cancellation or unforeseen delays.

We also utilize www.vuexo.com in financing one's investment. Your event deposit and monies are for large purchase items, so finance them in a way that works well for you, even after that big day has come and gone.

Accommodations

There are 12 country-style guest rooms at the Circle S Ranch & Country Inn. Each room has a very different style, from log cabin to countryside chic, and the owners make you feel very much at home as well.

History

The ranch has been a working ranch since 1860, having passed through six generations of the same Stewart family. They have taken pride in the property and just over the last few decades have decided to expand it with the Inn. The Inn opened in 1998 for their first wedding and they have since added quite a bit on to create the lavish venue that is there now. They love sharing the heritage and breathtaking scenery of the countryside with couples who are entering such a beautiful time of their lives.

    Perfect stress free wedding

    We booked the entire ranch for our daughters wedding in March. They wanted to get married quickly and on the anniversary of the date they met. With only 3 months to plan a wedding we were a bit worried about getting everything done. Mary took care of everything, food, decor, Diane did the spectacular flowers. Since it was an early March wedding the decision was made to have the ceremony in the barn. The bride and groom really wanted to make the barn feel more intimate and romantic which Mary and her team accomplished. We checked in Friday and were able to relax and enjoy the ranch. The wedding party spent the day horseback riding and taking longhorn tours. We had a great rehearsal followed by an intimate dinner in the great room by the huge fireplace. Later that night we had a bonfire and s'mores. The wedding day was so relaxing. They fed us breakfast and lunch while we were getting ready. The groom wanted to add some of his Dominican heritage to the reception dinner and Mary and her team didn't hesitate to make that happen. After the reception we were able to go back to the house where there was a late night snack waiting for us. Sunday morning they served us breakfast as we packed up and headed out. It was such a joyful experience. Everyone has gone out of their way to tell us this was one of the best weddings they have ever attended.

    Magical night of people beginning their lives together

    Outstanding services from beginning to end. Everyone at the Inn and wedding venue performed safely for us and our family and the event was wonderfully joyous !!!
