Working with Darlene and Jim was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first conversation, they made us feel seen, heard, and completely at ease. Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine passion for what they do radiated through every step of the process. They didn’t just plan our wedding—they brought it to life. Every vision we had was thoughtfully executed and elevated in ways we never could have imagined. On the day of, Darlene and Jim created a calm, seamless environment that allowed us to be fully present, knowing that everything was in the most capable hands. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and so much of that is because of their tireless work behind the scenes. We loved working with Stephanie and her team at Off the Grid Beaten Path (OTBP) to celebrate 30 years together with 100 of our dearest friends and family members. The technologies OTBP for planning and timeline management are set and easy to use, providing easy access to most questions and automated reminders of tasks different members of the wedding party need to complete. Stephanie is clear, kind, and direct in her communications. Our event was somewhat out of the ordinary in terms of logistical management with 2 caterers, a friend who served as officiant and his husband as florist (amazing!), the DJ, event rentals, etc. And our event had four “movements” around the property, so there was a lot to manage. We are so delighted how smoothly everything went and most of all how many of our guests complimented us on the quality of the entire production, especially all the love! Thanks to OTBP for making one of the most memorable days of our lives happen so perfectly.

I cannot put into words how amazing Sharon was throughout our entire wedding planning process. As an initial 2020 bride, Sharon helped us through seamlessly as we had to postpone and reschedule our wedding. From rebooking vendors, booking new vendors, and all the logistical nightmares that COVID brought, Sharon made it an absolute breeze. It is clear that Sharon is so well respected in the wedding planning community - her connections are unparalleled and make for a wonderful wedding. Sharon is top notch - her kindness, understanding, advice, willingness to just listen and talk are unmatched. She doesn't only make the wedding planning process smooth and seamless, but she does everything she can to make your wedding day calm and stress free - I did not have to worry about one thing, make one decision, address one issue - Sharon had it all covered. I am so glad I decided to go with Chaz as our wedding coordinator. After reaching out to several potential coordinators, he was the only one who responded within 24 hours — which was a huge green flag and exactly the kind of person you want handling your wedding. Chaz is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly responsive. From the very beginning, after the first call before I decided to go with Chaz, you can tell he’s been in the wedding planning industry for a long time — his experience and expertise truly show in the way he communicates, plans, and anticipates details before you even think to ask. He made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Being someone from the East Coast, I needed good referrals and Chaz delivered. He has an incredible network of connections, whether it’s rentals, florists, photographers/videographers, transportation, DJs, live bands — you name it. Our vision to came life with his recs! I also appreciate that he respected the budget my husband and I decided on and never pushed us beyond our comfort zone. Even from across the country, communication with Chaz was an absolute breeze from start to finish. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator in the Napa or Sonoma County, Chaz is THE ONE — truly the GOAT. You will not regret working with him!

Marissa was an absolute dream to work with!! From the very first conversation we felt connected to her! Her attention to detail, organization, and how easy she made planning our special day in Napa was a wonderful experience for us! The day of our wedding I didn’t have to think about anything as she took care of it all! Would 1000% recommend Marissa and her team to plan your wedding!!

We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Christine and her entire team! From the very beginning, her communication was exceptional. At every stage of the planning process, we felt informed, supported, and completely confident that everything was in the best hands, and that she was going to bring our wedding vision to life. Her organization and attention to detail were nothing short of phenomenal. Every element, big and small, was carefully thought through and executed seamlessly. What could have easily felt overwhelming was instead smooth, structured, and genuinely enjoyable because of how well everything was managed. On the wedding day (and throughout the entire weekend), her team absolutely exceeded expectations. Their facilitation was flawless. Everything flowed effortlessly, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment without a single worry. They anticipated needs before we even had them and handled everything behind the scenes with such professionalism and care. The entire weekend was executed to perfection. It was elevated, intentional, and beautifully coordinated in every way. We truly could not have imagined a more perfect wedding, and so much of that is thanks to this Christine and her incredible team. :)

Would rate them 10 stars if we could! They were our caterer for our Sonoma vineyard wedding and we are completely blown away by our experience. I did a lot of research in caterers and not only was Amiee’s prices extremely reasonable, the quality of food was exceptional. Based on previous experiences at other weddings, my husband and I have already adjusted our expectations on the quality bar knowing the logistic challenges of catering a large group but WOW, did they blow our expectations through the roof! From our large meat and cheese grazing table to the most succulent and delicious main courses during our reception, all our guests (even our parents who are very picky) were all raving about the food. On top of everything, Amiee was so sweet and easy to work with throughout the whole process which really is any wedding couple’s dream. Thank you Amiee and team for all your hard work and care! We would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic was challenging to say the least. All of our original plans changed last minute as our venue cancelled and we had to down-size significantly. Maria was unfazed by all of the changes and worked hard to make sure everything came together on our wedding day. She was always just a text or phone call away, and really a great value for all of the work she puts in. I felt amazingly calm on the wedding day knowing she was there handling everything. I could not have gone through that rollercoaster of a process without her!
