Would rate them 10 stars if we could! They were our caterer for our Sonoma vineyard wedding and we are completely blown away by our experience. I did a lot of research in caterers and not only was Amiee’s prices extremely reasonable, the quality of food was exceptional. Based on previous experiences at other weddings, my husband and I have already adjusted our expectations on the quality bar knowing the logistic challenges of catering a large group but WOW, did they blow our expectations through the roof! From our large meat and cheese grazing table to the most succulent and delicious main courses during our reception, all our guests (even our parents who are very picky) were all raving about the food. On top of everything, Amiee was so sweet and easy to work with throughout the whole process which really is any wedding couple’s dream. Thank you Amiee and team for all your hard work and care! We would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Amiee catered our wedding in October 2021 at Ru's Farm. Amiee provided catering and bartending services. Great, unique food and fun cocktails were among our top priorities. Chef Alex, Amiee, and the entire team absolutely delivered and exceeded our expectations.

Amiee came highly recommended from our wedding planner, Cristina Heald. From our first outreach, we could tell Amiee was the caterer to go with. She was responsive, thorough, provided so many incredible options, and was fairly priced. She made the menu selection such a consultative experience - advising us on favorite dishes, items that paired well together, and what would be available during the fall.

When we arrived at the tasting, there were so many thoughtful, personal touches including a printed out menu with our names and a beautifully set table. We were glad we came hungry (as advised) because the tasting was so extensive and really helped us hone menu selections.

During the wedding, all of the staff were so professional, helpful, and thoughtful. They ensured we got a chance to eat by setting aside an appetizer and cocktail plate for us. The presentation of the meal was also incredible from the edible flowers to the pops of color. Chef Alex is truly a culinary artist.

Our guests couldn't get enough of the food and were all pleasantly full and ready to dance the night away. We heard special shoutouts from the vegans and vegetarians who usually have a hard time finding options to eat at weddings.

Amiee and her team are great! Amiee was our caterer at our wedding at Trentadue Winery in Aug 2018. I planned my wedding from out of town, and Amiee made the whole process easy - she was very personable and quick to respond with all my email inquiries. I had talked to other caterers from the preferred vendor list our venue gave us, but I felt that I connected the most with Amiee - she was very warm even with our first phone call. Right away, she was able to get what my husband and I like when it comes to food and she was able to create an amazing menu for us, based on what our food preferences are - we decided on Californian/Asian-inspired dishes. When we finally did our tasting with her, me and my husband were blown away by how good the food was! Needless to say we were confident that we made the right choice. On our wedding day, all of our guests were raving about the food! Which is a huge deal because our families can be very critical when it comes to food. From the appetizers, to the main entrees, and the dessert, everything was perfect (did I mention she also included a token cake for cutting, for free?!). Amiee's staff was very friendly too - they made sure all of the guests were attended to. Thanks so much, Amiee! I absolutely recommend her to everyone!

My husband and I could not be more happier with Amiee and her team as our wedding caterer. We got married last May and this review is long overdue. Amiee was a pleasure to work with. We mainly communicated via email but she would return any calls if I had further questions regarding our big day.

My husband and I consider our food tasting to be one of the best food experiences we've ever had. We heard ADE moved locations but the last tasting location was amazing, beautifully decorated, and we had so much fun sitting at a table in the center of the tasting room, while having a dedicated server explain each food item to us with Amiee going into more detail about the food. She was really easy to talk to but it helped that we shared a mutual love for Hawaii.

It's hectic during a wedding and we didn't get to partake in cocktail hour because we were shooting family portraits. One of the servers made sure to bring out a plate of every appetizer that we'd chosen, walked over to our photoshoot location, and didn't let anyone touch the servings he set aside for my husband and I. Personal touches like that are what make Amiee and her team a perfect choice for a wedding caterer.

Bottom line, her food is amaaaaazing, the service was impeccable (our head table loved our dedicated server), and presentation was beyond our exceptions for a wedding. Everything was literally beautiful. Thank you again Amiee for being our wedding caterer!

Amiee catered our wedding in July at Viansa. Great food was among our top priorities and she absolutely delivered.

Starting as early as the tasting, we could tell she runs her business with a personal care and touch. She took all of our food preferences, must-have flavor profiles, and even elements from our cultures (Chinese and Jamaican) and incorporated them into a perfect and diverse menu. She also provided a discount when she learned we were required to use rentals from another vendor.

She took a consultative approach to planning the meal. We ultimately took her advice on family style because she recommended it would save us time in serving the meal, freeing up time for dancing, and we wouldn't have to take rsvp's on individual meal choices. She also has a designer in-house, who provided very cost effective signage and place cards.

When it came time for the wedding, her staff gave us the same excellent treatment, making sure we got a chance to try every hors d'oeuvre during cocktail hour and a well-plated meal for dinner. They also packed us a doggy bag, just in case we didn't have enough to eat!

When I say the food was great, I don't mean "great for wedding food," I mean great as in I wish she had a restaurant so we wouldn't have to plan another wedding to eat it!

- Miso black cod
- Custom grapefruit rosemary cocktail (our guests raved about it!)

Amiee's services come at a price, but for us, it was well worth it and our guests still tell us months after how great the food was!

Amiee and her team were fabulous. One of the best vendors we had. She was always prompt to respond to questions and requests. The food was outstanding. People still comment on how amazing the hors d'oeuvres were. She was onsite for the entire event and was present during or tasting as well. Her servers and staff were so friendly and it was incredible service. The food was so fresh that it literally tasted like farm to table. We had 150 people for or wedding and the timing of the dinner/ meals flowed perfect. I would highly recommend Amiee!

Amiee D'Maris and her team were absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for a better planner/caterer. She gave us the greatest wedding we could have ever hoped for, from the food, the decor, the staff, and overall experience. To this day, people still comment on how beautiful our wedding was and how delicious the food and drinks were. We could not have done it with out Amiee. I absolutely recommend Amiee and her whole entire team. She is the best!

Amiee and her team were a DREAM to work with! They provided catering for our Rehearsal Dinner, breakfast for the bridal party on the day of, and the Wedding. Leading up to the wedding, food was important to my husband and I, and Amiee was great about listening to what it was we wanted and being flexible and creative with our menus. She was very responsive and was also very respectful of our budget and staying within our means.

It was the first time Amiee and her team had catered at our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding venue, but you would never have known it. The staff were extremely attentive and professional, and did a great job at both events. Not to mention, the food at both events was AMAZING and the presentation was spectacular! Several of our guests raved about the food afterwards, sharing that it was the best they had ever had at a wedding.

One final touch that Amiee did, that is so reflective of who she is as a person, was she sent my husband and I home with a thoughtful "to go" bag on the night of our wedding which included: boxed up meals for the two of us, a bottle of champagne, a tea towel, and several goodies from her farm.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Amiee and her team. We are from out of town, but hope to use her again at some point in the future!! A big THANK YOU to Amiee and her team at Amiee D'Maris Events for helping to make our wedding day the best for us and our guests.

My husband and I are huge foodies - and we went with the one caterer that our coordinator recommended that was willing to work with our budget. Her food was PHENOMENAL. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and we were so happy with everything served - mac and cheese, bbq chicken thighs that were so moist and amazing, flank steak with chimichurri, tasty braised greens with pork belly, beet salad, fresh breads! The passed appetizers were also unbelievable. She was so thorough at our site visit as well and really worked well with my coordinator and myself with all of the rentals we needed and any last minute changes to our rental contract. Also - we decided on a last minute decor item at the venue and Amiee graciously picked up the garland we thought of when she was in San Francisco. It was so nice to have her to rely on. Her staff was friendly and helpful and extremely professional. I was so happy to have her and her team join us on our wedding day! My favorite personal touch? While my husband and I were waiting to make our "grand entrance" at the reception, Amiee came outside with a plate of the appetizers for us to share so we wouldn't miss out on our delicious food! She is wonderful!!!

Amiee's catering service is phenomenal. She was easy to work with and incredibly responsive and helpful during our planning stage. She did a farm buffet for our wedding that was just outstanding. Amazing quality of food because her company grows many of the ingredients itself! The best ravioli I've ever had in my life. They also handled all the rentals, including set up and break down, which made the day go seamless logistically and also saved us money. I would book her services again in a heartbeat.
