Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic was challenging to say the least. All of our original plans changed last minute as our venue cancelled and we had to down-size significantly. Maria was unfazed by all of the changes and worked hard to make sure everything came together on our wedding day. She was always just a text or phone call away, and really a great value for all of the work she puts in. I felt amazingly calm on the wedding day knowing she was there handling everything. I could not have gone through that rollercoaster of a process without her!

As a fellow business owner in the industry I was able to communicate with her through email and she responded in a timely matter. I truly appreciate her partnership on crafting the perfect micro wedding for our client. She even went above and beyond by flying from CA-NYC two weeks in advance to quarantine before the big day!! We were so lucky to come across Maria and her team, our wedding day was perfection thanks to Maria, Erin and Sonja. We worked with Maria during the planning process and she was so great at keeping us on track timing wise as well as keeping us within budget. I was able to have the best time at our wedding because of how prepared I felt leading up to the wedding. On the day of, I knew Maria and her team had everything covered, I felt so safe and secure! If there were any fires on the day of, we never knew (even family members were commenting on how smooth everything was) she was such a rockstar. We hired Maria from BYS Events after finding her on Instagram and loving some of the photos from weddings she had done. On our initial phone call we just clicked and knew she would be the best for us as we planned our destination wedding in Sonoma Co. We loved that she had been doing weddings in the Sonoma/Napa area for a few years, but that she wasn't doing 40+ weddings/year like some of the planners we had talked to previously. She made our day so stress-free that I would have thought she had been in the biz for 20+ years. I am so thankful for her and her assistant that she brought the day-of.

Definitely the best vendor we hired ever! Maria was so awesome during planning and helped us with EVERYTHING. Then when it came to the day of, Maria and her team (amazing team!) literally thought of everything, we had a bit of a challenging set up and even had to go back and forth on a rain plan but she was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. As a groom in charge of planning a wedding the pressure was on! I am so glad I came arcoss Maria when I did because she saved both me and my wife time and money, Oh! Maria and her team seriously think of everything! I am in the hospitality industry therefore I had significantly high expectations when it came to my wedding. Not only did they have our entire wedding process run smoothly, but Maria somehow knew exactly what to say to keep me calm. Maria is based out of Napa but was able to hit a home run when it came down to my destination wedding in Hawaii.

Maria was amazing! I hired her for day-of, and she was amazing and so helpful throughout the process leading up to the day. Very punctual (love!) and we were in constant communication; any problems or concerns I had she was able to help me through and fix! I had a very simple set-up/reception party planned, and she set it up perfectly :) She even had his and her's drinks awaiting us at our table when we arrived! We hit a snag with our playlist not playing due to the lack of reception at my venue (didn't know beforehand); Maria, despite my protests, sat outside in the cold and downloaded my entire playlist (!!!) and it saved our night (literally; our dance party would have been ruined!). She and her assistant were so amazing, and I cannot thank you guys enough!!
