I truly cannot recommend Sandra enough. From day one, she made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. I loved doing the design side of things but absolutely dreaded all the vendor communication — and she completely took that off my plate. She handled ALL of it, advocated for me using her knowledge of the wedding industry, and honestly found practically all of my vendors. On top of that, she was able to get vendor discounts, which was such a huge bonus.

She was endlessly patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind and wanted constant changes — never once made me feel annoying or difficult, just supportive and flexible every step of the way.

The week of my wedding, we found out there was a high chance of rain, and I was completely overwhelmed. She immediately reached out to THREE different tent rental companies last minute, got quotes from all of them, and supported me through a lot of tears with so much kindness and reassurance.

On the actual wedding day, I truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything ran so smoothly, and if anything went wrong, I still have absolutely no clue about it — which says everything. Even after the wedding, when I didn’t receive something I was promised from a vendor, she stepped in and helped communicate with them to make it right.

Overall, she is incredibly easy to work with, easy to talk to, and so understanding. Having her on my team was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our day happen. Highly, highly recommend!

I cannot express how much you need Sandra in your life. I am extremely type A and organized and I couldn't believe how much I didn't think about. The questions she asks, the moments and details she thinks about that I hadn't even considered. The planing program she has is AMAZING for seating charts, keeping track of budgeting. I loved how task oriented she is; after each of our meetings I would walk away with a checklist and timeline so I knew what and when I needed things done, and I would just send it her way and she would work her magic. She is so organized, on top of it, creative, responsive, and fun!! I literally didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I even learned after the fact that there was some guest drama with this seating chart and she and my sister handled it and I didn't even know about it!! Truly worth every single cent. For example, a few hours before our welcome party, there was a change in the weather and we needed to switch locations at our venue. Sandra handled everything herself and simply kept us updated along the way, and it even turned out better than the original plan! Another example, the train of my wedding dress ripped and was causing issues before guests arrived at cocktail hour. Sandra calmly used a sew gun to reattach the train, without elevating anyone’s stress level. These examples capture everything about who Sandra is: unshakeable, solutions-oriented, and deeply committed to making sure the day feels joyful and seamless for everyone involved.
