Services Offered

With several different wedding packages available, Legacy Events Napa Valley have something to suit a number of requirements. Catering for the intimate affairs as well as the larger celebrations, Lisa Marie is an expert at making sure couples’ fantasy festivity happens the way they want it to. At the same time, Lisa Marie can offer professional guidance and input to steer couples in the right direction. After all, she has planned many events throughout her career to date.

The Elopement package is perfect for small groups and provides vendor recommendations, timeline creation, personals decor setup, day-of coordination, and more for an intimate experience.

Month-Of Coordination package allows Legacy Events Napa Valley to offer planning and design recommendations, consultations, as well as acting as the point of contact for vendors - and more.

The Partial Planning Services package provides everything from the Month-Of Coordination offerings, plus a coordination assistant, setup coordination, and more.

The Full Service offering is the most comprehensive package which includes venue tours, catering suggestions, transportation and vendor coordination, and so much more.

Lisa was absolutely the best! I cannot say enough wonderful things. Her poise, professionalism, and attention to detail ensured that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Everything went exactly as we hoped it would and we know that is largely due to her oversight of the day. We did not have to worry about a single thing day of, she took care of everything. She was a phenomenal resource in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and was always available with any guidance or advice. I cannot recommend Lisa and Legacy Events enough.

Terrific Experience!

Lisa and her team truly took care of everything for our big day. She made sure everything ran smoothly, handled all the setup and tear down, and made sure that every little detail was in place. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because Lisa was the point of contact for the venue and all of our vendors. She took charge and made sure everything was in the right place, at the right time, and in the right way — which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our day without any stress.

The design details also came out so beautifully. Lisa made sure everything we envisioned came to life on our wedding day. We are so grateful to Lisa and her team for making our wedding day flawless!

Incredible organization, Saved the Day, Wonderful

Lisa helped with every detail of our complex wedding, and went well beyond the call, to get additional ice, to arrange a difficult late-night pizza delivery, and to ensure the estate's grounds were totally tidy after working over 12 hours.  Her timeline was incredibly detailed, she was on every facet of our wedding.  Always responsive, and positive, a true joy to work with.  We recommend Lisa highly, lucky if you can get her for your wedding.

Flawless Event Planning and Execution with Lisa Frey and Legacy Events

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa Frey and her incredible team at Legacy Events for a wedding at the Culinary Institute of America. From start to finish, Lisa made everything remarkably easy. She was in constant communication, ensuring that every detail was perfectly planned and executed. Her meticulous attention to detail was evident in the comprehensive plans, timelines, and schematics she provided. Throughout the entire process, Lisa remained super kind and approachable, and her staff was equally lovely. Thanks to Legacy Events, the wedding was a seamless and memorable occasion. "wow"... Worth it!

Birthdays, something we all have at one time or another. When it comes time for one that is very special, it needs to have a lot of thought, planning and trust. Once in a while it is worth it to reach out and get good help where you can arrive at a conclusion where you can say WOW. This was oh so relevant to me lately. To wit: My wife was about to arrive at a milestone in her years. EIGHTY, an oh so precious time in life, one that is denied to many at times. This 'EVENT' had to be recognized clandestinely. The date Dec. 7, 1942. To coordinate all the necessary steps; invitations, dinner, venue, decor, favors, transportation, etc, etc. etc. Too many to list here, was a daunting task at the least. All this and more, HAD to be kept quiet yet announced- why, because I oh so wanted it to be a real event. A time for all plus guests to be able to enjoy the time together. So, how does one go about trying to have this happen? In my case I was so very fortunate to have Legacy Events recommended to me. Lisa Frey and her many attributes was the answer. Communication is an art, and Lisa is an artist when it comes to putting together in a timely course, an event that will be remembered for a long time.
Again, to list all the pluses that were in place would be too taxing. What did result was a very memorable time for all. We dined well, with ample time to visit and everything came together oh so nicely. Lisa sure did see to ALL that was needed, except for my gratitude.
An old guy named Bob Hope said it best, "Thanks for the memories"----Call Lisa if you too want your memories to cherish.

Wonderful Wedding Experience

Lisa was our Month-Of-Coordinator for our summer wedding in Sonoma. We wished we could have hired her for the full Wedding Planning Package, but our budget was limited. She was such a huge help in the planning process. If I got stuck looking for a local vendor, she would send me a list of her recommendations. I live in Los Angeles, and so planning my wedding remotely was definitely a challenge... Lisa made it a lot easier by giving me great referrals to local vendors she trusts. You really can't put a price on local connections. And Lisa has them. Our wedding was on a private property and a non-commercial space and it had a lot of quirks about the actual venue. She was there every step of the way to help me problem solve and everything went off perfectly. Our guests are still raving about our wedding months after it passed. On the day, I had absolutely no stress knowing that Lisa was going to handle anything that came up, and it made it so much easier for me to drop into the energy of the day, and connect with partner and our family and friends. We had THE BEST TIME. I wish we could do it again! Lisa did a great job making sure all of our vendors had everything they needed, our timeline was accurate, and made sure that the day ran smoothly. She also followed up after our wedding to ask how our experience was, and so she could make improvements for her next clients which I thought was a really classy touch. There's so much that goes into event planning and she takes this work very seriously, and you can tell she puts her whole heart into her events. We are so grateful for all the contributions she made to our special day, and all her help in the process of making our vision become a reality. Thank you, Lisa!

Lisa puts her heart and soul into her events!

I had the absolutely pleasure of working with Lisa Frey and Legacy Events in Napa Valley last weekend. What an incredible and detail oriented planner. Everything was well thought out and handled with absolute precision not to mention a lot of heart and soul. Even before the weekend wedding I knew I was in good hands because Lisa created an incredible and very detailed timeline. She was extremely thoughtful and checked in to see if I needed anything so she could handle the logistics in advance. She was extremely communicative and also very thoughtful. I am an LA Based DJ/MC (Winner of California Wedding Day BEST DJ IN LA) and I drove 7 hours north to DJ/MC this event and it was such a pleasure working with Lisa and her team. The wedding ceremony, cocktails, dinner/dancing reception went very smooth and everyone had the time of their lives! There were challenges we all faced working on a family owned vineyard and Lisa was a wonderful leader and kept everything going without a hiccup. And to top it off -- at the end of the evening I had a slight issue with my Truck and needed a jump and she even stayed to the end and bailed me out by jumping my truck and getting my battery going. Who does that??? She is a true gem and if you're lucky enough to work with her and her company consider yourself blessed. She is truly a wonderful planner and a wonderful human being.

Affordable and Extremely helpful

Lisa was extremely helpful in getting us ready for our day. She was always on top of everything, thinking of all the little details I wouldn’t have, and always took things on enthusiastically when I needed to change or add details on last minute. She kept me calm and happy on our wedding day while she took care of everything, and I’ll always be grateful for that! Definitely could not have done it without her. Also, legacy is way more affordable than the other Napa Valley coordinators! Highly recommend.
