Super tasty and beautiful cake! Working with the organizer had its ups and downs, but the cake arrived on time and it was awesome!

A lot of Angelenos love Urth Caffe for its great coffee and amazingly rich desserts - but not a lot know that you can get your wedding cake from Urth as well! We worked with Sal, Urth's master baker, and he created an absolutely wonderful and special cake for us. At our tasting, Sal brought out ridiculously huge quantities of cake - mostly the same types you could buy by the slice at any Urth location - and a nice plate of fresh flowers so we could choose the decorations we wanted. Sal was able to actually create a different flavor for us, as we wanted to try a blood orange flavor instead of the regular citrus in one of their cakes. The result was really delicious.

Another huge plus for Urth is that all of their ingredients, if at all possible, are organic and local. We wanted to showcase local Southern California foods at our wedding, and Sal found organic, local blood orange flavoring to work into our cake.
