Facilities and Capacity
The Willows at Historic Strasburg offers an ideal setting to host your entire wedding celebration, from the bridal shower and rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception. It has a selection of event spaces for you to choose from, including the Willows Ballroom, Courtyard, and Fireside Tavern Restaurant. You can exchange vows outside beneath a beautiful, romantic gazebo surrounded by lush greenery. After you say I do, you can dine and dance the night away in the ballroom, which features chandeliers that delicately illuminate the room. Large windows decorated with soft draping pool natural light throughout the room while an elegant fireplace offers a flair of sophistication to the space. The Willows at Historic Strasburg can accommodate up to 300 wedding guests in its indoor and outdoor event spaces and is a breathtaking backdrop for your love story.

Incredible! Amanda is a God send too!
I can’t even offer one criticism. We loved the various food options that allowed us to be on budget for a 200 person wedding. The food from cocktail hour to the buffet was absolutely yummy. Our guests enjoyed the space and food. And Amanda set up our sweetheart table and Memoey table/card/guestbook like a pro! It felt so good to just leave it in her hands and not have to worry. Her execution was flawless. She answered all my questions throughout the whole process and worked to accommodate any of our needs. I can’t thank her and the staff enough for making our day so special.
Also, my morning first look was partially ruined bc of us being so late and we were able to make up for it a bit by taking some breath taking pics in the bridal suite which is a beautiful place to have. I’m so grateful we had our reception here and I wouldn’t change a thing!
And I loved that they provide beautiful centerpieces- one less thing i had to buy or outsource! Our wedding was so elegant. Thank you Willows and Amanda!!
A Dream Wedding Day!
On the day of the wedding, she made sure it went off perfectly. She had all of our decorations set out beautifully, and made sure everything was easily collected at the end of the night.
Also, our guests LOVED the food - many went back up to the buffet for seconds! She even sent us home with some leftovers, which was so thoughtful!
We highly recommend Amanda and the Willows for a stress-free wedding!

Everyone at Fireside Tavern does a great job of making a wedding the best it can be. The location is beautiful, the food is great and the coordinator are very attentive to the couple needs. I've been there many times to shoot weddings and ever time they've hosted a spectacular wedding.
From the view as an officiant, Fireside Tavern could not offer a more pleasurable experience. Amanda and her team are top notch and knows what it takes to keep a wedding running smoothly. I've observed nothing but professionalism and respect towards the brides and grooms and their guests and also towards the vendors, which doesn't happen at all venues. It always brings a smile to my face when a Fireside Tavern couple books with me because I know without a doubt it will be a pleasurable experience from beginning to end.
What a great wedding venue with an amazing staff that happily works with you to make sure the day goes smoothly and that you have the best opportunity to capture all the images that you will treasure for your lifetimes! The food is AMAZING as well! I love working at Fireside Tavern and look forward to each and every time I'm there!
