We were so pleased with the venue, the service, the food, the price point and Amanda!
I can’t even offer one criticism. We loved the various food options that allowed us to be on budget for a 200 person wedding. The food from cocktail hour to the buffet was absolutely yummy. Our guests enjoyed the space and food. And Amanda set up our sweetheart table and Memoey table/card/guestbook like a pro! It felt so good to just leave it in her hands and not have to worry. Her execution was flawless. She answered all my questions throughout the whole process and worked to accommodate any of our needs. I can’t thank her and the staff enough for making our day so special.
Also, my morning first look was partially ruined bc of us being so late and we were able to make up for it a bit by taking some breath taking pics in the bridal suite which is a beautiful place to have. I’m so grateful we had our reception here and I wouldn’t change a thing!
And I loved that they provide beautiful centerpieces- one less thing i had to buy or outsource! Our wedding was so elegant. Thank you Willows and Amanda!!

Excellent Experience!!
We can't express enough how amazing our experience at The Willows was. We got married in October this year and Amanda and Bridget were incredible! The space was beautiful, all of the decorations that we brought were set up perfectly, and they made sure everything was running smoothly the entire day. The courtyard is kept very nice, as well as all around the restaurant, making for amazing photo spots. There are also a few willow trees which are great picture spots! The bridal suite was beautifully decorated. We had about 10 people in there and still had plenty of room.
When we emailed over questions, they got back to us quickly, reassuring us of any concerns we had and offering any assistance if needed. They were on top of everything, including emailing over information, reminding us of important due dates, setting up decorations, and letting us know what the next steps were. The tasting was scheduled while the restaurant was closed, so we had a quiet area to try everything and ask questions if needed. I have a dairy allergy and they were incredibly attentive with which menu items would be easy to make dairy free, the substitutions I could make for my specific plate, and even gave me a vegan roll for the rehearsal dinner and reception!
So many of our family members commented on how amazing Amanda and Bridgette were for the wedding reception. They quietly cleared plates and tables when guests got up to dance, set out water next to the dance floor, asked if we needed anything during the night, and had everything packed up into boxes by the time the night was over, ready to load up into our cars. We have heard that most coordinators will be absent the day of and not around much during the reception, but Amanda and Bridgette were present the entire time. They jumped in to help the rest of the staff if needed and made sure everything was on track. Our guests started to sit down a bit earlier than cocktail hour was supposed to end, so Bridgette and Amanda came to tell us that they were going to start dinner service earlier so guests didn't have to sit for long before food is served. Everything moved so smoothly that no one even knew that we were ahead of schedule for the night. The entire schedule of the day was so smooth and stress-free because of them!
We also got tons of compliments on the food and were so happy with how everything turned out! We were served at our sweetheart table, while the guests were announced to the buffet, giving us a much needed quiet moment to just soak in the day between the two of us. The amazing chef even came out to greet us after the reception to ask how everything was (he greeted us at the tasting as well). The entire staff was so kind and truly wanted to make sure everything was perfect! We can't thank Amanda, Bridgett and The Willows staff enough for making our day absolutely perfect and as stress-free as possible. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!!

A Dream Wedding Day!
The Willows was the absolute perfect place for our July wedding reception! Throughout the entire process Amanda was communicative, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered.
On the day of the wedding, she made sure it went off perfectly. She had all of our decorations set out beautifully, and made sure everything was easily collected at the end of the night.
Also, our guests LOVED the food - many went back up to the buffet for seconds! She even sent us home with some leftovers, which was so thoughtful!
We highly recommend Amanda and the Willows for a stress-free wedding!

Wonderful Reception!
We had our wedding reception for 90 guests at the Willows in May. Amanda was awesome to work with from the very start with helping us choose menu items and options, and communicated with us every step of the way. The day of our event we felt the staff was so attentive and things ran so smoothly. The food was great! Nice to have a hotel options so close of our guests from out of town also. Definitely recommend!

Amazing!
We had an amazing experience with the Willows. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and our guests had amazing things to say about the venue, the food, and the entire flow of the night. The grounds were beautiful and made for gorgeous photos. We worked with Amanda who is a total gem. She was so communicative and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and was a lifesaver the day of. She seemingly though of everything. My fiance and I were both really excited for our cheese steak egg roll appetizers but missed them due to pictures and Amanda made sure we still got some. When I realized that I forgot our cake knife, she provided one, and when I brought some extra decor and said "I have this but have no idea what to do with it, she made it fit seamlessly. She also consolidated everything into fewer boxes to allow for easier transport back home and packed up food for us to bring back to our hotel. The waitstaff was so friendly and attentive. I got so many comments about how above and beyond they went including jumping in for a quick assist when there was a spill by a younger guest and even stepping in to take photos for a guest when asked. If I had to plan my wedding over again, I would 1000% percent choose the willows again. I have the most amazing wedding memories and The Willows played a huge role in that. I am so grateful.

Amazin facility all around
From day one Amanda was attentive to all my questions with quick responses via email. Food was absolutely amazing and had nothing but positive remarks from all the guest. We were completely blown away by The Willows at Historic Strasburg! Every detail from the initial meeting to the food tasting to the actual wedding was absolutely wonderful! Amanda at The Willows was amazing to work with. It was an amazing day and Amanda made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Everything was perfect and everyone complimented us on how beautiful the venue looked and how amazing the food tasted. They couldn’t believe how great the food tasted. The service was amazing! The servers were always on top of it making sure empty glasses and plates were cleared off every table throughout the night. And Amanda always made sure throughout the night that we, the bride and groom, didn’t need anything. If we did she made sure to bring it to us directly. Amanda communicated with us throughout the entire time we were planning to have our reception at The Willows at Historic Strasburg. We had a great experience with the Willows right from the start! While searching for a reception venue, the Willows stood out as Amanda was prompt at communication without being overly pushy. Throughout the entire planning process, Amanda was responsive, thorough, and detail oriented. It was so easy and fun to work with her! The space is beautiful and our guests raved about the food!! My husband and I felt cared for all night, from Amanda checking in to bringing us drinks. She made it easy for my parents to clean up at the end of the night too. Could not recommend them enough!

The Willows was the perfect venue for our wedding! We were looking for a place with elegance, charm, and warmth. This venue has all that and more. We immediately fell in love with the style and decor: everything from the chandeliers, to the fireplaces, to the wallpaper, to the layout of the room. Amanda was wonderful from the start in giving us all the information we need, answering all our questions, and helping us make decisions. She was also very communicative and accommodating to our needs and desires with food, drinks, room layout, decor, and more. She checked in on us during the dinner part of the evening to make sure we have everything we need and if she could get us anything else. The venue turned out so beautifully on the wedding day and there was a feeling of elegance and warmth that we were hoping for. The food was excellent! So many guests complimented how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. We would definitely recommend The Willows to anyone.

We had an amazing experience!
My wife and I just got married here and our experience was AMAZING! We live in AZ and planned the whole thing from out of state, Amanda and the whole staff were fantastic! She was so patient with us being disorganized and she made sure that the weekend ran smoothly. The indoor venue is gorgeous and the property outside is great for pictures. I also loved that the rehearsal dinner and the after-party for the Reception were at the Fireside tavern next door. Theres also 2 hotels on property so your guests have options and dont have to drive anywhere all weekend. I cant say enough good things about our experience, Amanda was seriously a saint throughout the entire planning process and the actual wedding weekend. We toured 3-4 other venues around downingtown/west chester before choosing the Willows and we are SO happy that we went with them. Cant beat it!

Great for a formal wedding
Our experience with The Willows was great! Amanda (their planner and coordinator) was great about taking us for a tour of the venue and answering our many questions. We booked almost as soon as we toured. The venue is beautiful and was perfect for our indoor, winter wedding. It’s a classy place which was exactly what we wanted (instead of the many barn wedding venues). Planning was a joy because Amanda is very responsive to emails! This is a wedding venue that has it down to a science. We felt confident in taking Amanda’s suggestions (everything from picking the menu items to the scheduling of events). The team at The Willows even decorated for us! All we had to do was plan, then Amanda and her team executed the events of the weekend so smoothly! Relaxing for us!
This all came with a significantly lower price than other comparable venues quoted us at.

Amazing venue
The Willows is a fabulous venue for a wedding! The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the staff was amazing with keeping up with the guests. Amanda was a rockstar, from showing us the venue for the very first time, scheduling meetings to review our vision, to the day of the wedding where she coordinated our outdoor wedding inside due to the rain from the hurricane. She made our vision come alive throughout the entire venue, we had extra flowers and lanterns and she had ideas of where to put the right away. Our guests are still complimenting us about the food that was served and the way everything was handled with such professionalism. Many have said this was the best wedding they have gone to in years. We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator or venue, and we will always recommend The Willows to our friends for their future weddings. A dream come true
Everything from the time we stepped foot onto the property for a tour till the night we left a married couple was perfect. I loved how enthusiastic Amanda was when we first met and I shared my wedding inspiration. When our special day arrived Amanda and all the Willow staff were amazing. They brought my vision to life and made every detail perfect. Amanda was very attentive the morning of and I had no stress as I knew my bridal team and I were in good hands. Best Day Ever!
We could not have chosen a better wedding venue for our special day. With an all inclusive package we didn't have to worry about a single thing. All of the set up and take down was taken care of for us, even the decorations that I made were carefully set out then packed up for us at the end of the night. The space was so beautiful that i would not have even needed my own decor if I didn't want to worry about it.
Their event coordinator Amanda went above and beyond and made everything flow so nicely. From the moment we expressed interest in having our event there until the end of the night of our wedding she handled every detail perfectly. Her communication was always prompt and kind.
The food was fantastic and everyone at the end of the night was saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had!
We just could not be happier with our choice and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the future. After pricing out many different options, The Willows was the best value without having to perform set up and take down ourselves. All in all for approx 100 people for a buffet of amazing food and not having to worry about a single thing we spent around $9600 including the venue, decor, food, and drinks (we had a cash bar). It was worth every penny.

All Encompassing Venue

From the moment we selected The Willows as our wedding venue, we had a perfect experience. Amanda is amazing. Her response time is extremely quick. Her attention to detail is so helpful and relieved so much stress during the planning process. The space is gorgeous and the food was amazing. We had some last minute changes requested, and they were 100% accommodating. Best Venue!
The Willows at Historic Strasburg is THE BEST venue in South Central PA! I cannot say enough good things about how amazing our experience was from start to finish. Amanda was incredibly responsive throughout our planning and as we finalized our guest counts, she even suggested an alternative reception layout that ended up being perfect for us and our guests. They made sure my husband and I felt extra special throughout our day and were incredibly kind. The food was amazing, and the space is beautiful. The venue has provided decor, but you are also allowed to add anything extra you would like, so we were able to add personal touches without lugging a bunch of stuff to the venue to worry about. The venue staff oversee setup and tear down of all your decor, so we could really focus on enjoying our day, and the convenience of having hotels within walking distance made it feel like a weekend resort getaway with our family and friends! It is impossible for me to describe all of the things that make this venue the absolute best, but The Willows and the staff there are true gems! Book them…you won’t regret it!

Best. Day. Ever.
We got married on November 20, 2021. We were originally supposed to get married on November 21, 2020. Postponing was hard, and the uncertainty was a bit much at times. Amanda, however, was beyond amazing and really helped us through this process! She was very diligent with reminding us of due dates and providing updates, and was easy to get in touch with. When the big day came, she always managed to be there exactly when we needed her, and even helped my mom bustle up my dress prior to the reception. She is a fabulous coordinator. The food was amazing; seriously, everyone was talking about it. Their famous tomato bisque really is that good! The servers were great, and one server even provided the wedding party food during cocktail hour so we wouldn’t miss it. Overall, the day was amazing and absolutely worth waiting for, and I would wholeheartedly recommend The Willows to anyone!
Also, the Fireside Tavern is great, we had a little after party at the bar!

Truly amazing
Amanda was an angel sent from heaven. She was always there for any questions needing answered. Always available during the day of the wedding and did an amazing job decorating. She made my special day stress free and I couldn’t recommend her and the willows enough.

The Best Decision We Made
From start to finish, Amanda and the rest of the team at The Willows at Historic Strasburg went above and beyond our expectations. We did not look at any other venues (though we did compare), knowing before we were even engaged it was a beautiful venue, fantastic food in the restaurant, and the packages offered are far more inclusive than anywhere else in the region! Amanda is responsive, attentive, and accommodating, and her attention to detail throughout the planning process & day of is top notch. They were nothing but gracious with COVID decisions, keeping us informed to help us make the best decisions for us, & the rescheduling process. Our day itself was perfect - from consistently making sure we (and our bridal party/parents) were fed & taken care of to Amanda's eye for initial placement & rearranging of decorations throughout the evening, everyone went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The food was highly praised by our guests & our other vendors even commented that it was one of if not the best food they've had to eat at a wedding! If you are considering The Willows, you will not be disappointed in your experience & having our wedding and reception here was the best investment we made for our wedding.

Great reception venue
The Willows was such a great venue for our wedding reception! The food is incredibly good, the space is beautiful, and the staff were great to work with. Amanda Kramer, the on-site coordinator, was very responsive and easy to work with. She made sure everything went smoothly, and we really had nothing to worry about. The outdoor area where we had our cocktail hour is also gorgeous, and it was a great place for photos.

The Willows was everything and more than we wanted!

This venue made planning our wedding reception easy and enjoying our day even easier!
The Willows was the perfect place for our wedding reception. They made planning our reception super easy and were always patient and understanding with our many questions during the months leading up to the wedding. They were also flexible and genuinely did everything they could to make our day special (including serving my husband french fries with his meal even though it wasn't on the official reception menu).
When our big day arrived everything ran incredibly smoothly and was well organized. Once we arrived for the reception I didn't need to worry about anything! My husband and I were well looked after during the reception as were our guests. The food was delicious and the staff even packed us up some to enjoy later. They also handled all the clean up meaning we could enjoy every second of our fun night right until the very end.
I can't say enough good things about this venue! They were wonderful.

Worth the Wait!
Worth the wait! #BLTN2021 (Better Late Than Never). My husband and I have known each other since high school. We spent decades almost dating and then not. Finally in January 2018 we began dating and were engaged in November, 2019. Our wedding was to be 8.14.2020...well COVID made us wait an extra year. While we had already wed legally, we were very anxious to have our ceremony with friends and family on 8.13.2021.
The Willows was WELL worth the wait. We had a magical experience that was one we nor our guests will soon forget. The venue was gorgeous. Our event coordinator from the Willows, Amanda, could not have been more helpful, patient, and thorough. She has an eye for detail and made me feel like ours was the only wedding the Willows was concerned about...I know that to be untrue, but what an amazing level of care and personalized attention was lavished on us.
I simply can't say enough about the beauty of the venue, deliciousness of the food, and attentiveness of the service staff and their coordinator, Amanda.
We were told over and over as our guests headed out that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended...while we would like to take the credit, it was due to the professionalism and unparalleled commitment to excellence of your venue, The Willows at Historic Strasburg.

Professional Wedding Planner & Great Food
Despite of the COVID restrictions in place, we were able to have our reception meal the way that we wanted. The food was fantastic and our wedding planner, Amanda, was so helpful and catered to our every need. We would definitely recommend this venue for anyone considering having their wedding in regular times, as well as in COVID times.

On point!!!
We can not say enough about Amanda and her team at The Willows! From planning to finish Amanda’s attention to detail, friendly demeanor, thoroughness and organization helped keep us on schedule and ensure nothing was missed all while making our big day unforgettable! Everyone commented on how good the food was, and the beautiful and warm decor and lighting. Service was great during the bridal suite moments getting ready and through the reception. We had a small intimate ceremony with just immediate family followed by a large reception if 135. We had a few requests such as a surprise 70th birthday cake for my dad which Amanda had everything scheduled and accommodated, to some other requests which Amanda and the owners accommodated as well for additional costs even though not done previously. Amanda also took control and redirected the rehearsal from officiant when things started to get off track (thank you!). Most people getting married have never given a wedding before so it can be very overwhelming and stressful. Amanda and her team helped us through a lot of the decision making, assisting us with suggestions and direction that was invaluable due to her expertise. It was a big help!
We were even asked the number of rooms staying at the accompanied hotels so the could staff the tavern fir our afterparty appropriately! I look over well after the wedding and there’s Amanda checking with the bartenders! If only we could have bought her a drink!
Everyone said our wedding was one if the best they had been to and The Willows and Amanda and team were a huge part of that!

We found the right place
My daughters wedding at The Willows in Historic Strasburg turned out to be fantastic. This was our first one so we had no experience and no one in the family to recommend any venue. The Willows reception room has an elegant feel to it at night. The fireplaces were lit and lights on the mantles to give it a further feel of elegance. Everyone raved about the food and service by all. Our contact, Amanda, was so helpful in the planning stages and we relied on her experience and guidance a lot. In addition, while Amanda manages the whole event she is not just a manager. She roles up her sleeves and does whatever is needed. She cleans up, she takes drink orders and delivers them, you name it, adding to the really good service! As an added bonus is the fact that there is a tavern on premise to go after the wedding is over to continue the celebration and 2 hotels within 100yds walking distance for out of town guests, etc. In short, we made a great decision!

Exactly what we were looking for!
The hall is beautiful on its on so you don’t need to do much of your own decorating. The food was amazing! Everyone commented on how delicious it was. The staff and coordinator were so helpful and kind and did everything they could to make our day perfect... which it was!

The Willows are amazing!
The Willows at Historic Strasburg made my wedding planning a breeze. If you are like me I am clueless when it comes to wedding planning but Amanda made my experience wonderful. She was professional, patient, flexible, and very kind. She never made me feel rushed or pressured into making decisions right away and she was very helpful when I was undecided on something. My wedding day went at smooth as any bride could have hoped. Amanda and her team were just incredibly. I would 100% recommended The Willows at Historic Strasburg to anybody!

We cannot sing enough praises about this venue! From the beautiful appearance of the grounds to the friendliness of the coordinators, we felt taken care of from the moment we stepped in for a visit, and that never changed leading up to -- and through -- the big day. Our coordinator, Amanda, is an excellent, attentive resource who ensured that we were satisfied with every step. Our guests raved about the ceremony site and the ballroom, and the staff flawlessly incorporated our decor to create the ambiance we dreamed of. They constantly attended to our guests throughout the reception, from offering more drinks to cleaning up in a prompt manner. As an awesome bonus, they waive their rehearsal dinner room fee if you choose to get married there. With two hotels on site and delicious food, taking advantage of this added perk ensured a simple, convenient weekend for our guests. We wouldn't have a changed a single thing about our experience, as they ensured that our marriage started off on the best possible foot.

Amanda and her team at The Willows were absolutely fabulous to work with!! A 5 star rating doesn’t even do them justice! From the very first meeting we had with Amanda over a year ago up until the very last minute of our reception, she was there to help and went above and beyond our expectations and then a little bit more. From the littlest of details to the biggest, she and her team were there every step of the way. I wish we could get married all over again so we could re-live every second! My husband & I knew when we toured The Willows, that we knew it was the one. From the start, they were absolutely amazing! They worked with us every single step of the way! They also allowed us to make payments here and there, that way at the end it wasn’t so much for us. They set everything up and tear it down. They make sure things run smoothly and it’s absolutely beautiful! The food is some of the best wedding food I’ve ever had! We had a million compliments on how gorgeous everything was (I barely had any decorations), and how amazing the food and service was! I can’t recommend this place enough. My husband & I plan to make it a yearly visit for dinners with the restaurant attached to the venue.

To say the Willows met our expectations is an understatement. We had over 140 people in from around the US in for our wedding and everyone raved about how incredible the vibe was and how delicious the food was. Amanda made it a point to check in with us throughout the night and she was extremely attentive to all of our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend the Willows to anyone and everyone! By far incredible choice to have them as our reception venue!

What a beautiful venue! The Willows exceeded my expectations. Their facility was the perfect spot for our ceremony and reception. Their staff was on top of everything. The evening went smoothly. Everything had been cleaned up and boxed up before our eyes. It was seamless and efficient. I do have to thank Amanda who came to the rescue when my mother in law's dress would not zipper. Could not say enough good things about this venue. It is a hidden gem. Super affordable and beautiful. The food is incredible. Everything we could ask for and more!!
The venue was beautiful, affordable, had the capability to host an indoor or outdoor wedding based on the weather, had plenty of room for our guests, and an amazing bridal suite. Amanda, our wedding coordinator, was fantastic through every step of the way! She was very insightful and helpful. The venue helped set up all of our decorations and even provided the centerpieces and table numbers. Amanda really put a lot of work into our special day and made it as stress free as possible! She coordinated with all of our vendors, guided them in regards as to where to set up, and even helped fend off some nosey relatives who were trying to sneak a peek of bride. At the end of the night, she helped make sure that we had gathered all of our decorations and that we didn't leave anything behind. Once the reception was over, some of our guests wanted to continue the party, and they were able to go to the tavern around front. Overall, The Willows at Historic Strasburg has everything you could want or need for a successful wedding! I would highly recommend The Willows at Historic Strasburg to any couple who is looking to get married in picturesque Lancaster county!!

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with The Willow’s located at Fireside Tavern in Strasburg, Pa. Our wedding coordinator’s name was Amanda. From day one we started planning our wedding working closely with Amanda. She was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was pleasant, friendly and extremely attentive to not just my husband and I but to our entire guests. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and served to perfection. Amanda and the staff at Fireside allowed me to enjoy my wedding from start to finish without having to worry about a thing. I would love to renew our vows in a few years and hands down we both said The Willows will be our place to have our next ceremony. Highly recommend holding your rehearsal dinner with The Willow’s as well. The Prime Rib was excellent!! Again, the entire staff and Amanda made our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner effortless! My family and friends are still raving about how wonderful our rehearsal food was.

We had an amazing wedding day, especially thanks to Amanda! From the first time we met with her, she was incredibly helpful and prompt in answering any questions via email or by phone. Amanda went above and beyond on our wedding day, as we needed to move cocktail hour inside the day of our wedding. She is attentive and thoughtful, she even sent a tray of h’ors deuveres out to our bridal party while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour and she noticed immidiately when I had frosting on my dress from cake cutting!
The Willows was in the process of being renamed during our wedding and was renamed 3 months prior to our wedding day. It is a gorgeous, whimsical ballroom, perfect for any couple searching for a elegant wedding venue! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how AMAZING the food was! We opted to have a buffet, and food was excellent. The Willows is a very accommodating venue, I was able to add everything I wanted to our wedding day to make it special and unique.
We feel very fortunate to have had Amanda as our wedding coordinator and are so thankful we chose The Willows as our venue!

I loved the Willows! Amanda was great throughout the whole process: planning, tasting, actual event, etc. She was responsive to all needs and unphased by any little changes or unexpected happenings. The food at the Willows was one of the things my guests are still talking about, three weeks after the wedding. I am so glad that this was the wedding venue we choose. We will go back again to the restaurant.

Amanda was amazing!!! I’m an anxious person so I emailed her so many times asking questions and she was always quick to get back to me and very gracious. Choosing Fireside Tavern for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Amanda Kramer and the staff at Fireside made sure everything was perfect for the day and above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we contacted Fireside all the way through when we left the reception we were treated like royalty. Amanda was very responsive to all questions and requests we had to make our wedding day perfect. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food is incredible. We had a beautiful wedding and would choose Fireside Tavern again if we could do it all over again.

Wonderful Venue and place to work with from start to finish. It was January and they worked with us to have an amazing ceremony outside (yes, it was cold) but so beautiful. Amanda was amazing and was with us from start to finish, letting us know of hang ups with the DJ, keeping myself and my husband separated, etc. We came in the day of the wedding and minor changes needed to be made as to my decor. Everything was exceptional! Tons of compliments on quality of food, etc. If I had to do it all again I would choose Fireside again.

I had to plan my wedding all from abroad as I lived in the UK prior to my wedding day. This was obviously not ideal however Amanda the wedding co-ordinator made the whole process stress free answering every email that I sent (I had a lot of questions). I had to book the venue before visiting it however after visiting it in person I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t think the venue would be as good as their website said, it was in fact the most beautiful venue I have ever seen. The days running up to our wedding day Amanda did everything she could to make sure our day would be perfect and the wedding day itself could not have run without her. Herself and the fireside staff decorated the venue beautifully making sure everything I had asked for was fulfilled. Even to myself walking down the aisle Amanda was there to make sure the back of my dress and veil was pulled out perfectly for my photos. Now onto the food, we have had endless compliments from our guests about the food especially the tomato bisque soup, the food was absolutely amazing. The staff that day were nothing but pleasant and friendly. My father even felt the need to add into his speech a personal thank you to the staff for their efforts that day.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough, they plan absolutely everything for you from food and drinks to the decorations, either allowing you to use what they have or using your own decorations to make their already beautiful room something personal. They even pack your stuff away at the end of the day so all you have to do is put it into your cars. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to the Amanda and the staff at the Fireside Tavern.

We could not have asked for a better wedding day experience. The Fireside made our day so magical. Amanda made sure every detail was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. We didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of. They handled everything from meeting out vendors as they arrived and directing them to where they needed to be to making sure we were served promptly to ensuring we had fun the entire night. We are so happy we decided to spend our special day at the Fireside and would highly highly recommend them!

There are tons of venues in Lancaster county and they're all very similar. But, what other venues don't have is a wedding coordinator like Amanda Kramer. She is the most thorough, kind, attentive, hardest working, and the best perfectionist that I have ever met. She made our wedding day PERFECT! She cut any possible stress out of the occasion, and made our vision come to life. Her communication skills are top notch, and Amanda makes sure you won't have a single worry during your event. She is superwoman! The food, venue, staff, and drinks were absolutely wonderful as well! The Fireside Tavern is second to none- we recommend it to anyone and everyone

The Fireside exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. They took care of every detail and had things in place and ready to go as we had discussed. The team at the Fireside goes out of their way to help you with your wedding day. The food was incredible. So many of our guests commented on their steaks! We loved having our cocktail hour outside in the courtyard and then moving inside for the reception. It made it seem like we had chosen more than 1 venue. The ballroom is so nice without needing much done to it at all. It was great after the wedding reception to be able to have guests move to the restaurant/bar in the Fireside for after-party drinks and snacks. So convenient. The Fireside is also next to 2 hotels which was super convenient for our guests. We would recommend the Fireside to any other couple looking for a great place to hold their wedding!

The Fireside team literally went above and beyond in preparing for and running our wedding day. Amanda, Steve, Dave, Steph, and Chad (the Fireside team) assured that the food was prepared perfectly, the room was decorated exactly as we discussed, my husband and I were happy/fed/where we needed to be, and that things went off without a hitch. We got married at our church, but used the Fireside bridal suite for the girls to get ready, and for our cocktail hour and reception. Amanda brought anything we needed to the suite for the girls in the morning when getting ready. The suite is perfect for prep--plenty of light, mirrors, seats and space! Our cocktail hour was initially outside in the courtyard--gorgeous shrubs and flowers, a cocktail bar and the appetizers all just worked out there! A storm began to form so the team moved everyone/everything inside seamlessly. Our reception was fabulous. Amanda checked in with my husband and I a few times to ensure things were going well and that we had drinks and were content. Guests have complimented the food multiple times since our wedding day. The steak and salmon were perfectly prepared! The Fireside ballroom is beautiful without needing much done to it...gold accents (chandeliers, chairs, mirrors, fireplace). We were able to meet with the Fireside earlier in the week to go over all of our details of decorations and some of it we left up the Fireside's opinion/discretion. We were so so pleased with the layout of the ballroom and where everything was placed! we can't say enough GREAT things about the Fireside as a destination for your wedding. It is also flanked on either side by hotels making it super easy for guests to book a room the night of your wedding. A majority of our guests went to the Fireside bar/restaurant following the reception for drinks/food. We would highly recommend the Fireside to any couple who is looking for a gorgeous, delicious and FUN wedding location!

We chose Fireside Tavern for our wedding reception and could not me more than pleased and amazed with them. They are one of few places that separate the bar tab to only pay for people actually 21+, their prices include so many things you don't have to worry about, from table linens/flatware/chargers and they even have centerpieces you can use for the tables if you want. They were more than flexible with their schedule and setting up the room the way we wanted it because we had several additions. The professionalism of the all staff was truly great and attentive. The wedding coordinator Amanda was AWESOME. She helped relieve me of any stress that day and took care of everything. After the reception was over and we went to the tavern for the after party, she still came around to check on guests and made sure that I got something to eat (since you never eat at your own wedding) before the kitchen closed down. We also opted to do cocktail hour outside, and they setup tables, some high tops and some low with chairs, everything went seamless. The service and food was unbelievable and we had ssooo many guests, after the fact, tell us it was the best reception they had been to. Everything went so well that, my mother-in-law suggested for my sister-in-law to have her future wedding reception there. If we had the chance to re-do our reception, we'd pick Fireside Tavern every time, hands down.

We had our wedding at Fireside Tavern on August 13, 2016. From day one, everyone at Fireside was extremely helpful and cooperative. Throughout the procress they were very organized and covered any detail you could think of. On the day of the wedding, and all the days leading up to it, Amanda Kramer was our guardian angel. If it was not for her, I would have been completely lost. She made the experience as amazing as it was. Fireside will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we now have a place to spend every anniversary.

We were originally drawn to the Fireside because of the fantastic food. What sold us however, was the flexibility of the venue and the perfection of the staff. Amanda Kramer was our coordinator from the Fireside and she was simply the best!

I am so pleased that my husband and I chose Fireside Tavern to hold the reception for our wedding. In addition to the reception we also had the rehearsal dinner upstairs utilizing the Lancaster and Fulton Rooms. Right from the start, we were impressed with how prompt Fireside was at returning emails or calls. During the planning process if we needed a picture of something (the table numbers for example) or had a question we received an email response very quickly. A few times we made unplanned visits to Fireside and they were always willing to speak with us, show us the ballroom again, etc. We were very pleased with how well we were treated, especially since the bridal party had to show up earlier than scheduled due to an unforeseen downpour the day of the wedding. As soon as the bridal party arrived (early) Amanda made sure to get us drinks and appetizers right away. We rented the bridal lounge during cocktail hour for the bridal party to utilize while the other guests mingled in the ballroom. The food quality was fantastic as usual when dining at Fireside. As the bride and groom, we were directly served all of our food and drinks even though our guests utilized the buffet. Since we barely ate any food out of excitement for the day and going around to tables visiting guests, Amanda bagged our food for us to take home. Amanda checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going according to plan. Fireside was very accommodating to our guests with special dietary needs so that they would be served special meals. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful. The dance floor is the perfect size to get a large amount of guests up and dancing. If we had to plan our wedding over again we both agree that we would keep the reception at Fireside.

There are many things to accomplish while planning your wedding ceremony and reception - many of which you may forget as deadlines quickly approach and pass by. Amanda at Fireside Tavern is always there to give a gentle reminder for when important decisions need to be made (menu selection, guest count and seating, information needed for ceremony and reception setup, vendor information). She is always very prompt with her e-mail and phone responses to questions and is very helpful in giving advice and answering questions. She is so accommodating for any request you may make in making your ceremony and reception unique and special. The serving and bar staff are top of the line and seamless in their execution for such a large event. The food is top notch - I received so many positive comments from people saying "the food at your wedding was the best I've ever had at a wedding!" They have a beautiful bridal lounge and the food you can order while getting ready is very fresh arranged nicely. When you drop off all your decorations, favors, ceremony items and other reception items, they take the time to set all of this up for you and they arrange it so beautifully at no extra cost! ***A note on the amount spent: we chose the highest buffet package and the house brand liquor package for 105 adults, and kids buffet/tea totalers pricing for 5 kids (ages 0-3 are free). This also includes ceremony fee/chair rental. They do not charge extra for event space rental since this is included in their per person meal/drink pricing.***

There is honestly nothing bad my husband and I can say about Fireside Tavern! From the very beginning of choosing them as our venue up until the day of our wedding, Amanda was so helpful. She was extremely professional and responsive of all of our questions and was very willing to accommodate all the changes we asked for. She decorated the reception hall just how we wanted (and even better!) and was very attentive to make sure our reception was going smoothly. All of our guests raved about the food and we honestly could not have asked for a better day! They had us hooked from the very beginning (they were the first venue we looked at and the others just didn't compare) and we will definitely keep them in mind for any other events we may need down the road, as well as recommend them to everyone!! Outstanding...the Fireside Tavern is truly a 5-star class act. The owners and staff not only meet your expectations, they EXCEED them.
Our family and friends are foodies. The generous portions of appetizers, salads, and entrees, were served with an attractive presentation. Our guests were very pleased with the flavors and tastes of the food. Weeks later and they are still raving about the delicious food.
Food servers had a neat appearance, were pleasant and accommodating. For example, our salad included nuts. One of our guests had a nut allergy, she mention this to the server. No problem, the salad with nuts was replaced with an even bigger serving of a salad designed by our guest. She was delighted and impressed with the service.
The spacious ballroom with dance floor is lovely - clean, bright, and pleasant. You can really have fun deciding on the look you want for your tables and the ballroom set up. Amanda Kramer, wedding coordinator, met with me many times during this planning. Amanda wants to know her brides. She asks questions, make suggestions, and above all listens. For example, I was struggling with a decision to add a color runner or small square linen under the floral arrangement. Resulting in adding nothing. Less is more. Upon entering the ballroom after the ceremony, Amanda added little votive candles around the floral arrangement. Perfect!
There is adequate parking for your guests. The outside parking lots, walkways, paths to the gazebo are clean, neat, and well manicured.
The staff is so friendly and kind. Service is their mantra. They treat everyone as their special guest. And they do it with a smile.
With hotel accommodations on the property, this made it easy for our out of town guests.

Everyone at Fireside that we worked with was awesome. Amanda and Stephanie helped me through every step of the process, and were especially flexible and helpful as I was do not live in the area and couldn't make frequent in-person visits. I can't recommend them highly enough to help take a lot of the needless stress and pressure out of planning a wedding. They made sure every detail was just right and that the wedding day went smoothly so that my husband and I could relax and enjoy everything.

My friend just had her wedding here this weekend and it was amazing. They covered all of decorating. They also set up and restocked the candy bar all night. The fireplaces in the ballroom make it absolutely gorgeous. Also, the grassy area outside the ballroom made for some amazing pictures!!! I would definitely consider this place for my upcoming wedding.

We were very pleased with the quality of service that Fireside Tavern provided for our wedding reception. From the pre-wedding consultations to the reception clean-up, the staff was friendly, timely, and accommodating. Many of our guests commented on how great the food tasted, and the convenience of having the catering, table settings, and even decoration placement coordinated by the venue helped to save a lot of extra preparation work. Amanda helped to keep the reception on schedule and ensured that everything flowed nicely. Our families came back inside after our sparkler exit thinking that they had a lot of clean up work ahead of them, but found that the staff had so kindly packed up all of the centerpieces while we had been outside! The courtyard area was a great backdrop for photos, and one of the waiters even brought appetizers out to us while our photographer took some group shots. We couldn't have been happier with our wedding day and we are very glad that we chose Fireside Tavern as our reception location.

I think almost every1 asked me who she was & how I found her b/c she was a coordinating ninja. Everything looked perfect like she was in my head & trust me I was pretty vague at times. She was constantly checked on us in the bridal lounge-giving time updates & asking what we needed. At the reception, she kept everything flowing. She got us our food, kept checking back, refilling our drinks & making sure we were ok. When she sent people to the buffet, she was right behind them refolding their napkins. Top notch. She even helped serve at the rehearsal which blew my mind. Amanda, u're such a doll & helped make my wedding day flawless, thank u from the bottom of my heart!
The food @ Fireside=AMAZING. We had a hard time deciding on 2 things for our buffet after the tasting. We did the chicken parm & beef. Phenomenal. No complaints, only compliments saying that wedding food is never this good! The gazebo area is breathtaking. Our wedding was in June & the landscaping was perfect. They just recently took out the brick walkway & made it all stamped concrete-it looks great!
One bit of advice. If u have people from out of town, save urself the stress & don't stay at the Clarion Inn. It's a shame that the hotel can't match Fireside's impeccable service when there's rooms that literally look over the ceremony area. Don't stay there. Make a group booking at 1 of the MANY other options in the area. The Clarion left a very sour note on our wedding night.
Everything was literally PERFECT, I wouldn't change a thing about Fireside.

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Fireside Tavern on May 25th, 2013. Stephanie and Amanda made the whole process run smoothly –staying on the planning schedule, helping with the menu selection, placing table/decoration arrangements, organization with outside vendors (DJ, photographer, photobooth), and keeping every detail just as I wanted it. They are fun and professional; a great mix for wedding coordinators! And the venue is beautiful. There are many great photo opportunities on the premises. Last, but definitely not least, the food is fantastic.

We could not have dreamed up a better wedding venue than Fireside Tavern! Amanda and her team were absolutely amazing from the very beginning. Being an out-of-state bride, Amanda was always responsive, willing to make accommodations, and flexible with my schedule. Whatever I wanted that day, she would accommodate.
During the wedding day, Amanda was there from start to finish and continuously checked in on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about set up or making sure guests got to the reception after the ceremony because Amanda coordinated everything. I felt like I could actually relax the day of the wedding because of how detail-oriented Amanda was and the entire day flowed perfectly.
The staff was very professional and willing to help. As soon as the ceremony was over and guests starting filing into the cocktail hour, the staff was there with drinks and appetizers. Some of our guests had dietary restrictions, and the staff was willing to accommodate without hesitation or additional fees.
The venue was beyond beautiful! We got to have an outside ceremony complete with gorgeous floral and a gazebo and then have the entire ballroom for the reception. We even had a room block at the Clarion Hotel next door, so it was very convenient for all of our guests. One of the biggest perks is that we had the entire venue to ourselves the entire day, which does not often happen at some wedding venues.
If you are looking for a great and stress-free venue in Lancaster County, you should really consider the Fireside Tavern.

I would recommend the Fireside Tavern to any couple in the Central PA area!!! My husband and I looked at many different places before looking at the Fireside Tavern. We liked that they didn't "nickel and dime" us to death for things like cake cutting, toasts, etc. And the reception hall is beautiful. They made our day absolutely perfect. I am a "high" stress person and Amanda, the day of coordinator, just made me feel at ease. She not only during the reception made sure that all our needs were taken care of, but she made sure our guests had everything that they needed. They handled everything on the wedding day allowing myself, my husband and family to relax and enjoy the moment. Our guests raved about the food and the service. They answer emails right away making planning less stressful. The location is perfect if you want a little bit of a country feel (the grounds are beautiful) and a grand ballroom all at the same time. It is also the perfect place if you are looking for a venue where you can have the ceremony and reception. Thank you Fireside!!! Kayla and Jeffrey

The food tasted just like it did for the tasting. Amanda, the wedding planner, was fabulous! Responded to emails right away, checked in many many times during the day. Very flexible when working with us. I would highly highly recommend this venue to future brides. I felt very taken care of and like a princess which is what all girls want on their wedding day.

I can not begin to express how amazing the staff/food was at The Fireside. There wasn't anything we would change about our reception. All the staff was friendly and on top of things the entire day. We recieved so many compliments from our guests on the food, service, bartenders and on how pretty the venue looked.
I want to go out of my way to tell others how great this place was because Amanda made our day so smooth!
The food was exactly like it was at our tasting and that is hard to find when you do a buffet.
Again, no regrets at all and I will highly recommend the Fireside to everyone I know for all kinds of events. We just can't say enough good things!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Fireside Tavern. At first, I worked mostly with Stephanie, who was very friendly and informative. When it got closer to the wedding, we worked with Amanda more closely, who was also very friendly. They were both willing to work with us and make anything happen for our wedding that we wanted. They also gave suggestions for things we may have been not been sure about. They answered emails timely and completely. Our wedding day was perfect! The hall looked amazing. Amanda did a wonderful job of setting everything up for us. That was one really nice thing about Fireside. I was able to drop off all my centerpieces, favors, decorations, placecards, you name it, and Amanda took care of setting everything up for us. It looked great! When we arrived at the hall, Amanda was right there to see if I needed anything. From then on, she was available to us all night long. She was so helpful and made sure everyone was happy and got what they needed. The room was perfect! It felt so warm and cozy, and was exactly what we were looking for in a reception venue. In summary, I wouldn't have wanted to spend my special day anywhere else. I would highly recommend Fireside Tavern to future brides.
