Owner Jeffrey J. Hoppe is a passionate baker and experienced pastry chef. He was inspired by his grandmothers growing up and has been producing sensational baked goods for over three decades. This creative professional has earned a diploma in pastry arts, as well as a master's in pastry and confectionery. He spent years honing his cake-decorating skills before deciding to start Sweet Assurance in 2015.

Locally sourced ingredients and traditional family recipes are used at Sweet Assurance to create each delectable bite. Real butter and fresh fruit are incorporated into buttercream and fillings for a truly natural flavor. This skilled artist strives to learn as many details of couples' unique stories as possible, allowing him to create a cake that is full of personalized little surprises. He strives to deliver show-stopping creations, whether it's a tiered wedding cake or hundreds of custom hand-finished cupcakes.

Jeffrey provides complimentary tastings to help couples decide on their favorite flavors, such as chocolate fudge, earl gray lavender, and pumpkin. A range of delicious fillings is also available, including marshmallows, Bailey's mousse, and salted caramel. Delivery and setup services on the day are free of charge.
