Moments and Milestones, LLC is a Round Rock-based wedding planner that serves Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas, including Cedar Park, Georgetown, Dripping Springs, etc. We take pride in making every wedding and event affordable and intimate by focusing on a limited number of weddings each month. That way you get the one-on-one attention you deserve. The Wedding Day Coordination package will include 20-30 hours of dedicated time for each wedding. This is perfect for the couples who want to plan their wedding, be fully in charge, yet need some guidance and help on the day of the wedding. To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is requested along with a signed contract provided by us. MOST of the services provided are listed below (but not all). We like to try to customize some of the duties based on each events “needs”.
Heather, the owner of Moments and Milestones, founded the company in 2017. She has been coordinating weddings in the Greater Austin area since 2010.
Wedding Day Coordination Packages 2020:
~ Number of Guests- 0-99: $800
~ Number of Guests- 100-175: $1,000
~ Number of Guests- 175+: $1,600 (2 coordinators included)
Wedding Day Coordination Packages 2021:
~ Number of Guests- 0-99: $1,100
~ Number of Guests- 100-175: $1,300
~ Number of Guests- 175+: $1,800 (2 coordinators included)
~ 2020 Weddings starting at- $1,500
~ 2021 Weddings starting at- $2,000
~ 2020 Weddings starting at- $2,000
~ 2021 Weddings starting at- $2,500
~ Second Coordinator: $600: Based on the number of quests and components of the event, we may recommend an assistant be added to help with the flow and management of the event day. An assistant can also be requested by the couple, with any of the above options.
~ Venue and Vendor Visits: $25/Hour: We are available to accompany you when visiting venues or vendors, and helping you make the best fit options for your special day.
~ Rehearsal Dinner: $200: Assist with finding the best venue for your rehearsal dinner, along with set-up of any decorations prior to the start of the dinner, and management of the dinner for up to 1 hour
~ Unlimited phone and email communication from the date of contract/agreement to the event.
~ Creation of vendor arrival times, décor details, and event timeline.
~ Communication to all vendors regarding preferred arrival times, location directions, and any other “needs” they may have.
~ 1-2 weeks before the wedding day, we will call all vendors to verify details of their services, discuss remaining balances, and distribute the day-of itinerary of arrival times.
~ Rehearsal (1-2 hours):
~ Attend wedding rehearsal and provide necessary assistance per request of the couple.
~ Help with any prior set-up of decorations that can be completed.
~ Wedding Day:~ Arrive at venue when vendors arrive to provide smooth set-up for the event.
~ Set-up decorations, favors, place cards, candles, etc. that are needed the day of the event.
~ Distribute personal flowers to wedding party, family, and special guests.
~ Ensure remaining payments are given to vendors.
~ On-site coordination and supervision of the ceremony and reception during the entirety of the event (Problem-solve as needed).
~ Assist with vendor clean-up and exit of all guests once the event is completed.

Heather is wonderful!
I hired Heather to help me with my daughter’s small and simple wedding. I didn’t really think we needed a wedding planner, but the venue required a planner on the day of. I’m so glad we had Heather!
