With that said coordinator will make sure...
A. All guests upon arrival are hosted and shown where to go
B. Facility is set up correctly by whomever is in charge of decor set up
C. All vendors arrive on time and are rendering services correctly to not have any hiccups throughout your beautiful day
D. Assistance in creating your floor seating chart or guest list
E. Bridal party/Groomemen entry when ceremony starts. If you want me to dictate your rehearsal it is an extra charge of $40 for up to 1.5 hours...
F. Make sure your send off is amazing.
G. Make sure your clean up crew is on point so you are not charged any additional surprise fees from venue...
