At Conscious Ceremonies, we weave wedding planning, ceremony facilitation, and intentional spiritual design into one seamless offering. Part wedding coordinator, part energy worker, part ritual guide. Every detail held with precision, love, and reverence.

Conscious Matrimony pairs full Wedding Coordination with Ordained Ceremony Officiation, held by one team from the first call to the final send-off. That combination is rarer than it should be, and it changes everything about how your wedding day actually feels. You are not coordinating between a planner who does not know your ceremony and an officiant who has never met your vendors.

We work with interfaith couples, multi-cultural couples, secular couples, spiritual-but-not-religious couples, LGBTQ+ couples, and anyone who has been quietly thinking there has to be “more than a borrowed script and a venue package”. We do not start with a template. We start with your story, your traditions, your lineages, and what actually matters to the two of you, and we build from there.

That means your ceremony can include a handfasting, a fire ritual, a ring warming, a cacao toast, a sand ceremony, an ancestral honoring, or something that is completely yours. We have held ceremonies that were entirely secular, and ones that wove together two completely different cultural traditions into something that honored both families without diluting either.

We also offer a Conscious Elixir Bar as a meaningful alternative to the traditional open bar. Ceremonial cacao, adaptogen tonics, functional mushrooms, CBD beverages, and kava, all prepared with intention. It serves your sober guests, your health-conscious guests, and your guests who drink equally well. Because the goal was never really the alcohol. It was always the connection.

Crystal Morris is an ordained minister and ceremony facilitator with over 300 ceremonies held, more than 5 years of healing arts training, and a 10-year background in corporate operations, which means nothing slips through the cracks. Katie Marie Coulter is a Cherokee and Choctaw ceremonialist, coordinator, and ancestral wisdom keeper with deep roots in herbal medicine, Indigenous ritual, and more than 10 years of holding sacred space for life's most significant thresholds.

Together we have over 25 combined years of healing and ceremony experience. Six to ten ceremonies per year. Every couple receives our full presence from start to finish.

We are based in Austin, TX and Chicago, IL. We serve couples throughout Texas, including the Hill Country, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston, and travel throughout the U.S. and internationally for destination weddings. Travel fees apply beyond 50 miles and are outlined clearly in every proposal.
