My daughter and I met Heather - Moments and Milestones - at local bridal expo. From the moment they started chatting I knew that Heather was not only the right choice, but the best choice to coordinate Calista's wedding. I am very much a control freak and part of my profession is event organization - so I had to also be comfortable turning over the command. Heather is outstanding, and I had zero doubt she was the person I could entrust this monumental occasion to. Heather was professional, she kept up with us to ensure we were organizing what we had committed to do, kept us in the loop with the behind the scenes tasks she was taking care of, and ensured all vendors were contacted, had the time line, and knew who to call. I needed to just be mum on this day, and not the person running the show and Heather and her team allowed me to do just that. We've had some significant events that needed some delicate handling, then add in a dozen or so Aussies joining in and adding some cultural hurdles, and Heather handled them all so well, kept the day calm and on track, smoothed any ruffles in the plans before they got to me. Heather and Moments and Milestones, is absolutely one of the best investments we made for my daughters wedding. Thank you Heather and I will recommend you highly to anyone (and everyone) who asks me! -

We worked with Heather for our April 2026 wedding at the Garey House. We used her Wedding Management package. Heather was absolutely amazing and was everything we needed to coordinate our wedding. We had constant check-ins to make sure we were staying on top of everything and getting things done in a timely manner. We said multiple times throughout the process that Heather was the biggest steal of our wedding, and we felt like we got so much help for the money we spent. On the day of, Heather was great at getting everyone where they needed to be and made sure we were able to entirely focus on our wedding. We had to move our ceremony inside due to weather, but we were not stressed at all, because we knew Heather was on top of it. Heather knows the Garey House in-and-out, and she made everything much easier. We would highly recommend Heather for any wedding, but especially if you're getting married at Garey House, book Heather! -

Positive, Professional, and Organized Planner!
We had our wedding at Garey House and used Moments and Milestones as our day of coordinator. We planned our wedding ourselves, and Heather worked with us the last few weeks to land the plane and make sure the day went smoothly. I can confidently say that without Heather I would have been so stressed out I would not have even been able to enjoy the day. She handled all of the small unexpected day of things and the whole ceremony and reception went off without a hitch thanks to her. She was super positive, high energy, and a ray of sunshine on a cold December wedding day. I would trust her to plan for any size and venue for a wedding. Thank you so much Heather for helping us have a lovely and unforgettable day. -

From the very first Zoom meeting, she was high-energy, organized, and completely on top of everything. Even though I live in DFW and our venue was in Georgetown, it felt like I didn’t need to be there at all; she had everything handled! As someone who struggled to relinquish control over décor, I was nervous about letting go, but she took care of every detail flawlessly and managed all the chaos so I didn’t have to. Because of her, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding day, and I can’t recommend her enough! -

Moments, Milestones, and all the Memories
What can we say about Heather at Moments and Milestones!! We both feel that we made a personal friend. ;) We will never forget her because there was no other planner in the world that was more perfect for our small wedding. Heather made us feel so much more at ease planning our day. She is very organized and we had lots of check in meetings to get on the same page, answer our silly questions, and laughed with us through out it all. I even have a story that I will always remember with her! :P

I loved having Heather as our wedding planner! She was absolutely wonderful! We booked her for her "day of coordination" and she worked with us starting three months before the wedding! Which was absolutely amazing since I was planning the wedding on my own and we had to move up the wedding last minute. Her price is SO reasonable taking into consideration everything she does. Having her there was worth every cent! She was an absolute blessing leading up to the wedding and on the day of. I was able to just relax and she dealt with everything that day despite all the issues that came up. Our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her. -

Heather was a dream to work with for planning our wedding and I can't imagine it would have gone as smoothly (or that I would have been as calm) without her! The whole wedding planning process was so overwhelming to me, but once we hired Heather she made it feel manageable. She handled so much work behind the scenes and spared us the chaos of finding awesome vendors within budget, addressing concerns and questions with our venue/vendors, and giving us awesome ideas to make our wedding special. The day of our wedding, her team set up hundreds of decor items beautifully, made quick decisions to pivot when we were running behind schedule and handled emergencies efficiently, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She's a true pleasure to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone! -

Heather was absolutely incredible as our day of coordinator - but she was so much more than that. She held monthly check-in meetings with my fiancé and I throughout the planning process, shared invaluable knowledge about her experience with our venue + vendors, and was always available to quickly answer any questions we had during the planning process. I would absolutely recommend Heather to help plan your wedding in ANY capacity. Her expertise, breadth of knowledge, and ability to problem solve under pressure cannot be understated! -

Heather was my wedding coordinator and I couldn't have been more pleased! Honestly do not know how the wedding would have happened if I didn’t have her. She kept everything on track prior to wedding and during the wedding she had everything handled perfectly! She always was so quick to answer any questions I had. She knew my vision for my wedding and did amazing setting up and making it come all together. Normally I like to handle decor myself but I trusted her fully and she nailed it! Her personality is fun and kept me from getting too stressed. I knew I could always count on her to calm me down. She always had amazing ideas if I needed any guidance. All vendors at the wedding were great but Heathers service is one I couldn’t have gone without. -

Best investment ever! Heather handles everything! My, now, husband and I hired Heather as a month of/day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond that service every step of the way. She met with us multiple times in preparation for our wedding. She made wonderful suggestions for vendors, helped me remember and plan all the small details that are needed for a wedding and checked in with us regularly- and that was all before the day! On the wedding day- she was beyond amazing!!! The instant she arrived stress evaporated, and everything was taken care of. The wedding ran so smoothly, and I had time to just enjoy all that was happening around me. Not once was I worried or stressed, and it was all because of her. She arrived early and helped decorate. When the cake that arrived had a different look than what we expected she elevated it with her own supplies she had brought and made it look fantastic. She handled the ceremony and reception playlist for us, making sure the songs played perfectly and the ceremony went off without a hitch. After the reception when my husband and I went off with the photographer for more pictures she packed away all the decorations and handled the entire breakdown. SHE DID EVERYTHING! She could charge so much more than she does. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, schedule a talk with Heather. I promise it is the best money you will spend for the day! -

Working with Heather from Moments & Milestones was wonderful! She worked with us during the peaks of the Covid-19 pandemic. A few months after my husband and I got engaged (Summer 2020), I hired her to be our wedding coordinator/planner because I knew absolutely nothing. At the time, I was very stressed out and going through mental health issues (as I'm sure a lot of us were during the first year of Covid). After we chose our catering vendor and a couple of other vendors, I realized I was still struggling with my mental health, and felt I had to put a pause on our wedding while I sorted myself and other things out. Heather was incredibly patient and essentially said "whatever you need, let me know when you're ready to pick things up again". Without question, she gave me back half of the deposit. She certainly was not obligated to do so contractually. I was so relieved. After a few months, I reached out to her and let her know we were ready. I sent her back half of the deposit, and we picked up right where we left off. For each vendor, Heather would find 2 to 3 vendor options and send me information or a website about each of them, and my husband and I would check them out and choose which one we liked the best. She would sent me reminders about when a vendor payment is due. Heather also met with me a few times for lunch and coffee to get on the same page. Heather was very fun and always came off as passionate about taking care of what I or we wanted for our wedding day. She also helped me out bigtime with our hotel, which she was not contractually obligated to do. Without her, I would have been lost my mind. Anyway, the big day came, and Heather was a badass with taking care of everything, putting our friends and family to work (suckas!), making sure I was good, and making sure my husband and I could actually eat and drink during our reception. (I've heard of many brides/grooms not feeling like they had the time to do basic needs, so I felt lucky to have her!) Granted, we were relatively laid-back; we didn't want to do bouquet or garter toss or the shoe game. I told Heather we just wanted to eat and dance and chat and have a few minutes for alone time. And we got that! Overall, if I could rate Moments & Milestones service with us on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would give them a 15. I would say Heather definitely went above and beyond for us. I feel very lucky to have had her for our wedding coordinator/planner. -

Heather Made our Day!
6 months ago I logged on to Wedding Wire to do vendor research for our wedding. Its an overwhelming process to say the least, especially when you factor in a destination wedding, COVID-19 , and my husbands military commitments. We hit the jack-pot with Heather and I am sure you will feel the same. She kept me on the ball, and stress free during the months leading up to our wedding. Best Coordinator Ever
Hiring Heather was the best wedding decision we made throughout the whole process. We were a couple who had to postpone their wedding, and we couldn’t have done it without her. She reached out to all our vendors and made the postponement as easy as she possibly could. She answered every question we had and she did it with so much grace. She made our vision come to life and I trust her completely. I was able to be completely stress free, thanks to her. We even had a small problem with our arch, and her husband brought rocks from their house to make the arch work. If you’re looking for the most organized, hands on, willing to do anything, BEST coordinator ever, hire Heather. You won’t regret it. -

Heather from Moments and Milestones was fantastic!
We hired her for day of planning to help everything go smoothly on our wedding day, which she certainly delivered on and went above and beyond. Heather started organizing and confirming timing and schedules for all our vendors and wedding party (which helped me not stress about making sure everyone knew when they needed to be where). She was a big help for the rehearsal the night before, helping us stay on task and worked with our officiant to make sure everyone in the wedding party knew the plan for the next day. Also helped me book a party bus last minute so our guests did not have drive back to the hotel in the dark after the wedding.
On the wedding day Heather was the go-to for questions, which translated into relaxing and enjoying time with my bridesmaids all morning! She took charge on the decor and did a fantastic job (and I would consider myself rather particular when it comes to aesthetics). She was even able to reuse the floral decor I had made for the outdoor ceremony inside at the reception since it was too muddy to do the ceremony outside.
I will certainly recommend Heather and the Moments and Milestones team to anyone in need of an event planner.

Heather is absolutely amazing! Thanks to her energy, organization and creativity, my unique dream wedding came to reality and was more perfect than I could ever imagine. The best part is I wasn’t stressed and was able to truly enjoy my wedding day!
Planning an out of town wedding wasn’t easy, and I knew I needed help. The first time I talked to Heather, I knew she was the perfect fit for us. With so much knowledge and experience, she had a lot of great ideas and wonderful vendor recommendations. But what set her apart was her energy and infectious excitement that got me even more pumped for our wedding.
Hiring Heather was the best decision we made. She is extremely organized with detailed spreadsheets and kept records of everything. This made the planning process easy and enjoyable. As a bride, you are overwhelmed with the amount of decisions to make and problems to solve. Heather took that burden off of me and was always a step ahead with ideas, suggestions and solutions for anything that came up.
Heather went above and beyond in every way possible during our wedding weekend. She was willing to do absolutely anything to help. She handled most of the decorating, stayed at the rehearsal dinner to make sure everything went well and even had to run off a pizza delivery driver who threatened to spoil our sparkler entrance. She was down to do anything to help!
You want somebody you click with helping you plan your wedding because it’s such a special day. Through the wedding planning process, Heather became my true friend and go-to person with late night Pinterest ideas. On the wedding day she was personable with the whole family and was fun to have around! She felt like part of the family.
I highly recommend Heather to anyone who is planning a wedding. She is truly gifted at her craft and will no doubt help make magical memories for other brides who make her part of their wedding, just like she did for me. -

Life Saver!
My husband and I decided to hire a day of coordinator kind of late in the game. As soon as I talked to Heather over the phone I knew she was wonderful! She made our day so smooth. From the first time we met to the wedding she had every detail down. She thought of so many things that I didn’t even consider! I credit her for the reason I was so calm the day of. You can trust her with everything! She was even sick my wedding day and went above and beyond to make sure it was the best for me and my husband. She is so professional but she could also be your best friend. She only has you and your partners best interests in mind. I don’t plan on getting married again any time soon, haha, but I would hire her again in a heart beat. -

Hands down, enlisting her services was the best money my husband and I spent in the whole wedding process. Every time we spoke or sat down with her I could feel my stress ebbing away. She is so incredibly professional, organized, responsive, and sweet. Heather sat down with us and ran through the break-down of our wedding day, where people needed to be, and when they needed to be there. She kept in touch with all of the vendors, made them aware of the plan, and communicated any issues to us. When she could, she even tried to just solve any of those issues herself. If you're unsure about hiring a wedding planner or coordinator, do it - you will be so happy you did... and if you're unsure about who to hire, just hire the best and hire Heather.
