Selecting "Momentos Wedding and Events Los Cabos" was the most well-spent expense of our destination wedding. I would not hesitate to use Momentos services again for my daughters' weddings.
There are so many choices of photographers, florists, venues, musicians, multiple contracts to be signed, international payments, etc. and Momentos made the whole process incredibly easy. The team has a great relationship with the best vendors, and managed the entire planning process from start to finish with clear communication. Ivet's professionalism, attention to the smallest detail, understanding of our vision, and calm, but fun demeanor made the planning process simple and joyful. She has an eye for style that I put 100 percent trust into, and our event turned out more magical than I ever imagined. Ivet was easy to communicate with and always available to answer my questions. The flower arrangements that Fatima created (Floral Studio by Momentos) for the chapel decor, our bouquets, and our dinner table at Flora Farms were beyond breathtaking. What a talented group of women!

Our wedding was May 23, 2025 at ACRE. I’ve been stalling writing this review because I want to keep this amazing team all to myself- but I can’t and people deserve the same memorable experience we had so here it is!
From the very first consultation, Fatima made us feel at ease. She was transparent, listened carefully to our vision and immediately came up with thoughtful, creative ideas to bring it all to life- all with being considerate of our budget (which when planning a wedding is obviously a main focus, right?). Planning a wedding is a lot- planning a destination wedding adds a little extra layer of challenges but we felt none of that with this team. We are based in southern California, our hotel block was at Hilton Los Cabos and our wedding venue was the outstanding ACRE. From day one Fatima was incredibly organized and on it. The planning platform used (Aisle Planner) is a Type-A person's dream come true (like myself); it allows you to keep track of timelines, budget/payments, visions boards, guests/seating, etc. The checklists and reminders were life-savers and Fatima always seemed to be three steps ahead. It truly is a tool that assists in making the entire planning process smooth.

What truly stood out was how much heart Fatima puts into her work and passion for her clients. She also has excellent relationships with vendors she worked with for our wedding- which I think says a lot about her reputation and work ethic. She was always accessible, calm and patient. My husband and I had a “non-tradiational” wedding; we had no wedding party/family-oriented customs; Fatima always reassured me whenever stress started creeping in, and always made me/us feel supported and cared for.
Not only did Fatima and the team at Momentos plan our wedding, the team assisted in organizing welcome drinks at the Hilton Los Cabos the night before the wedding as well as cabanas for the recovery pool day after. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment knowing Fatima and Iveta had everything under control. Everything just flowed. It was effortless. Our team handled every detail behind the scenes so that we could be fully present and just enjoy the moment with our guests on our special day. It felt like having a trusted friend by our side every step of the way.

I wish we could give ten stars to Momentos - their team is the best in the business. I am not sure where to start, we truly had such an amazing experience working with Momentos planning our dream wedding in Cabo. The work they showcased on their social media is initially what drew us to their services and then from the moment we met Ivet and Fatima, they had such amazing energy. I can’t imagine going through the process of planning a wedding in Cabo without the Momentos team! We worked closely with Ivet for a little over a year and she helped us bring our dream wedding to life. The creativity, organization, professionalism, and relationships Ivet has with vendors in Cabo are invaluable. Ivet brought our vision for each wedding event to life - but she somehow made everything even more beautiful than what we could have imagined. Fast forward to our wedding weekend - we were once again blown away by Ivet, Fatima and the entire team at Momentos. They took care of every single detail so we could truly just enjoy the wedding weekend! There was not a single item Ivet didn’t handle for us that week. Ivet stays calm, cool, and collected at all times and you can 100% trust her. On the night of our first wedding weekend event, the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, we got our first glimpse of the magic Momentos created in real life! The flowers, decor, and every single detail blew us (and our guests) away. On wedding day, it was no different! We were brought to tears with the magic they created for us. During the wedding day, their team was with us the entire day and night making sure we were staying on schedule and had everything we could need. In true Momentos fashion - they went above and beyond with this tending to our every need. We were so impressed with everything they managed behind the scenes and how much they coordinated. I am still speechless about how our vision came to life and the team we had behind us to make it all happen!

Looking back on the whole process, I can say with confidence our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without the Momentos team. We are endlessly grateful for the magic they created for us and how fun & seamless they made the entire process! Not only that, but we have gained friends for life in their team and we are going to miss Ivet so much. If you are planning a destination wedding, I assure you that Momentos is the team you need. Having met in Mexico, my husband & I were set on a destination wedding. We chose Cabo for it's beauty, luxurious feel, and perfect weather. I knew I needed help with the wedding planning process and upon doing my initial research I found Momentos Wedding & Events continuously popping up. I decided to reach out and immediately heard back from the owner, Fatima and we were able to hop on a call and discuss my vision right away. Following this conversation, I knew I could trust Momentos and it was apparent how much passion goes into their wedding planning. Ivet planned all events during our wedding week including the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding day & boat ride. Throughout the process, Ivet and team always made me feel like their only Bride, despite the high volume of weddings they're continuously planning. Even during their peak season I was speaking with Ivet almost everyday and always felt heard and prioritized, no matter how far out our date was. Also, what I initially had as my vision at the beginning of the planning process completely changed as we got closer to the date and Ivet & Team were receptive to my new vision and made it possible so quickly with all vendors.

Our wedding was at Grand Fiesta Americana in Los Cabos on 11/11/23, and being a month out now, we can't help but think and talk about how truly amazing and beautiful our wedding was everyday, and it is all thanks to Ivet & the Momentos team. There was truly not a detail missed and having just received my full gallery yesterday from the amazing Daniela Ortiz (highly recommend!), I am still speechless at how perfect our vision came to life.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude towards Ivet, Fatima & the whole team at Momentos, and I HIGHLY recommend them to all future Cabo brides starting out their journey. I already miss talking to Ivet everyday and feel like I really made a great friendship during this process. I will forever cherish all the memories during our planning process & the wedding week.

I met with several Cabo wedding planners at the beginning of our wedding planning process and as soon as I met with Momentos, I knew they were the planners for us. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Ivet went above and beyond with my expectations! She was the greatest, all I had to do was mention something and it was done. I absolutely loved working with Fatima and Ivet at Momentos. They're so knowledgeable about the different vendors available and provided all the information, which made it so much easier to plan our Cabo wedding from the states.
