We have gotten non-stop compliments on the food at our wedding; and it's not just that every item is next level delicious, everything also looks so beautiful it doesn't seem real.

The entire team at Pheasant is superb to work with. They made several custom dishes for us including a special fish entree as a nod to my Chinese heritage, adjusting dishes to be season appropriate, and a special canape and starter because my partner and I had a whim. Lola patiently responded to an absolutely ridiculous amount of questions, including filling out a 23 row table of dietary restrictions for every item.

The expertise of the entire Pheasant team is clear. They knew what to avoid (for example, certain fish or frying styles because of the smell) and exactly how the schedule should be set for everything to run smoothly. I think there was exactly one suggestion of Cat's I didn't take and, of course, she was right in the end.

If you're working with a raw event space, Cat's background in design is especially useful. Pheasant took care of every rental need and set up the space flawlessly, down to crisp corners on every table cloth. The pheasant team are exceptional at what they do and exceptional people. We recently had our wedding catered by Pheasant and they are truly the absolute best. Lola and Cat were wonderful during the entire planning process - so communicative, easy to talk to, and thoughtful with all their ideas. They helped us with planning our menu, handled all our rentals for furniture, linens, and serve wear, and worked with our planner to create a timeline for cocktails and dinner that flowed perfectly. We were blown away on wedding day - our tables turned out so beautiful and everything that was served was absolutely delicious. We even had many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they've had! We loved that everything was served family style and featured gorgeous, in-season produce. We are so thrilled with our experience with Pheasant and cannot recommend them enough!

We booked our wedding catering service this past weekend with Pheasant and they really came through. Multiple email conversations about food werent a problem and they were able to accommodate specific needs and even provided a allergy breakdown menu for our guests.
