Connie is incredible! She was flexible, patient, and so accommodating with all of our guests' varying dietary restrictions. Her food was full of flavor and cooked to perfection - most of our guests helped themselves to second and third servings at the dinner buffet that she masterfully put together. Connie worked with us to create a custom menu that drew inspiration from both of our native cultures, then managed to execute all of the dishes flawlessly, even though she comes from a different cultural background. It is inspiring to see her versatility and incredible work ethic - she is so responsive and listened to all of our detailed feedback, as we went through multiple rounds of edits and revisions with our menu. Most of all, I was very happily surprised to discover that not only does she create magic in the kitchen, but she is also incredibly sweet, kind, and easy to talk to! Exactly the kind of person whose small business I want to support. If you have a chance, definitely do a tasting and enjoy both her fantastic food, and her delightful company! I now consider Connie my go-to caterer, and cannot recommend her strongly enough. Seriously, try her out - you won't regret it!

Connie is an extremely talented and professional chef. Due to the pandemic, most of our conversations happened over email and text, she would respond to us very quickly and was attentive to the details in our messages. When we wanted to create our own menu for the event but did not have very detailed ideas, she helped us put together some excellent options and spent time with us to help narrow down the final list. The tasting experience was also great, she took care of everything and all we had to do was show up. She even made adjustments to her recipes to fit the dietary needs of our guests. On the day of the wedding all our guests complimented the food and everyone was very happy. We like her food, work ethic and personality so much, we end up asking her to cater smaller events too.

There was such a variety of things we wanted to incorporate in our wedding since I am Mexican and my husband is German and we have friends from all different backgrounds. We wanted food to be loved by all and somehow Connie managed to incorporate all our cuisines and tastes into beautifully presented food! Everyone on the team was so wonderful and hospitable. Our guests were well taken care of and really enjoyed everything. So many of my friends were talking about the food even after the wedding!

Soy in Love Kitchen made the amazing bites for our wedding! We wanted something casual and we wanted canapes and small plates being constantly passed around rather the traditional sit down dinner. Connie and her team made every bite delicious and beautifully presented!

The food at our wedding reception was delicious, there was great variety for different palates, and the pricing was a great value. The buffet was so beautiful! Everything ran smoothly on the day-of. We also opted to do the paella station add on and it was so much fun to watch the chefs cook paella right in front of us! Highly recommend Soy In Love Kitchen!

My now husband and I are both vegan and we wanted a vegan friendly wedding with delicious vegan food match. Finding a caterer that could accommodate us AND present us with creative food wasn’t easy but I’m so glad I found Soy in Love Kitchen! Our tasting at the kitchen was intimate and impressive and all of our guests raved about the food including my non vegan/vegetarian family and friends!
