Since the intro call we knew we were in great hands with Olga’s expertise when balancing all of our vendors and ensuring our day went smooth! We had plenty of calls where we did a sync on all details and day of felt like a breeze for us as everything was executed perfectly and thoughtfully!

Olga was great to work with. She met with us several times in the 6 weeks leading up to wedding and kept everything on track. We had done most of planning but she was very helpful in coordinating with all of the vendors. She was present at the vendor walk through and ran the rehearsal. On the day of, she took care of everything and did a beautiful job setting up the decor. We were able to relax and fully enjoy the wedding knowing that she was taking care of everything! I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for Olga and the team at La Jolla Women’s Club for making our wedding happen. Olga made the process stress free and made sure we didn’t forget anything on the checklist. The wedding was set and planned weeks before the wedding date, until the unthinkable happened… hurricane warning in San Diego! Olga and her team acted quickly and worked with all vendors to move our entire ceremony indoors to our reception area, organize the flip, rearrange cocktail hour, etc. all just 24 hours before the wedding.

Although it wasn’t the wedding we originally planned, the whole team pulled it off and it went down without a hitch and looked as if it was meant to be that way. I wholeheartedly recommend Olga and her team.

Hire Olga as your wedding day-of-coordinator. She is AMAZING! She is incredibly organized, detailed focused, and a joy to work with. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she met with us over Zoom (we are based in Santa Cruz) as often as we liked. In each call, she would take whatever time necessary to address questions we had and raise issues we had not considered. She knew our venue, the La Jolla Woman's Club, extremely well from her extensive experiencing coordinating weddings there. She also came for our rehearsal of the wedding procession the day before. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly and exactly as planned, without us having to worry about anything.
