One of the biggest advantages of working with Olga was how incredibly well she knew our venue, the La Jolla Woman’s Club. She knew the space inside and out, had great relationships with the staff, and understood exactly how to make everything run smoothly there. I worked with Olga at Martin Johnson House in La Jolla, CA and it was an awesome wedding due in large part to Olga’s organization and professionalism as a coordinator. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for Olga and the team at La Jolla Women’s Club for making our wedding happen. Olga made the process stress free and made sure we didn’t forget anything on the checklist. The wedding was set and planned weeks before the wedding date, until the unthinkable happened… hurricane warning in San Diego! Olga and her team acted quickly and worked with all vendors to move our entire ceremony indoors to our reception area, organize the flip, rearrange cocktail hour, etc. all just 24 hours before the wedding.

Although it wasn’t the wedding we originally planned, the whole team pulled it off and it went down without a hitch and looked as if it was meant to be that way. I wholeheartedly recommend Olga and her team.
