Working with Olga was the best choice while we were planning our wedding. Olga offered continual professional support and encouragement, that made the wedding planning process so much smoother. From the very beginning of this wedding planning process, we felt assured and confident that everything would be taken care of. During the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of, we were able to fully relax and be present with the day and our guests without needing to worry about details with the vendors. Olga made the flow of our day go so well and smoothly, which made the guest experience and our experience so fun! I worked with Olga at Martin Johnson House in La Jolla, CA and it was an awesome wedding due in large part to Olga’s organization and professionalism as a coordinator. Olga made sure that I and other vendors got fed which is a sign of her thoughtfulness and her capability to lead a team to a successful wedding. Olga was friendly and was communicating and focusing on our shared clients from very early on in the process which gave relief knowing that she was paying close attention to detail and an active role in the planning process to ensure the best organization for the wedding possible. Highly recommend!!!
I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for Olga and the team at La Jolla Women’s Club for making our wedding happen. Olga made the process stress free and made sure we didn’t forget anything on the checklist. The wedding was set and planned weeks before the wedding date, until the unthinkable happened… hurricane warning in San Diego! Olga and her team acted quickly and worked with all vendors to move our entire ceremony indoors to our reception area, organize the flip, rearrange cocktail hour, etc. all just 24 hours before the wedding.
Although it wasn’t the wedding we originally planned, the whole team pulled it off and it went down without a hitch and looked as if it was meant to be that way. I wholeheartedly recommend Olga and her team. -

My husband and I chose Olga because she was on the Preferred Vendors list for our venue, and we were blown away with her services. About 6-8 weeks out Olga started taking the reins and looked into every contract and detail. She was awesome to work with, with the other vendors as well, knowing what questions to ask during a consult, or gave recommendations when needed. She was always flexible in our busy schedule from last minute meetings, the rehearsal, to the wedding day. She was the lead for ensuring the decor was put out to match our vision, and it was beautiful! A constant professional in the whole process and we would highly recommend her to other couples. -

Olga made sure our wedding was absolutely stunning and so organized from start to finish! She even was able to improvise when I lost our wedding table numbers the morning of and she stepped in and resolved it all. She is so kind, organized, has great ideas/suggestions, and has a great 'take charge' -make sure things get done correctly type attitude which made our day the absolute best and allowed my husband and I to just sit back and enjoy the day! Olga was recommended to us by our venue, the La Jolla Womans Club. After our first call with her, it was easy to understand why! She was so thoughtful and prepared and helped guide us in the planning process from the beginning. We started connecting again with regular communication a few weeks out from the wedding and Olga gave us the tools to make sure we were all prepared and on the same page. The day of our rehearsal she took charge and made sure everyone knew their places, and the day of the wedding everything went perfectly! She even listened to me when I decided to keep our tables outside despite a forecast of rain :) we are so grateful we had Olga as part of our wedding process! Thank you so much ! -

My husband and I are entertainers in Las Vegas. We have performed for and attended weddings of all shapes and sizes... and wanted ours to stand out as unique, out of the "norm" , and individual to us as a couple. That's a big ask for a couple on a budget after COVID- my dreams were initially wanting to hire an entire creative team... COVID had other plans.
What I got from Olga's service EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.
She was welcoming and had her **** together from the second we talked! Olga's effort, positive energy, kindness, knowledge, and freaking ferocious ability were so important to the execution of our wedding, and she did her job well. As someone who is normally type a- I didn't have to worry about a thing and was 10000% relaxed, calm, and focused on all the beauty on my wedding day. It is large in part thanks to Olga. That's impressive! You won't be satisfied hiring her for your wedding! We miss you already, Olga! Hope you are breathing after that crazy day! HA! -

Very Detail-oriented and Kept Us on Schedule!
Olga was on top of everything and super detailed-oriented with her spreadsheets. She is good at keeping everyone from wedding party to guests in check to make sure you stay on schedule. Olga is also multi-talented as she was able to re-sow our groomsman's tux button after it fell off RIGHT before the ceremony- such a lifesaver. She even cleaned my mother-in-law's dress after she accidentally sat in bird poop during the ceremony! I also appreciated that she seeed emotionally invested in making sure our wedding day went smoothly as she expressed frustration for us when our DJ's mic went out during our vows or when my flower vision didn't match what I wanted. It was sweet because that's when you know they care for you. She also offered to drive us and our photographer/videographer to the cliffs so we could take our sunset photos on time. Her pricing is VERY fair for how engaged she is throughout the whole process. My husband and I would highly recommend Olga as your future wedding planner! -

I had countless calls with other planners and coordinators and the second we hopped on the phone with Olga we knew we found our Day-Of Coordinator! You can really tell that she is passionate about making your day exactly how you envision it. She was an absolute life saver the weeks leading up to the wedding, was so communicative to myself and our vendors. We highly recommend Olga and her services, especially if you're getting married at The La Jolla Woman's Club. She knows that venue, the vendors and staff personally after doing so many weddings/events here that we truly felt like we were in the best hands. If you're thinking about booking Olga - do it! We couldn’t have been more thankful to work with Olga. At the end of 2020, our original venue decided to remain closed for our January 2021 wedding. We knew we wanted to have our day, no matter if it looked different than we initially had envisioned, and we knew we wanted to have a day-of coordinator. We wound up pushing our date back a few months. After our first meet and greet with Olga (via Zoom), we knew we wanted to work with her. She was truly invested and wanted to make our day happen. Olga was incredibly organized, attentive and thought of everything! We even had our photographer compliment how on-it she was, which meant the photographer didn’t have to reach out to us for anything. We felt so comfortable leaving everything in her hands and boy did she deliver! We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Do yourself a favor and work with Olga! -

We were linked with Olga through our original venue prior to canceling our big wedding due to Covid. And although we changed our wedding from a 130 person traditional event to an intimate micro wedding of 20 people, we wanted to retain Olga's services because she is just so great.
As would be expected during this last year, we went through so many changes, periods of unknowns, and so much up in the air. We didn't even add/plan our reception until the week before the wedding (we had planned to do a ceremony only)! Olga was flexible, kind, professional, positive, upbeat, calming, attentive, and detail oriented through it all! She rolled with every change we threw at her, and with poise and grace. Even when our ceremony layout changed the night before, Olga kept me calm and level headed.
I can't speak enough to her attention to detail, amazing attitude, follow through, and execution. I am so happy that we were able to work with Olga, and would highly recommend her to any couple! Especially during the pandemic, Olga was just the kind of energy we needed. She is also down to earth and made us feel comfortable and special.

Working with Olga was so easy from start to finish! She helps you stay organized with a spreadsheet and she is on top of everything, from communication with vendors to the day of execution, she doesn't miss a beat. Having a day of coordinator is the most important aspect to ensure your day goes smoothly, and you won't be disappointed entrusting Olga with this responsibility.
She helped us stay on time on our wedding day and made sure the set up was flawless all at the same time. She is a master of juggling everything and makes sure all vendors are on top of it! I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know that is planning a wedding. -

Olga is the wedding planner you will want for your wedding. She is highly professional, reliable, communicative, resourceful and extremely personable. We hired Olga as our day-of-coordinator for our daughter's wedding last November . Olga came highly recommended by the manager of our venue, the La Jolla Woman's Club. After my first phone conversation with Olga I already knew that I had found the perfect match for our wedding planning needs. Since my daughter and son-in-law live overseas it was my husband and I who did most of the wedding preparations here in LA Jolla. Olga was without hesitation willing to take on the extra challenge of communicating not only with us somewhat nervous parents of the bride but also with the bride and groom who lived in a different time zone across the ocean. Olga exceeded all of our expectations by promptly communicating with all parties involved in the wedding planning, by coming to our home and staying for long hours just to make sure we got all the details right and felt comfortable. Olga put together spreadsheets and timetables and gave us so much practical hands-on advice that as the wedding day came closer we felt more and more confident that our daughter's wedding would be just perfect. And indeed it was. At the end, all the hours of planning together with Olga, Olga's efforts to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything, totally paid of. Knowing that Olga had everything under control we were relaxed and could fully enjoy this most beautiful wedding day. We were so happy that we had found Olga without whom we could have never pulled off such a great celebration. Most of all, Olga is a really wonderful person. She is authentic and "real" and truly enjoys helping couples (and their parents!) make their wedding day dreams come true. Wow, Olga was such a great day-of-coordinator! We were trying to manage everything for our November 2019 wedding at La Jolla Woman's Club ourselves, and just about 15 days before the wedding we realized we needed some professional help to execute our vision. Trying to hire a day-of-coordinator 2 weeks before your wedding is really a stressful experience! I spent hours on the phone that night talking to many, many coordinators, and Olga was the clear choice. She took the time to ask so many questions to understand the work we've already done, and what we need on the big day. She took over everything, communicating with vendors, working with La Jolla Woman's Club on the final layout and rental orders, every little detail. We told Olga we wanted "chill vibes" on the big day and not to bother us with all the little details, and she didn't bother us with a thing! So many things I thought we would have to worry about were just magically taken care of by Olga and some of our family and friends helping out. Olga was so kind, so detail oriented, and we really really appreciate how she helped make our wedding day just so perfect. All our guest raved and more importantly, for the rest of our lives we'll think of our wedding day without any ounce of stress or regret, just love for each other and our family and friends. -

Olga is an amazing wedding coordinator! From the first consultation we knew she was passionate about her job and she would do everything she could to make sure our wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Even though we only booked her for the day of coordination, Olga made herself available to us from the first day. She met in person with us to our food tasting with our venue and she met with multiple other venders in person with us to finalize all the details. She set up phone conferences with all our venders in the week or two before our wedding day and provided a detailed day of timeline which she shared with all our venders. Olga coordinated our rehearsal and made sure our bridal party knew exactly what to do on our wedding day. She even did a pop quiz at the end to make sure they remembered key times! On the day of our wedding, Olga shined! Our wedding went exactly as planned without a hitch! We received multiple compliments from guests and venders that our wedding was perfectly on time and punctual. The ceremony started on time. My groom and I had time to enjoy our dinner, talk with our guests, and still participate in all the wedding activities we wanted. We did not feel stressed or bothered at all. It was so nice to be able to just enjoy our special day with our loved ones. Olga executed my vision for our ceremony and reception so flawlessly. I was so pleased when I saw the beautiful ceremony decor and reception decor, it was better than what I hoped it would be! At the end of the day, Olga packed all our decor and personal items nicely and made sure they went home with the people I designated. No gifts or cards were lost.
