After some unforeseen circumstances, we learned that our original day-of coordinator was no longer available about three months before our wedding. When Meghan stepped in, we quickly realized she would far exceed our expectations. She connected with us shortly afterward and provided incredibly helpful planning documents — answering questions we didn’t even know we had.

We had initially hired another company with much less industry experience for partial planning, and just six weeks before the wedding, we realized we should have gone with Farrever After Events instead. Thankfully, Meghan and Dani were able to swoop in and save our tails!

Meghan communicated with all vendors, collaborated with our caterer to design an effective floor plan for our atypical venue, ran a helpful final walk-through, and more. Dani was our coordinator the day of, and she is a delight. She kept things moving smoothly and put out more fires than we know about, while being an unflappable and reassuring presence.

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Meghan! She was the day-of coordinator for our 80-person wedding at Airlie in Warrenton VA and she did an amazing job! For the months leading up to our wedding she was always very responsive to all our questions, attended our walk-through and helped coordinate details with our venue as we got closer (30-45 days out), communicated our final timeline with all our vendors, and was all around incredibly organized, keeping us on track and prepared for the big day.

From the get go, Meghan was an organized, kind, reassuring voice for us while planning the wedding. Meghan was fantastic. While I did most of the planning, she had a comprehensive checklist that caught several items I forgot. Also, for the vendors I had not yet chosen, she had a fantastic list that I used and they were all fabulous. I had many questions that came up, and whenever I did, no matter how big or small, I would text or email Meghan and get a response back within seconds. On the day of, Meghan made the day incredible. She kept track of the schedule and ensured everything ran smoothly without a hitch. When the bus driver called my husband, I just asked Meghan to handle it and she did. When I realized I forgot to bring the signs for the departure buses, she made an announcement and walked around to all of the tables to inform our guests. In terms of decor, Meghan, followed my guidelines and added key details where I hadn't even thought about what to do. The room looked BEAUTIFUL. Meghan also cleaned up everything and had it all in boxes ready to go within 30 minutes of the event ending. Did I mention she also served as our official officiant? She made my daughter's wedding day perfect. I could enjoy the entire day with almost no worries because I could see Meghan was on top of everything. I really can't recommend Meghan highly enough.
