Meghan was the best! She made planning and organizing my wedding super easy with her guides and advice. She is so easy to work with and would 100% recommend her for your wedding! She made sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted, was flexible when we needed to make last minute changes, and made it so I didn't have to think about any details during the day of the wedding. She took care of everything and is the reason my wedding ran so smoothly! -

Farrever After Events is Fantastic!
Meghan was fantastic. While I did most of the planning, she had a comprehensive checklist that caught several items I forgot. Also, for the vendors I had not yet chosen, she had a fantastic list that I used and they were all fabulous. I had many questions that came up, and whenever I did, no matter how big or small, I would text or email Meghan and get a response back within seconds. On the day of, Meghan made the day incredible. She kept track of the schedule and ensured everything ran smoothly without a hitch. When the bus driver called my husband, I just asked Meghan to handle it and she did. When I realized I forgot to bring the signs for the departure buses, she made an announcement and walked around to all of the tables to inform our guests. In terms of decor, Meghan, followed my guidelines and added key details where I hadn't even thought about what to do. The room looked BEAUTIFUL. Meghan also cleaned up everything and had it all in boxes ready to go within 30 minutes of the event ending. Did I mention she also served as our official officiant? She made my daughter's wedding day perfect. I could enjoy the entire day with almost no worries because I could see Meghan was on top of everything. I really can't recommend Meghan highly enough. -

Meghan was an extremely important part of our wedding. She swooped in and agreed to be part of our day after some unfortunate events transpired with our original plan. She brought honest feedback when we needed it. She made certain to organize every important moment of our day by hosting both a discovery call and a very well crafted questionnaire with all the details, we hadn’t even thought of.
Leading up to our wedding day she checked in, organized visits to our venue and coordinated all of our vendors.
On the day of the wedding she brought the energy and vision to life. Crafting every detail we had planned with ease and took charge of making certain we were where we needed to be at all times.
She even took countless photos and videos from perspectives we couldn’t dream of. Some of our favorite moments of our day will forever exist because she captured the raw moment.
How do you truly thank someone who took your most important day and brought it to life? Meghan and her team are the best around and I wouldn’t have dreamed of the wedding without her there!
Did we mention she also got our marriage license signed and out the door the day after our wedding.

FARREVER After Events, Meghan works very hard behind the scenes. Concerns worries, or questions you may have Meghan will make sure she gets to the bottom of it. Meghan communicates very well and you don’t have to worry about a text or a phone call not being answered …anytime I had a question or concern Meghan was on it. I was confident in her abilities to get the job done. She is also very easy to work with, and offers great professional advice. She put my mind at ease . We highly recommend. -

Meghan did an amazing job helping us plan the details of our wedding - coordinating vendors, thinking through the setup at the venue, and making suggestions when we were stumped. On the day of the wedding, we were able to totally focus on having fun because Meghan was managing the timeline, vendors, and anything else that might have come up. She's also a totally lovely person (with a great tattoo) and we were so happy to have her at our wedding! -

When the best planner of one of my friend groups (see Aishat's review below!) recommended Meghan, I knew I would be in safe hands. Even so, having Meghan as our day-of coordinator exceeded my wildest expectations. After speaking to a few wedding coordinators prior to Meghan and feeling underwhelmed, I found Meghan's "no BS" approach to be a breath of fresh air-- she's super responsive, tells it like it is, and above all, always put our needs first. Throughout the planning process and coordination across vendors, Meghan made it a point to check in with me and see how I was feeling, quickly troubleshoot problems as they arose, and provide guidance on any wedding-related etiquette or vendor questions that I wasn't sure how to approach. On the wedding day, Meghan was professional, kept us on schedule, and made it possible for my now-husband and I to just sit back and effortlessly enjoy the day (a thing that I, as a self-professed control freak, have a hard time doing). I felt like I gained a trusted friend throughout our wedding planning journey with Meghan and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
TL;DR Meghan is incredible and you're the luckiest couple alive if you get to have her as your planner/coordinator. -

Meghan was so amazing to work with! She was super responsive at all times and went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly, and was everything we wanted it to be. Any question I had, she had the answer (and more)! The day was more than I could've asked for, and she played such an important part in that! Planning an event yourself can be super stressful, but with Meghan as our day-of-coordinator I knew we were in great hands. -

Meghan not only worked with me once, but twice over the course of 2 years due to my wedding reception being postponed due to COVID-19. She is absolutely incredible and I cannot recommend her enough. During my reception on 7/16/2022, she went above and beyond what I could have asked for on that day. She helped make sure that all of the decorations were set up just how I wanted, responded promptly to my many emails, dealt with a few last minute cancellations, helped with parking validations and much much more behind the scenes that I couldn’t even see! Right before I walked in to do the first dance with my husband, I realized that some small loops at the bottom of my dress were getting caught on my shoes and that there was no way that I could dance. She literally ran to get an extra pair of shoes that I had in my bag. I know I am not able to capture everything that Meghan did that day in this review, but please know that she is worth every cent! My husband also commented on how great she was! I highly recommend Meghan!

When we booked Meghan as our day-of-coordinator, we didn't expect a "week-of" absolute angel of a human to save our wedding. But she did. I don't think we're overstating it when we say Meghan was the glue that kept our wedding together. Three days before our wedding, our band dropped out. She worked all day and night to get us a replacement, frankly just as good as the original.
She also made sure our day was perfect, regardless of the torrential downpour all day and all night. All we had to do was enjoy our wedding day - she made sure of that.
Beyond that, Meghan is incredibly professional, organized, and a true joy to work with.
If you're getting married and want to chillax to the max on your wedding day and just enjoy your new honey, Meghan is the person to make that happen. 15/10 recommend. -

From the moment we began working with Meghan to plan our wedding, we always felt calm and supported by her. We could not have asked for a better coordinator or person than Meghan! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it-- and make sure it's Meghan!
In the months leading up to the wedding, Meghan was ahead of us on every aspect of planning, helping us to arrange our own thoughts by providing detailed spreadsheets for us to fill out. Meghan always (ALWAYS) responds promptly, and was available to answer even minor questions that came up. When our venue point of contact did not arrive to our wedding walkthrough, Meghan led the walkthrough herself, and made us feel even better about the event than when the day had started. I knew she was top notch when I noticed that she had clipped her binder to an old purse strap to make sure she didn't lose any of her notes! I loved it! That's taking organized to a whole other level!
During the wedding, Meghan's organization and communication meant that everything went smoothly. All vendors and guests knew where to be and what to do, and everyone was in the right place at the right time. She and her assistant set up our decor perfectly and helped us execute our vision for the day.
I can't imagine our wedding without Meghan and I hope you'll make her a part of your wedding too. -

Hiring Meghan was probably the best choice I made throughout the entire two years of wedding planning— I truly don’t think the wedding would have gone so smoothly without her!! From the beginning, Meghan was responsive, helpful, and down-to-earth— all qualities that I believe are necessary for your big day to go as close to planned as possible. She gave me checklists and info that I didn’t even know I needed— but am grateful I had after the fact— and always answered my questions quickly and comprehensively. If we’re really honest, I’m a skeptical person so I was skeptical about needing a day-of coordinator and I was skeptical about everything coming together on the day… But I’m so thankful we had her and everything the day of the wedding was perfect!! IF YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING TO RUN SMOOTHLY THEN YOU NEED TO BOOK MEGHAN FARRAR FROM FARREVER AFTER EVENTS. I came across her website randomly and contacted her on a Saturday morning. Next thing I knew, she contacted me in a few hours. She is super sweet, helpful, and very prompt. Talk about a speedy response! Whenever I emailed her, she responded fast! That is what I like about Meghan. She is very honest and efficient at doing her job. She will not waste any time and will get things done. I only booked her as my month/day of coordinator. However, I wish I knew about her when I first planned my wedding, because had I known how amazing she is, I would of hired her to help me plan my whole wedding.
I was originally one of those people who thought I did not need help with planning my wedding. Why should I pay someone to help me plan when I could save money and do it myself? Well, I was wrong. Things started to creep up and I clearly needed some help. I am so glad my mother convinced me to hire a coordinator. I am trilled it was Meghan that I booked because she helped me sit back and relax. Long story short, Meghan was a pleasure to work with. She stuck by my side and helped me during the ups and downs of wedding planning. I had to postpone my wedding not once, but twice. I honestly cannot say I had my dream wedding without her guidance. She was the main reason why my dream wedding ran so smoothly. She even put all of the decorations correctly and truly listened to those small details I sent her. She did not overlook anything. Her attention to detail and her willingness to get stuff done is the reason why my guest was impressed. I was able to enjoy my special day because Meghan knew exactly what she was doing. She is the best wedding coordinator out there. I promise you that hiring Meghan is 100% worth the investment. If you don't book her than you are missing out!

Meghan was amazing to work with!! She was by far the most responsive/quickest response of all my vendors. She helped us through several date changes due to COVID. The day of went very smoothly which I knew was due to her. I'm so thankful I had someone to ask any and every question I had that came up during wedding planning. She helped organize our walk through with all the vendors that needed to attend and kept all of us in contact in the week(s) leading up to the wedding (meaning I didn't have to but could still be in the loop of correspondence). She really helped make the wedding planning process that is long, crazy, confusing more simple and easier from the day we hired her to the day of our wedding. I don't think we could have pulled it off without her!!I had a couple different guests also ask about her, if she was part of venue staff or we hired her and how nice she was. -

I clicked with Meghan from the get-go... when I chose a wedding planner, I wanted to go with someone that was not only going to do a great job but someone that had a great personality that I would enjoy having around on wedding day... Meghan definitely checked those boxes!
She was able to keep me sane through answering all my questions, making suggestions and sharing her wealth of knowledge and assistance in planning... Being a COVID bride, I felt a million times better about everything going on with restrictions and everything after speaking with her.
Meghan was helpful, thoughtful, fun, sweet and straight to the point... most importantly at the end of the day... SHE GOT IT DONE! I was thankful to be able to trust her with our big day and was so happy with the outcome of the most important day of our life.
I cannot thank Meghan enough and cannot recommend her enough to other brides and grooms! -

Our wedding day was a success, largely in part due to Meghan! She is an amazing day of coordinator. She came out Friday night for our wedding rehearsal and ran that like a tight ship! On wedding day she managed all the vendors and décor set-up so I could focus on getting ready. It was more stress free than I could have imagined not having to worry about anything on the day of. The wedding went off without a hitch! It was perfect and everything was set up beautifully. Anytime something came up, Meghan handled it, so I didn’t even know about it until after. I couldn’t have imagined a better weekend and Meghan made that happen. I would highly recommend working with her for your wedding or any other event. -

Meghan was an absolute joy to work with, especially during the uncertainty of 2020 weddings. She is very easy to get ahold of and timely with responses. The month prior to our wedding, she helped us finalize all of the last minute details, some we never even thought about! Day of Coordinator - must hire!
Do yourself a favor and hire Meghan! By far one of the best decisions we made as part of our wedding. Our venue actually required us to have a ‘day of’ coordinator and I couldn’t of imagined doing it without her! She was amazing through the whole entire process and was extremely responsive and made herself available when needed. Our original wedding date was scheduled for 4/24 and we had to postpone due to COVID, but she was so supportive and was able to provide great guidance to help steer us through something that no one had really ever experienced. Day of she completely executed my vision of the set up and it surpassed what I had envisioned in my head, she kept us all on schedule and was always there when we needed her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

Meghan made our wedding possible during COVID - how is that not worthy of a 5 star review in itself?? We originally had a 100+ person wedding planned for the beginning of June but kicked it further into the summer hoping for a different world. We ended up having a 40 person, very socially distanced wedding at the end of July. Planning a COVID wedding increases the anxiety and need for flexibility by 100%, and Meghan was a very supportive and calming presence during all of that. Our wedding was beautiful, safe, and way more than I ever could have imagined during this time. I am so grateful to Meghan and all that she's done over the past year and a half to make this the most special day of our lives. I would pay so much more for this experience than she charged, and I can't recommend her enough. She will make your wedding awesome! -

Meghan was the perfect day-of coordinator for our wedding. Meghan from Farrever After Events had all the answers to all my questions! She was extremely patient helping coordinate from another state and without seeing the venue. I am so grateful for her knowing to ask necessary questions for the timeline ( what? just show up on time people?) and the order of people walking (the most confusing thing for me haha). We facetimed, emailed, and texted whenever we needed an answer and she was always there.
The BEST part of Meghan's coordination for our big day was her willingness to set up ALL my DIY decor. I mean LOADS of it. She set it up perfectly while hardly interrupting my getting ready. That is the dream right there! It happened because she instructed me to help set her up for success by labeling boxes, sending table-scape images, and leaving it in her hands PRIOR to the wedding. I was never a bridezilla thanks to her. My magical perfect day would not have been so blissfully happy and memorable had it not been for her. Farrever After Events is AMAZING. Thank you -

Meghan is not only good at every aspect of a planner like organization, people skills, fun process... but she can literally jump in and do anything! She has experience in the music, food, design/decor! So amazed at her ability to foresee things that need to get taken care of before they turn into an issue and anticipate the needs of her clients. She is absolutely incredible to watch with her skill set of planning from beginning to end while creating the best experience for her clients and the vendors around her! I would highly recommend for any style event to plan! -

Our wedding in Woodbridge VA
Meghan is honestly the BEST!!!! My wedding was this past June in Woodbridge Va at The Ospreys. From the very first conversation my husband and I had with Meghan, we knew she would make every expectation and vision a reality for us on our wedding day! She was always so responsive, organized, and came up with amazing ideas on how to make our wedding day that much more beautiful! She would always be on top of the schedule and communicated with my other vendors like a pro. Our wedding day went on without a hitch, she was there when I needed her in person and behind the scenes keeping everything together! I wish I could not only relive my wedding day over and over but I wish I could also relive the planning process with Meghan (not many brides can say that unless the coordination is flawless)! -

I knew nothing about planning a wedding but everyone kept telling me I should DEFINITELY find a month/day-of coordinator. Through some trial and error, and the network that is the wedding industry, I ended up on a video call with Meghan with less than 5 months till the big day. I could tell right away her low key vibe would mesh with ours, and it was an added bonus that she had worked with our caterer on some other weddings already. While we did the majority of the work leading up to the event, there were several clutch moments where she made a key suggestion or asked a question we hadn’t thought of. Through her vendor list we discovered a fantastic DJ that made all the difference for our event, and her suggestion of adding some LED sparkler wands for the dance floor and send off was perfect! She always answered my emails immediately and I felt reassured going into the big day. I wasn’t worried at all since we had some precalls with Meghan, our caterer and the DJ beforehand! When it turned out to rain and we had to pivot under the tent for our ceremony I wasn’t concerned at all, and the rest of the night blew by in a blur! She coordinated with everyone to adjust events so we could pack everything in- and all with an easygoing and calming influence. She has tons of knowledge and is a really helpful partner for pulling off the big day! In VA she is also licensed to sign off on the marriage certificate, so we were able to have our friend do the ceremony in front of the guests and Meghan made it official. All in all she’s a great choice for a planner, especially if you are more DIY but need some helpful steers, and for the event itself when she really kicks into gear. -

Meghan is AMAZING!!! If you are reading this, you really need to hire her for your wedding! She is so organized and has some pretty great word docs to get you organized!! Meghan was able to be the calm throughout our entire wedding day. Some of the staff at the venue were trying to convince us that we needed to move the wedding indoors because it was raining during the early morning/afternoon time frame. However, by the time the wedding was going to happen it was predicted to be done raining! Meghan had my back and stood strong on having the ceremony outside (it didn't rain :)). She did so much work to make sure our space was completely ready for the wedding. I did a terrible job at labeling all of our decorations but Meghan was still able to find exactly where everything went and made the space look incredible! Meghan was great to communicate with. She came to our walkthrough so she could be on the same page as us and even though she couldn't be at our rehearsal, she made sure that we knew exactly what to do to be ready for the big day. Meghan was upbeat, positive, funny and such a joy to work with. She truly made our day incredible. 100% recommend Meghan to help make your dream wedding come true!
