The Evergreen Museum & Library provides a diverse array of indoor & outdoor settings for you to customize on your wedding day. This timeless & tree-lined estate just north of downtown Baltimore features a stunning 19th Century Gilded Age mansion surrounded by elegantly manicured gardens, and a historic Carriage House featuring a tented awning, exposed brick and original woodwork.

Rental Spaces

The most popular rental of Evergreen includes use of the Gardens & Terrace for your ceremony and/or cocktails followed by a reception in the Carriage House. The Carriage House can also be utilized to host indoor ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions and provides a rain location for outdoor events. On a limited annual basis, the gardens can be tented for larger celebrations.

Services Offered

Our staff is dedicated to providing guidance, recommendations, and creative ideas to help customize your experience at the Evergreen Museum & Library. Rentals include:

• Venue manager, at least 1 support staff, and security
• Tables & chairs for your reception in the Carriage House
• Limited number of tables & chairs for your cocktail reception on the Terrace
• A preparation suite is available 1 hour prior to your ceremony
• If you are having your ceremony at Evergreen, we will schedule a complimentary hour of time for your rehearsal, scheduled based on availability
