Loved our wedding reception at Evergreen
Evergreen was a wonderful venue for our wedding reception. We had a late-June wedding and the gardens were beautiful and the Carriage House was the perfect place for dinner and dancing. Communication was great leading up to the event, and they were very organized and professional. We were very thankful and glad we could have our reception there!Sent on 09/03/2019

"Prettiest wedding we've ever been to"
We attended a wedding at the Evergreen Museum & Library a few years ago and when we were looking for outdoor venues in Baltimore City, we knew the Evergreen fit the bill. I was looking for something with a garden/green feel and the Evergreen was perfect. Judy and the team at Evergreen were very easy to work with. They have rules about timing and when/where you can be because it is a public museum, but our photographer and planner took care of all of that and it didn't affect the day at all. We were very lucky the rain subsided and we had a simple outdoor ceremony, cocktails on the terrace, and reception in the Carriage House. One reason we went with the Evergreen was because the rain option was just as beautiful. At least 10+ people came up to me at the wedding and said it was the prettiest wedding they had ever been too. The florist did a great job, but the Evergreen is so pretty it really didn't need too many decorations. I may be biased, but this is hands down the prettiest wedding venue in the city. What a fantastic backdrop to a beautiful day!Sent on 12/11/2018

Evergreen was PERFECT for our September wedding! We had our cocktail hour on the patio and the reception in the carriage house. Everything was beautiful and it is such a unique venue. The private events team was very helpful in planning. There are so many different places to take pictures that are equally beautiful. We also did not need to do a lot of extra planning or decorating, as the venue has so much character in itself. The venue has many different areas, giving us a lot of room to have everything that we wanted and set up exactly how we wanted it. Highly recommend Evergreen!!Sent on 09/20/2017
Weddings at Evergreen House are always special. There is so much historic significance to the property and the staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. There are a couple of location options on the property for ceremonies and receptions and also options for catering. Evergreen House is a really beautiful venue for a wedding!
The Evergreen Museum is still one of my favorite venues at which to photograph weddings! Between the gorgeous gardens and the rustic carriage house, I could spend hours taking pictures of the venue alone!
The Evergreen Carriage House is such a great space for an event. From the gardens to the stables, each area has a unique look. Visit Evergreen and be amazed!
