The Baltimore Museum of Industry is a unique venue located in Baltimore, Maryland, and is a beautiful setting for your wedding. See yourself standing on the waterfront with the sun setting, surrounded by your family and loved ones as you say “I do” with the love of your life.
The Party
Offering both indoor and outdoor spaces with water views, the museum accommodates up to 250 seated with space for a dance floor, 300 guests without a dance floor, and 500 guests for a cocktail reception service. Between events, wedding guests can explore the museum or gather on the brick patio. Wedding parties can take stunning photos in the galleries and on the waterfront terrace.
The Perks
Located on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, the museum is easily accessed from both Interstate 95 as well as Downtown Baltimore. All rentals include 25 tables (60” rounds each seating 8-10 guests), chairs, a sweetheart table, a wedding arc, tables for guest registration/gifts/favors, and private security. Also included is free guest parking in the museum’s on-site lot that accommodates up to 150 cars.

Exhibit galleries can be open for your guests during the first two hours of your event for an additional fee.
Only an Approved Caterer may provide food, alcohol, and non-alcoholic beverage service at the Baltimore Museum of Industry.

The UNIQUE location and exceptional experience
Our guests enjoyed the party space inside the museum and we also rented the exterior space, which overlooks the harbor. Located directly across from the iconic Domino Sugar sign, our guest clamored for photos with the sign in the background.
The museum staff were very attentive to our guests' needs and they worked hand-in-hand with our caterer, Zeffert and Gold, to ensure the gala was a success. The event space is very reasonably priced and ALL of you rental fee goes to the non-profit, how cool is that! This is our second time using the museum for important corporate events and they have delivered both times!

Everyone loved our wedding at the BMI!
Working with the team was seamless, and as the bride, I felt decidedly less stressed knowing we were in their capable hands. The BMI team worked well with our caterer (Zeffert & Gold), and they were cool with the fact that we were DIYing elements of our wedding. We dropped several items off the day before, and they were set up perfectly when we arrived. They also let us use their sound system and wireless mic--we plugged a phone and hit play on different playlists throughout the night.
All of our guests loved the venue! We did pay extra to have the cannery gallery open, and several people raved about the tours they received during cocktail hour. The main gallery had ample space for all of our tables, food, dance floor--this place has it all! We could not have been more thrilled with our wedding at the BMI! Go visit and book it!!

What a fun, funky location for a wedding or any event! Thoroughly Baltimore!
The BMI is the uniquest and fun venue in Baltimore to photograph. Brides and grooms are able to have ceremonies in the Pavilion overlooking the Baltimore harbor; Guests enjoy cocktails on the patio and inside the museum, plus photographs at sunset with both the BMI sign and the Domino Sugar sign make it a "must" for clients looking to have a fun reception.
