elle&R does beautiful work, but they are difficult to work with. They took months to respond to my emails. In fact, 7 months after sending them an email to both photographers and a letter with a request to fix a number of wedding photos, I have not received a response from elle&R.
I will not recommend elle&R, as they are difficult to communicate with. Customer service is not a priority for elle&R.
