Georgeous, especially around the holidays as I see your wedding is in December. Have black be an accent color. Maybe bridesmaids wear silver or gold (whatever compliments your dress color) with black sashes. If you really want it holiday themed - go for red too. Keep everything simple but elegant.

I think it's a great idea. I did windows for a long time and have used those colors. Make sure to pair it with a lot of black and white though to balance out the the metallic.
