For a wedding table plan, start with the venue layout, guest numbers, and the type of atmosphere wanted. Recommended steps:

• Place the top table or sweetheart table where it has a clear view of the room.
• Seat close family and wedding party nearby.
• Keep guests with shared interests or similar ages together where possible.
• Avoid seating guests with known conflicts at the same table.
• Mix quieter guests with more social guests to encourage conversation.
• Keep elderly guests away from loud speakers or busy areas.
• Leave enough space between tables for movement and service.
• Use clear table names or numbers and display the seating plan near the entrance.
• Confirm dietary requirements and accessibility needs before finalising.

A good table plan balances comfort, conversation, and the overall flow of the celebration.
