Messages disappearing

My messages with my vendors have all disappeared. I am not filtered on anything and have tried logging out and back in. They do not show on the web browser either. Has anyone had this problem??

    Mine are gone too! And I emailed the help email and all i got was “make sure you’re logged in the right account”. 😐

    I don’t think the function works. I emailed several vendors and never received any responses and contacted them directly.

    I'd recommend researching the vendor and seeing if you can find their email address and then just email from your regular email rather than corresponding with them through WeddingWire. Most vendors will have their email readily available on either Facebook, Instagram, or their business website.
