Wedding party seating
I am have 4 girls stand with me and my fiance' will have 4 guys and we are trying to figure out how they should be sitting at the reception. Everyone knows how it feels when your significant other is in the wedding party and you are not, so I want to somehow involve the significant others of our wedding party, however, I don't think that I want them sitting with us at the head tables.....suggestions? Please help! :)

I don't want to make the spouses sit apart either so I am doing a sweetheart table with just FS and I. That way the BP can sit with their spouses. Also, going to put only one couple at each table so they can mingle with the guests better.

We are also doing a sweetheart table, and the bridal party is sitting at different tables, depending on where their family is!

I always recommend doing the sweetheart table, because then you get to have all the attention on you all. As well as giving the wedding party tables to sit at without having to leave their significant others having to sit with others they may not know.

Trust me, I have done weddings as well as being in weddings that had the wedding party all sitting at the head table and the wedding party was barely even sitting there because they went to where their significant others were sitting.

Good Luck,

My aunt and uncle had a table for themselves and sat us (the bridesmaids and groomsmen) at two separate tables with our significant others... I think we're going to have a large wedding party so I'm pretty sure that's what I'm going to do too. :D
