Any of the hotels on the strip have onsite chapels, as a general rule the more expensive the hotel the nicer the chapel. If by traditional you mean in a church, Vegas has several valid churches. I have used Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer for Catholic weddings or Special Memory Wedding Chapel (New England style chapel with 24,000sq manicured grounds). And there's Red Rock Canyon or Mount Charleston.

You need to hire a wedding coordinator in Las Vegas that can organize all the options and vendors for you.
