airbnb weddings Help!!

My fiancé and I have decided we want to combo our Bach party with our wedding and make a long weekend out of it! Rough idea is check in Thursday, party Friday, family join regroup and set up/rehearsal Saturday, then wedding Sunday, leave Monday.


We wanted to have everything AT the Airbnb (get ready, ceremony, reception, etc). To avoid venue cost, vendor restrictions, and also less times to travel for wedding party.
We live in Clearwater, FL and would like to have it in a central location, surrounding states or somewhere at least not close to our home base. (I can’t justify renting a large house down the street lol) The majority of our family and wedding party live around FL and GA.
We are starting to struggle with finding an Airbnb or rental to accommodate enough people (~16ppl and 8 bedrooms), look photo worthy, and have plenty of amenities to enjoy while there (pickleball and pool highly requested!)
I feel as though I have looked at every property in the SE region on VRBO and only 1 stood out but I feel like there’s more options that I’m missing or I’m looking on the wrong platforms.
Also any advice or experiences, please share!
