My wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. The cake was moist and the detail was so intricate. Not only did they do my wedding cake but they did a grooms cake as well. I was equally impressed with the taste and details put into the making of this cake. The service was phenomenal and they people working there were very attentive to me.

Village bake shoppe was wonderful to work with for our wedding cake. I can't rate the value because the price was included in my venue. It was a delight to taste a variety of flavors and icings prior to making a decision. Also, they had multiple books to look through to help make a design idea. I found a cake I like, but wanted a few changes. I was a little worried b/c I wasn't sure how the changes would look, however I was utterly shocked to see how beautiful upon arrival. The cake was delivered, set up and looked gorgeous when I walked into the reception room. The flavor was delicious we look forward to getting our certificate for our 1 year anniversary for a fresh cake with any flavor/icing we'd like. That was a huge plus, bc we have heard horror stories of cakes being in the freezer for a year. Thank you village bake shoppe.

Village Bake Shop was recommended to us through our reception site for our wedding cake. We wanted to do a cupcake wedding cake with a top cake tier so that we could have multiple flavors. It turned out great, looked beautiful, and everyone loved it!

Our cake was stunning!! We had many guests raving about how wonderful our cake tasted. My husband and I were able to show them a picture, and provide our own ribbon and silk flowers. Village Bake Shoppe took our picture and flowers and turned them into a beautiful cake for our wedding. We were sad we had to cut it because it looked so wonderful. The staff was always super pleasant, and extremely personable.

Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect. I had a design in mind when we went to order our cake. They did exactly what I had wanted. The workers were very polite and professional, and the process of ordering the cake was very simple. It was an absolute pleasure to have them make our cake. I highly recommend them.

We "won" our cake at a bridal show, meaning we won a gift certificate to put towards the cake. We only had 65 people at our wedding so the fact that we still ended up paying a couple hundred dollars towards the cake gives an idea of how overpriced wedding cakes are! We had white cake with raspberry filling and French buttercream icing. They did a great job and were patient and helpful in our decision making process. They were quite accurate in coordinating the icing color accents with the swatch of ribbon given. Nice job on placing our cake topper(s) at the venue! They give the option of either keeping the top layer for your anniversary or they will make you a fresh one. Being nontraditionalists, we chose to pick up a fresh one and it was delicious and beautifully decorated!!

Awesome. They are such a great deal for such amazing baked goods. They gave us some of the best cupcakes we have ever eaten.

Everyone commented about how delicious our cake was and how beautiful the flowers were. I changed the cake 2 weeks before the wedding and they had no problem with helping us.

I would highly recommend the Village Bake Shoppe. When I got to the reception and saw my cake I was amazed. It was beautiful. I gave Kevin a sample of my dress and he was able to duplicate the lace in icing on the cake. It's a shame it had to be cut! The guests kept commenting on how delicious it was. Everyone at the Village Bake Shoppe is wonderful to work with and have more than enough pictures and samples to help you. They also did a groom's cake which again was delicious. They also took care of our wedding favors - huge shortbread cookies in the shape of a wedding cake with white chocolate icing that they bag and place ribbon around. Everyone thought they were a nice touch. They also did our flowers. This is a new service for them and I am glad I used them. Nancy has been in the floral business for 27 years and her attention to detail and personal touch was incredible. The tables at the reception just glowed. My bouquet was gorgeous and the flowers on top of the cake were beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more.

The cake as delivered wasn't EXACTLY as we'd decided it would be, but it was very close. The monogram was the wrong color and there was some extra icing ornamentation that we hadn't asked for. But, it was still fine and the cake tasted great!

Village Bake Shoppe was great to work with! Our consultation was excellent, the cakes were delicious & there were so many great design ideas to choose from. I could not believe how beautiful our wedding cake turned out. It was even better than the pictures. People are still commenting on how it was the most beautiful wedding cake they have ever seen. PLUS the cake was absolutely DELICIOUS! Just looking at pictures makes me want another slice. We got the cocunut cake, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The reason that I didn't give them excellent in the quality of service is because they didn't make the cake exactly how we talked about and what my receipt said it would look like. But the people at the wedding loved it and it was delicious. The price was included with my reception site so that's why the money I spent with them says $0!

The cake was raved about by most of my guests. It was delicious and yet beautifully decorated. They will do whatever you ask for! :)
